It sucked I waited for nothing got up to cash my check and they said they changed their policy and would have to wait 10 days for my check to clear before they would cash it. If I wanted to do that I would of just took it too a bank. So they lost out I went and cash it down the road at X check cashing

Went to pay off my pay day loan and because of the virus they close at 6 instead of 8. Which is fine. But when you deal with customers you have to call them text them or email them that kind of a change. I was trying to talk to this "lady" and she kept on saying we are closed repeatedly. It was 6:20. So I will say this. You must learn to come in touch with your customers for that kind of a change and learn to smile a little more often. You might not care about this comment which is fine. But if you wanna stay open and have more people leaving nicer comments work on that.

They don't offer title loans. False advertisement

Absolutely stupid people. I called and asked what fees they charge. "We'll give you the best deal". Great what are your fees? "Come on in we'll give you the best deal possible.". I hung up. Your a scam. What you said is the same thing all scam businesses say. Most of those are located in Mexico, that I'm referring to. I'll go pay the banks high fee, because your employee's have been scam trained.

It is expensive to borrow money from this place or get cashed checks. You should know that going in. However, after several visits, I can say that I’ve been treated fairly and kindly by the employees here. This is an update from a previous review. They have won me over.

Worse place ever don’t go there customer service sucks. If you pay off early they still charge you the same amount go to USA cash they don’t and help you out when you need it. This place wouldn’t extend when i changed jobs and got paid later. Usa cash will. Seriously horrible place

They charged me 28.00 for a 20.00 money order. I ask why and she said cause they charge in 25.00 increments. So why wasn't my money order 25.00? Because the employee pocketed my 5.00 dollars. I asked her again and she gave me attitude and said just like I told you before. Place is a rip off these girls are scamming people in a hurry. First and last time there. Well after I talk to the manager.

Great service! Always really fast and friendly. Jasmine is always really nice along with the ladies who were working tonight. I go out of my way to go to this one because I know there won’t be any issues and I’ll Be out of there as fast as possible.

I have to say the manager is nice her name slips my mind at the moment. But all the other staff are cool to very friendly and they try to help you the best they can. I would ignore the negative comments on this place those people probly didn't pay their loan on time that's the only time they bother you with calls. This is the best one out of all the Sacramento locations by far

Staff is always helpfull & friendly. The company however, is a rip-off but I guess they have to make money. I hate that when you give them your paycheck to deposit, they "have to" cash it first, take a huge chunk and THEN deposit the rest into your account.
