I was blown away at the kindness and thoughtfulness of this Loyalty Pawn. Dominic is who usually helped me out with my loans over the past several years and he was amazing. Dominic would help me out as much as possible on my loans knowing my situation was quite dyar. I had recently lost my employment of 10 plus years and had been waiting Social Security Disability for almost 3.5 years. I just want to thank you all for being there and helping me out so much!

The whole staff was super nice and helpful. They gave me an awesome deal on some Makita tools! Dominic was helping but everyone had a hand in helping me get what I wanted. Thanks guys.

I visited this shop today. The gentleman helping me asked what I was hoping to get for my jewelry. Upon hesitantly admitting to the employee that I have 0 experience with pawning, and didn't even know what to ask for, I was pleasantly surprised that I did not get taken advantage of. He explained everything, tested my items in front of me, answered all of my questions, and gave me top dollar. I highly recommend this business. They offer generous loans, lay away, and purchase options. You will not leave feeling like you got "taken for a fool". No scamming. Honestly is rare these days, but I found it here!

I have never been so verbally abused, and discriminated against in my entire life! I have been coming here for 3 years! I have scene, and heard Justin the manager talk and be little many people including myself! Mostly Hispanic, and African Americans! He thinks he’s the manager so he can get away with how he treats the customers! It’s very obvious he hates his job! Maybe it’s time for him to go back to school! I highly suggest to avoid this place! This is by far the best pawn shop I've ever been to everybody is very friendly and they want to work with you. They treat you like a Person And give the best prices I've seen. They all joke around and have a good time ask for Tony if you can hes great. Just a quick example I brought my pellet gun into a different pawn shop they tried to low ball me and said they would give me $20 loyalty gave me 60 . It's a little bit of a drive for me but I won't go anywhere else . Highly recommended

I brought two items in hoping to get a specific number and he was able to offer that for just one. I used to come to this place when it was capital city and im so glad ownership changed. Love these guys! I have been going here for years and I have always had a positive experience! Partly because the staff has been the same. If you need a loan or you are looking for a random item on the cheap than this is your place. Keep in mind you can only ask for about 1/3 of the value as custom at any shop.

I'm not sure why this place has such bad reviews. I've been in there a few times when I needed a few extra dollars between paydays and they are always nice to me. I've never been treated like an addict or anything by them. They give me a fair price for my items and when it's time to pick up my stuff everything is the same as when I left it. I will continue to use this pawn shop if the need ever calls for it again.

I’ve felt with these guys a few times. They are always respectful and give me a good deal on the wares I bring. They also offer a variety of things including variable instruments that always has me eyeballing. I’d suggest these guys, they’re professional and also fun.

I was thinking about the name of this pawn shop the other day when I was in it needing to get a loan. Ahead of me was a lady that the shop worker obviously knew. She needed a $50 loan but the few items of jewlery would not support it. Imagine my surprise when the pawn shop employee told her that she was a good customer and that would cover the difference. What pawn shop says that. If loyalty is not the first thing that comes to mind when you think about your pawn shop you are not going to the right place. Loyalty pawn is my place for life.

Ok, so I went with no expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. They were a lot of help. I saw a Louis vitton purse that was adorable for cheap, plus drills, camera, tvs, and jewelry. It was all so reasonably priced.

This pawn shop is awesome. I was in a tight spot for a few days and these guys helped me out and delivered everything promised on the phone! They are great!
