Joe Hall was amazing. Great salesman. He answered all of our questions and got any information for us that we requested. Never felt pressured at all. Worst business ever! Service advisor quoted 2hrs to fix and after 4hrs, car was not even touched. She offered no apologies but excuses. Once car was ready, she told me they “tried to fix at best they can” which pretty much means they didn’t even fix the issue and still charged me. I then questioned her and she took off. I pretty much paid for nothing. Don’t waste your time and money at this business!

From the guidance and help of the service advisor to the actual work on my car..Service was great! They called me within a few hrs of the same day of dropping off my truck and told me what was going on. They went above and beyond to notify me of a problem and they fixed it along with what I actually came for. I would recommend this dealership.

I had been searching for a Dodge Challenger Hellcat. I called Russ Darrow and was treated professionally and friendly every step of the way. I had to fly into Milwaukee to pick up the vehicle and my salesman Julian offered to pick me up. The car was very clean, paperwork was ready and everything was delivered as promised. After buying what I thought was a quality, inspected, used vehicle from Russ Darrow, I quickly realized this was not the case. Every time I had service done at their dealership, a few days later there was a larger more expensive issue that came up. Whether this was just coincidence or not, I cannot say, but after the third time this happened I asked them to just appraise the vehicle and give me a cash offer. I didn't have the title with me so I had to come back a different day but then the Used Car Manager wasn't there so I rescheduled for a day he was. Then I show up and again, he is not there. So I figured third times the charm and reschedule again. I call beforehand to double check and make sure everyone is there. After less than a week from their initial appraisal I go back and am told "the market has changed and our offer is now $2,000 less". This dealership and the vehicle I purchased from them has given me nothing but issues and headaches and I am happy to never deal with them again. Response to Bryan: After 3 weeks of jumping through hoops, unreturned phone calls, voicemails, and emails, I was able to get Chrystler to goodwill warranty my oil pump assembly since your dealership told me they wouldn't help at all. Also, the original offer of $27,000 was dropped to $25,000 which I do believe is $2,000. The only solution would be to go back in time and not buy from Russ Darrow in the first place.

I have looked into this issue and the trade appraisal that was done on June the 1st when you came in and did not have the title with you and were not able to sell your truck to us. I know that the issues with your truck that had an oil leak which as you said were bad timing and were fixed with Chrysler under good there goodwill policy at no cost. I am very sorry for that your truck has had the issues but as stated the purchase is still and option and was not $2000 difference but $1000 based on all information that was given to me. I was interested in a car they had after my vehicle was declared a total loss. I asked for more information online about it, which was a mistake. I got a call from them and explained the situation, they said they'd pass it on to the manager. I've gotten 2-3 calls a day with these people trying to give me the same sales pitch, and when I explain to them my situation, they say they'll pass it on to a manager to help. Manager never calls, but I've gotten at least 8 calls like this already in 3 days. This is bordering harassment.

I had nothing but good things to say about this company but that has changed. My husband and I financed 2 vehicles from Russ Darrow Honda located at 10901 W. Metro Auto Mall in Milwaukee. 2 days after receiving the vehicles one of the vehicles completely died. I was devastated, we contacted the dealership to let them know what happened, the car salesman Dalton stated they don’t do towing we would need to pay out of pocket for a tow. I’m super confused when it clearly states in the Platinum Reward Package, “FREE TOWING” within a 30 mile radius. Which is what we paid for, It’s now 6 days later, a vehicle that costs 21,595.00 is sitting in front of my home on a busy street because this company refuses to honor the contract and have this vehicle towed. I would not purchase any vehicles from this company ever again. They are not helpful and are money hungry, please do not purchase from this company. This is truly an inconvenience on my family, my husband has missed days at work due to not having a reliable vehicle after thinking we would be good by purchasing a vehicle through this company. My husband has called this company many times asking to send a reliable tow company to pick up this vehicle, we have been getting the run arounds then was told a tow truck would be sent but never showed up. At this point we don’t want the vehicle or any other dealings with Russ Darrow Jeep. Today date is 6/27/2022 This place is the worst car dealership in the world. Yes, I said the WORLD. My husband was asked to pick up a vehicle we only had two days until the starter went out, we had the car towed to the dealership out of pocket. I was called because his vehicle was ready for pick up, my husband gets the vehicle and literally 10 minutes driving the car stops and now he can’t get in contact with any one to help him. I’ve never had to deal with this kind of nonsense in all the years of buying vehicles. I will be reporting this to the BBB and anyone else who would listen. This is so inconvenient for my family. My husband lost his job due to the vehicle breaking down and it’s been at the dealer shop for close to a month now, we pick it up today and it goes back out 10 mins later, we getting the run arounds, placed on hold, no managers around, service department don’t know what they are doing. This is crazy and unprofessional PLEASE DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE location: 10901 W Metro Auto Mall, 53224. Russ Darrow Jeep is so garbage! I left a review prior to this one but listed the wrong location but this is the correct one. This company is so garbage! Tameeka!

Some advise don't set up your payments to have them automatic withdrawal from your banking account. Mr Robert! Told the 3rd party vendor Equity4U to start the automatic payments on June 20th when I just bought my auto on June 8th. He assured myself and my boyfriend the pays would post to my account UNTIL JULY 6TH AS WE ALL AGREED UPON. which would make my payment made by due date of July 20th. This made my account less 338.70 and not one person at the dealership has taken responsibility for the mess they created in my checking account!! I did reach out to the 3rd party vendor and spoke with 2 different people and they both said the same thing. Robert sent over the paperwork they payments where to start on June 20 2022. Again noone at the dealership took responsibility for ROBERTS MESS. AGAIN DONT EVEN DEAL WITH ROBERT HE IS SHADY! WITH NOONE AT THE DEALERSHIP TAKING RESPONSIBILITY. First time ever buying a vehicle from a dealership and it could not have been easier. My wife and I worked with Rod, who very upfront about the whole process and never pushed anything on us, which was what I was most concerned with entering this process. Rod worked with us to get to a monthly payment we were comfortable with and helped us find the best deal for what we were looking for. I'm very pleased with my experience at Russ Darrow. Their Service Department was fast and charged me a very reasonable price. I called prior to coming in and spoke to Jermaine. He was also the person that helped me when I got there. I have to say that I was very impressed with his customer service. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Thank goodness for Elaine in the service department, she was friendly and resourceful. The mechanic could not figure out how to use the valve plug we had put in to replace the oem oil plug. The service team left greasy black hand prints on the white hood, the door, and under the hood. Took 2 hours for a diesel truck oil change because the master mechanic had to get help from the service team CSR on how to drain the oil. She deserves 10stars the mechanic deserves to go back to school.

I had to have my car towed to Russ Darrow because it would not start after l filled my tank with gas. They quickly diagnosed the problem the next day and within hours had my car fixed and running perfectly. Just went in with concerns about interior fogging of the windows. I thought it might be the cabin air filter but my car doesn’t have one. I was advised that it could be a couple other things. Not gonna worry about it right now. Service was good.

I would not recommend going here, Josh Baker manager of used vehicles made it seem as if since I’m Hispanic I would not have the funds to purchase a 2022 Jeep Wrangler or any other vehicle on the lot. After an entire week of working with Rodrick wortham I finally found a vehicle I felt comfortable in so I made an appointment to go in and finish signing paperwork, while there someone from the financial department handed me incorrect documentation, it belonged to another client and had all their personal information (credit score, credit cards open, missed payments, last four of SSN, name, home address, phone number, etc.) as Rodrick went to go fix the mistake and see how far we were in the process his manager Josh Baker stepped in to “talk” to me about the fact that if I wasn’t going to lease a vehicle I wouldn’t drive off the lot with vehicle, he said since I don’t make over 150 thousand in a year I wasn’t going to afford the vehicles in the lot let alone a 2022. Josh Baker yelled at me our entire conversation, it was nothing but insults and disrespect.

Don’t start a deal with them, their online pricing is wrong; and they will renegotiate after promising prices over the phone. Maybe think about the customers viewpoint before adding 3K in “protection” that nobody wants…. 5 stars, minus 4 starts for each time we were told a different price.

I just had one of the best car buying experiences ever while buying a car from Julian. When I mentioned I was not able to sign right away Julian and his manager were patient and mentioned to me to take my time and think it over. It didn’t stop there when I met the financial officer Jen she was super nice and made sure going through the paperwork was smooth sailing. I made sure to come back and buy that vehicle because it is not everyday that you get great customer service. I will come back solely on that!

Disgusted and disappointed in the attitude towards customers by “manager of used vehicles”Josh Baker. He was very unprofessional and yelled at us when Rodrick Wortham, the representative we had been working with had stepped away from his desk to check on the process. Josh baker essentially ushered us out of the building after he yelled at us that my friend did not make enough money to support having a car that nice and then stated that if we lied and said she made 150k a year then we could drive off in the new 2022 Jeep Wrangler that she was attempting to purchase . Worthless place. Do not go here.

Salesperson Chris (Male/Age 53 he wanted to make this known, not me]) was completely rude and disrespectful after I simply reached out to him about getting a detailed service report. This was the worst dealership experience I've ever had in my life. These people are total snakes, they sold me a vehicle and their service team forgot to tighten the bolts on the brakes so they broke on me 1 WEEK after purchasing. I COULD HAVE DIED. After reaching out to them and asking for some compensation for transportation, etc. They were super shady the entire time, sending me the wrong documents, being extra rude, they even put me on hold, told me I needed to "calm down" and Sales Manager Chris even went so far as to scream at me on the phone and hang up, only because I told them I was considering returning the vehicle. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

A very good service experience overall. People were professional and polite, the intake process smooth, and my Jeep repaired perfectly. Running great now. The only negatives were my experiences with the shuttle and the car wash. I waited an hour for the shuttle, but it seems the driver was out to lunch. It would have been better to let me know it would be an hour - I could have arranged another ride. As far as the car wash goes, I never got one. My understanding is you get one when you come in for service, but my vehicle was returned unwashed. Fix this - Five stars!

I was thinking that I would get the run around on the issues I was experiencing, but that wasn’t the case. All my concerns were addressed and i was too used a loaner to get back and forth to work, when I picked up my car I walked in and the entire service department sang happy birthday to me….made my day! My car has been at Russ Darrow Collison Center since 10/12. Today's date is 10/20 and I don't have it back yet. It is extremely difficult to be without a car for that long. I received my car after 10 days. The repair looked great and the car was super clean when I picked it up.

Most recent visit was HORRIBLE!!! They lost a loyal customer!! Friday I went in for regular maintenance (oil change, tune up and wheel alignment) and that totaled to $631. I parked my car until Sunday and my car over heated!!! Of course they are closed on Sundays so I went to Honda and they bled the line. Monday I go in and I’m told I have a radiator leak. This is the SECOND time my car overheated right after they maintenance my car!!! Of course I’m the one to blame and initially had to pay my extended warranty deductible of $200. I kept explaining why I felt I shouldn’t have to pay for something they overlooked and of course no resolve and then after a hard time and talking to the very rude service manager she told me they would split the deductible with me. This is not the first time something like this happened I’m not sure where they get their mechanics from but I will never go back!!! Be very wary
Krystal, I have been made aware of your situation and what has transpired. First off, I am sorry that your vehicle continues to be an issue. You are correct that when you bring your car in, you want it to run as intended. As was stated, the initial visit this time was not in response to an issue and/or anything related to the radiator of your vehicle. Nothing was ever mentioned to look into it or that there may be a potential future event causing an issue. When your vehicle was here, there were no indicators to our Level 3 trained mechanics that would also throw a flag telling us to inspect something as well. If so, we would have for certain reached out and asked if you wanted to have the work done. Sometimes timing is an issue with these events, unfortunate timing, yet timing none the less. I can hear your position of not wanting to pay for the service your vehicle requires, if you would like to discuss it more in depth with me, I am available anytime to do so. I know Alicia my Service Manager offered to split your deductible for your Service Contract with you as she felt it was a bad situation with timing, if that was not enough, I can also understand your position. My daughter and I went to purchase a SUV for her. We traded in a vehicle that she also purchased there at Russ Darrow. Our sales person Bobby Mcquay was very professional and informative. He stated he was new there any question he couldn’t answer (there was only a few) he asked his fellow team member (Mr. Chris Mundell who was very informative and my questions were answered in a timely manner). I wasted my money on a full details I feel like my vehicle was being rush gettin a details done to it. I mean I drop my car off at 1300 car got done at 1530ish. I feel like my car was only vacuum in the inside to look new but I mean I like for my trunk to get clean also the same treatment the inside my car. I would never come back to this location ever again the lady who came out to talk to me had a very nasty attitude that was very rude. The GM he smell like nothing but cigarettes and he jus went to go get anybody to come talk to me from the service department it was the rude lady. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. My first time coming here I coulda just went to NISSAN OR KIA OR HONDA they have ways better customer service then this place. The so called service department manager didn’t do nothing to make me feel better at least make me feel like the money I spent was worth it because $153 dollar was put to waste.

Julian Barnes and his manager were great to deal with. They did not give us a hassle as other places did when we were negotiating a price. It made the experience more pleasant and less stressful as they took our offer seriously and did what they could to come as close as possible the first time. No going back and forth. Also repaired a small dent on the 2019 we bought like it was never there. Based on our experience and how nice everyone was that we came in contact with, I would recommend this dealer.

Majority of staff were not wearing masks. It was disappointing to see the receptionists also joke “I hope they’re not recording me with my mask off.” As for the service, they were quick but didn’t check all the boxes. My oil life wasn’t reset & tire pressure was not raised back to standard levels. Hard to trust the reports I received from them are accurate. If I didn’t already pay for a maintenance plan when I bought my vehicle, I would go somewhere else.

First time there the service was very good. I pulled up and the service gentleman came out right away his name was John. I made reservations on line and he had all my information and that was great. My wait time was not that long at all I pretty much in and out and they wash my truck for me thank you. I will definitely come back again for my vehicle maintenance.

Was not happy that there was a " shop charge "for oil change and for a diagnostic test that that information wasn't given ahead of time. Also would have been nice to know ahead of time that you charge for using a credit card. Not everyone has debit card or carries their check book around.

The worst experience on the record, starting from the operator who redirected my call and demonstrated poor attitude, to the unhelpful and antagonistic salesman who called himself the manager. Would NOT recommend purchasing or dealing with this dealership in any way shape or form. I regret purchasing a vehicle from this place, and will avoid further dealings with them. I will be sharing my experience with family and friends - this place is to be avoided. I received a malfunctioning part to my car. The salesman/manager refused to understand the issue, called me “angry”, further demeaned me, and refused to give his name when prompted. When I asked to speak to the manager - he said, “I am the manager”. I felt cornered and demeaned, certainly devalued as a customer. This is not how any legal professional business is to be run, and certainly not the type/lack of service to be expected.

My son car has been at Russ Darrow for almost a month, waiting for parts, for struts and tire rod. This length of time is unacceptable, and has cause us a lot of money for transportation to work. Went here to have my Jeep serviced for a recall. Andrew was super friendly and thorough with explanations of what needed to be done and approximate wait time. Waiting area was clean and well stocked with coffee (much needed at 8am). I also headed over to the parts department for some quotes and he was patient and super helpful. Thanks Russ Darrow for the great service all around! I’d definitely recommend to anyone and will be going back in the future.

It was OK. I was upset to find out they do not honor Jeep factory service coupons. I received a set of coupons from Mopar via the My Jeep app, and both the service agent, and the finance manager said they do not accept the coupons. Aside from that everything was meh. I really don't feel like a valued customer at Russ Darrow. I mean they balked at saving me $15.00 today on $260 in total service.(for clarification I wanted to purchase a service package of 3 oil changes for $100, that would have been $45 savings over the next 3 oil changes) Over-all I have had just OK experiences at Russ Darrow definitely not horrible, but nothing that would make me tell a friend they should really try Russ Darrow. UPDATE: Jeep did respond to my inquiry about the coupons and confirmed that Russ Darrow has opted out of the Mopar promotions.

Called to schedule an appointment to discuss buying a new vehicle. Salesperson was nice enough and encouraged me to take a test drive, which we did. When it came time to start talking about the price, that's when things got complicated. First sales sheet included $1495 in "accessories" added on to the sticker price, minus Chrysler rebates. I was told that this was for some type of vehicle protection service. I said I wasn't interested in that and asked that they take it off the sales sheet. Salesperson walked away and came back saying that they would sell me the service for $995. I wasn't interested in the protection service and told them again to take it off the pricing sheet, so we can talk in actual numbers. Every time I asked for clarification, I was introduced to a different "sales manager." They wanted to "talk" about prices, but didn't seem to want to put them in writing. They were willing to give me more on my trade-in, but I wanted to talk about the sales price. They mentioned a rebate program that I didn't qualify for...which just confused the pricing further, as they said they had worked that rebate into the price sheet I was given. So, essentially, the price went UP while I was talking with them. Everything seemed high pressure, asked me if I would purchase it that evening, etc. I went to this dealership for my previous vehicle, and it was the same then--sales guys writing up prices on a plain sheet of paper with a Sharpie. That's not how I do business. I left and told them that I'd think about it. (I had to ask for the keys to my own vehicle back after they appraised at it for a trade in. The sales manager apologized and handed them over immediately. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt on that one, but holding onto someone's keys is one of the oldest, dumbest tricks in the car salesman's book and should never happen.) I did some more research online and found another dealership an hour away with an advertised internet price on a completely identical vehicle--same sticker price--that was almost $2K less than Darrow's price. I sent a screenshot to the Darrow salesman that I was working with and asked if his dealership would match this price. The "sales manager" called me immediately and left a message that "something fishy must be going on with that price" and "we can only sell it for what we can sell it for--come in and I'll show you the paperwork." That may be true--it's a pretty, shiny new building that they're in, and someone has to pay for all that. I took the phone message as a "no" and contacted the competing dealership, who sold me the identical vehicle for the price advertised on their website, plus an incentive that Darrow didn't seem to be interested in utilizing. No fuss. Like with most things, it helps to do your homework before making a commitment. I look forward to the day when all dealerships list prices on their website and sell vehicles for that price, without all of the verbal gymnastics.

From the very beginning things were very positive. I am all the way in California and prior to getting to my primary sales representative the staff at Russ Darrow were quick to put a sold sign in the car I wanted. After that point Justin took over and his service was excellent. There were quite a few things to arrange and he was up to task with everything. This was my first out of state purchase and it couldn't have been better. I would definitely recommend Russ Darrow to everyone.

It's all about the SERVICE, and they sell cars as well...Over the years, and having been exposed to many Sales/Repair facilities in the Milwaukee area...I managed a used car sales dealership for 10 years...We had many occasions to utilize outside repair facilities....I can honestly say that Russ Darrow was the most up front, dependable, reliable, consistent quality, with out any of the hyperbole, what you see is what you get, no suprises kind of place...I never hesitated to refer a customer to them....Consistent Quality, is a practice that they must work on everyday...I have never purchased a car from them. We visited the dealership to look at Dodge Ram Pro Master utility van. When we entered the dealership the sales staff was very professional and very accommodating. We discussed our future purchase plan and the salesman then showed us a few options; which we took for test drive. They also took the time to let us know the ordering and the various add-on options that were available. We will definitely be making our utility van purchase from this dealership in the near future. I had the best experience with Jeff in the service department. I came in (after calling ahead) about 10 minutes before closing. Jeff was more than willing to help me by removing the locked lugnuts that I didn't have a key for. He was friendly, stayed about 20 minutes late, and even had my vehicle washed. He went above and beyond and had a smile on his face the entire time. I highly recommend the service department, especially Jeff!

I had been shopping around for a Jeep Wrangler for a few months and eventually I found one online about two hours from where I live. The salesmen who was at a Russ Darrow closer to me took over a week to bring the car down for me to see it. When I finally did get to go see it, there were some minor fixes (scratches, dirty interior) that I requested to be fixed. I was told to come back the next day so they had plenty of time to make it perfect, and that I would receive a full gas tank. I come back the next day and it appears they have not even touched the vehicle. The inside still had dirt in it, the outside still had all the scratches that I pointed out, there was bugs covering the front. It was obvious there was no effort into presenting the vehicle. I talked with the salesmen and stated my concern about the cleanliness, and the scratches. He sent the vehicle back two times, and it still was not up to standards. From my understanding, when you buy a new vehicle (new or used) it is proper customer service to send the customer away with a fully cleaned vehicle. Then I was told they were only “allowed” to put $20 Into the gas tank. Even after promising a full tank the day before. Finally, our salesmen offered us a free paint pen shipped right to us to take out the scratches and nicks. Over a month of owning the vehicle I had to reach out about the paint pen because we still never received it. Overall, the vehicle I am very much happy with. However, I will not buy from Russ Darrow in the future because of the very poor customer service.

Had an appointment scheduled for two different safety recall issues. Was told that I would be given a replacement vehicle while my car was being fixed. When I showed up to drop my car off & pick up my replacement vehicle I was told my service dog was not allowed in the replacement vehicle. Total waste of over an hour. My previous service oil change took over an hour and a half. I no longer get my oil changed here.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. When I setup the appointment I described exactly what I was expecting to have done. When I showed up for my appointment they had no idea what I was there for. Also, they gave me no idea of how long the service would take before they got me in one of their rental cars and sent me on my merry way. I was patient for 3 days before deciding to call in for an update. They said that they have yet to begin and weren’t sure when they'd be able to get started because they were extremely busy. In my opinion, if they’re so busy they shouldn’t make the appointment if you don’t have time to complete the service in a respectable timeframe. They committed to calling me with an update by the end of that day.... I got nothing until I called in AGAIN two days later. They told me they just pulled my Jeep into the garage that morning and that it would be completed that day. I got a call later and they said they didn’t have the last part needed to complete the service and that they’d need another day. Even though they got that last part in the following day they called and told me it STILL wasn’t fixed and that they needed to replace the glass of the dual-pane sunroof which would take another 3-5 days to get that in. I told them that I was coming in to get my Jeep because I didn’t have any more time to deal with them. In addition, I was supposed to get an oil change and after 7 BUSINESS DAYS they couldn’t even get the oil change completed. This was an absolute waste of my time and I will never return to this dealership or any other Russ Darrow in the Milwaukee area. I wouldn’t even go back if they told me they were giving me a free car and I didn’t have to pay the taxes on it.... Good Riddance.

I dealt with other dealerships for three weeks trying to find the best deal. The team at Russ Darrow was the only team that gave me great, no BS, customer service. They were also the best price I could find in five different states.I live in Alaska and the team had to take a lot of extra steps to make the sale and paperwork get through, but they did, and that is why I am so happy to say this dealership was truly outstanding.

Bought a used car from them. Got a call from the loan place the next day asking if I agreed to a $3000 warranty I told then no. The loan was placed on hold. Went back in the next day. The Sales manager called me over to talk to him and a different finance guy. The Sales manager lied that I my monthly payment would go up or I might not get approve if I don't take the warranty I told them both I still don't want it. Then he threatened just taking the car back. I told him to give me my money back then. He got up and left. I eventually talked to the finance guy who originally did my contract and he said that I need to talk to the Sales manager first. I told him I did already. I told him the same thing I told the Sales manager that if they don't take it off they can have their car back just give me my money back. He called and talked to the sales manager and they eventually agreed to take off the 3k warranty. It lowered my monthly payments by almost $100. And I was still approved So the Sales manager lied about everything. I'm a veteran and I been deployed usually I try to go into every service place with an open mind. What the Sales manager lied about was pretty messed up. Other then the Sales manager everyone else was pretty good to work with.

Yesterday , I went to this dealership for my car tire rotate and my brake fluid light on fix. First, they worked tire. After service advisor came to me and she told me the brake fluid fix cost $150 agreed to fix but she told me are you wanted to wait or want home at least 2 hours take time. After I will call you the cost is change or the time is change for fix. So I said, I wanted to home. I waited and waited because I had to to go work but nobody call me that day. The next day about 10:00am I called the dealership service .They told me the brake fluid wasn't fix yet. They said, if you want to done some part had to fix too the cost $800. I meant I can afforded to fix but no respect time. It been before 2 week ago also I went the dealership the guy said, about 2 hours they have to check so you have to make another appointment.I paid $200 but nothing had done. I felt so terrible. By the way I went this service center almost 4 years never been before.

It has been 10 years since I've purchased a new vehicle. Darnal made the process smooth and easy. He sent me the link to fill out most everything electronically. When I got to the dealership, all I had to do was sign some documents and wait for him to top off the gas. At close to $5 a gallon, that was much appreciated. Dirt bag dealer who tells you they have what you want just to get you in the door. The sales men were not friendly, hardly talked, rushes you to run credit before seeing the vehicle(tried to run my credit when apparently the car wasnt even avaliable anymore.) Also when you get there says the truck is still avaliable and that it wasnt on the lot just yet, (even when i called ahead 2 different times) says they'll call in 2 days. I call 1 week later because i never received a call back to be told it was sold before i went to look at it the first time, then was givin attitude when i was upset about it. THEY DONT CARE and just want money. Probably wont mean much, but i record all of my calls and some in person interactions (witch IS LEGAL) and I'm filling out a complaint with the BBB because this breaks policy. I'm sick of that area, every one at the auto mall over there does this exact same this all the time, and with me for the 7th time. That's why I'm leaving this comment and am going do what i am, I'm sick of it.RECAP was told 2 times on the phone that it was avaliable. Told 2 times in person, then a week after trying to see it, am told it was sold before i ever went to look at it with an unfriendly tone of voice. Been to russ darrows in west bend and there friendly as can be. Always take the blame for anything that goes wrong and even if your pist they make sure to stay calm and talk to you with respect. If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had, hands down. Last Monday my husband and I came in to look at two vehicles we were interested in. The receptionist had us go with Darnel. My husband went with him for the test drives and the salesman was on his phone the entire test drive. Asked one question, ‘How soon are you looking to buy?’ Did not instruct him on where to go on the test drive either. Seemed like we were bothering him to be there to buy a vehicle. They came back and went to test drive the other vehicle and Darnel told my husband to just go by himself. He returned and we said we wanted to move forward with one of the vehicles. When asked to get a price on my Jeep that we would be trading in, we were told the used car manager was gone for the day when it was only 6pmand they are open until 9pm. We were told to look it up online on KBB because it’s ‘pretty close’. Didn’t offer to take photos of my Jeep to show them the next day, didn’t offer to start the financing application, and basically pushed us out the door and said he’d call us the next day. Tuesday came and went with no phone call of course. I had to reach out to the used car manager (Nick) and explain the situation. No apology, but had me send in photos of my Jeep and said he’d call back the next day with an offer and to start filling out financing online. Wednesday came and went with no calls again. Both my husband and I had to reach out to multiple people to finally get the trade-in value but no one could get back to us on financing. They even ran our credit! Thursday came and we called the managers again, I left a message for the GM (with no call back), spoke to finance, who had no clue what was going on or had any clue about our application, and also tried calling the salesman again. Again. Not a single call returned from anyone at this dealership. We should not have to beg a dealership for a call back to make a sale. Period. All this while, both my husband and I received over twenty phone calls over a three day period from their ‘VIP Sales Event’ and asked when we’d like to come in to look at cars. Uhhhhh… are you kidding me? I had to explain multiple times to these same people to take us off this list because we already picked out a vehicle but no one can call us back so we can actually buy it! This place is an absolute joke. Needless to say, we went next door to CarMax and found an even better vehicle and had zero issues purchasing and taking it home the same day. Take your business elsewhere.

He showed me the 2022 Compass Jeep, never heard of it. Test drove it & fell N Love with it! Came back on Tuesday evening, signed papers & drove away happy! They've been pretty good last two times taking my Ram in for an oil change. Seems a bit pricey but not terrible. Only reason for 4 stars is the tech didn't reset my oil change indicator. Easy to do myself but typically something you do when doing an oil change for a customer. Small detail, nothing big to complain about.

I was in contact with salesperson Chris Martinez for a couple of days prior to making an appointment regarding the purchase of a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. I traveled an hour to the dealership and arrived on time. After 10 minutes, Chris greeted me and said it would be just a couple of minutes as we are finishing up with another customer. I sat in the waiting room and walked the lot and showroom for another hour. I talked to another salesperson about taking the Jeep for a test drive, I told him I was already working with Chris. This salesperson was disappointed that I wasn't a potential commission and he made brushed me off. Chris texted me at 2:33 apologizing for the wait, 2 hours after my appointment. To say the least, they lost the sale of a vehicle that has been on their lot for over 2 months.

I got in an accident after purchasing a truck from Russ Darrow Jeep. I tried working with Russ Darrow Jeep to help with the process of accessing the gap insurance and they have the most horrible customer service. They dont get back to you and they procrastinate to the point Im still trying to get the rest of my debt paid for the truck that was totaled. Dont get the Gap insurance because it a crook. They say they cover the rest of the amount owed on your car but they dont cover the rest of the amount.

Once you've signed the papers and driven off the lot, this dealership does not care about you at all. They will act like their hands are tied about any issue you might have after they have made the sale. They sold me a van that they told me had heated seats and heated steering wheel. Those features did not work once the weather was cold, but this place doesn't want to do with fixing this bad faith agreement. Plus they charged me $177 just to diagnose the problem. I wish I never purchased a maintenance warranty with them, because I really never want to go back there again.

Terrible experience and will probably buy my next vehicle from somewhere else. I was told by russ Darrow greenfield to take my vehicle to the jeep Russ Darrow because my bad wheel bearings should be covered by warranty. I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out with Russ Darrow jeep for this and the guy said oh great looks like this is still under warranty. I get to the shop and they run diag and they tell me it will be 700$ plus 150$ for diag and this is not covered by warranty. I Would not have scheduled this 2 weeks out to pay dealership prices for diag. Very upset with the entire experience. Since they won’t let me leave 0 stars I am leaving one.

I brought 2 tires for my car 2 months ago and I noticed my front tire was losing a lot of air. I immediately called to have them to look at that tire I was given and they told me nothing was wrong with my tire. Weeks later I brought my car back for the same issue and I was told they could not find the problem. So I brought my car back again only for them to charge me for something that was created by them.

I always wanted a Jeep so this was a big deal for me and Chris Martinez didn’t make me feel pressured or like I was just a sale. The GM Ralph also got me a great interest rate (better than the financial institution I work for) and was very attentive the entire time! Not only that but Chris in the service dept was awesome when I needed my vehicle serviced and made it so quick and easy for me. This place is AWFUL and I am still reeling from the experience. First, they sent me a very personalized letter saying I can get out of my lease early and they are EXTREMELY motivated in doing that because they need my used Jeep. I called and was told to come in right away because I didn't want to miss this deal. I scheduled the appointment for Saturday. The sales associate I was scheduled with told me he couldn't help me because he had "people he was more invested in talking to". I should have walked out then. I was passed on to a variety of associates. The kicker - they tried to get me to trade in my jeep for a downgrade with a HIGHER cost to me. That makes no sense. I told them about the letter I received and they told me the letter was 'auto generated' and really didn't mean anything. This was an HOUR after I had received the run around from them. So any "deal" or "incentive" they try to offer you...it is a bunch of lies. It was a huge waste of my time. This is NOT the place you want to work with.

MY salesperson was very pushy for me to buy the vehicle and I did not like that! I was going to go to another salesperson due to Matt sounding like a know it all but knew nothing! It makes salespeople like him make people go to places like carvana so you don't have to deal with the pushiness!! Then Matt left the dealer in the vehicle then pestered me to look for it which was such an inconvenience due to me parking vehicle in one of my garages where I was not located having to go out my way due to him forgetting it in my vehicle!! Resulting with Matt coming to my home freaking my wife out with him looking my our bushes.... just a very weird experience.... someone needs to talk with this guy to give his some customer service training. Now Blanca I dealt with in the end and with I would have had her as my salesperson she was really helpful and a pleasure!!

Well, this time they didn't forget to return my wheel key so that's a plus. They did manage to change my oil and rotate my tires successfully, though the tires had too much air in them. Unfortunately they have instituted a policy of charging their customers to use a credit card. It's not as if their service comes cheap and coupons are few and far between. For this reason, and because of past problems with Russ Darrow dealerships, I will no longer be doing business with them: not for service and not for purchase. They need to learn to treat their customers better.

Friendly and honest staff. Ralph Racette was great to work with and very responsive. Ralph took the extra steps in earning our business. Nothing bad to say about any of the staff as we worked through the process of a new car purchase.

The entire entertainment system on my Chrysler Pacifica went blank. I took it to Russ Darrow Chrysler Dodge, etc for repair. The repair was done perfectly and very promptly. All costs were covered by my extended warrant under Zurich. A very pleasant experience.

Update: They fixed the vehicle issue on the same day it was took in. Was happy that Todd took the time to contact after to make sure everything was working well. Update: spoke with Todd. Will be taking the vehicle in to hopefully be fixed. Will update again after. Bought a used vehicle from them and 2 days later the check engine light came on. Called multiple times and have never been able to actually talk to someone. Voicemails were left but never received a returned call. Hard to believe this problem just magically appeared 2 days after buying. Seems with the lack of returned phone calls that they knew there was a problem with this vehicle before selling and it wasn't disclosed. Will not be recommending or purchasing from there again.

Disappointing experience. Sales associate Darnel did not respond to my phone or email messages. Purchased a 2018 Grand Cherokee that was not detailed. When they handed me the key for the car this is what I noticed: There was soda or gum in one of the door wells Crumbs in the gear shifter Dash was not even wiped off After I signed all the paperwork, the dealership disclosed they did not have a second key or floor mats. For a $32k purchase I unfortunately trusted them to be transparent and helpful. Instead I got a dirty car missing some critical pieces from sleazy crooks. Never do business with them.

After 2 hours with my car in the shop it was out of alignment more than it was when I came in. There attitude was gee we don't know how that happened. Services gone down tremendously. They took nothing off the bill (a free oil change at a place I no longer trust), and made no real apology, but with another one hour of my time, they corrected the problem putting me behind schedule for the rest of my day.

I'm am upset with Russ Darrow. I came in on Saturday morning and I told the lady that my engine light was on and I need a new thermostat and an oil change. She said that I will still need an diagnostic and might not have to pay because of warranty. I waited over 2 hours just to be told that it was thermostat and I have to pay. I am still high upset and unsatisfied.

Zero stars if possible. I tried to purchase a vehicle from them recently but they told me they couldn't sell me a car if I was out of state, they couldn't help me with shipping the car to me out of state, and they refused to budge a dollar on the price...only to lower the price on their website less than 15 minutes after telling me they couldn't move a penny. Their website says they'll deliver to you anywhere in the United States, but This is false. None of the 3 sales people or sales manager even knew their website promises shipping and they refused to honor it. The last I spoke with someone I was told I'd get a call back in "a few minutes" to discuss my shipping options. That was 27 hours ago. Crickets. In the meantime I've purchased the exact same vehicle from another out of state dealer who not only was happy to sell to me from out of state but also scheduled the delivery for me without any hesitation. There was even a discrepancy between the price on their website and the price showing on autotrader but they happily honored the lower of the two. This is the type of experience you should expect when purchasing a car.

Everyone was absolutely helpful and kind. This dealership did they most outstanding thing for me. They gave me a chance, something we all ask for. The young man that helped me was very polite. I needed to replace a two-foot piece of door trim. He quoted me $60 for the part. It seemed a little high, but okay. And $40 to install. I said I would install it myself. When I got home and unwrapped the part I was thinking there is probably some special knowledge I needed to do it right. No. It literally took no more than 5 seconds. I thought that $40 to install was abhorrent. If I could get that much, I would work 1 hour a day and make just under $29,000 every day. I wouldn’t wanna be too greedy.

Recently, I had the worst experience ever at Russ Darrow Body shop. My car was hit in the rear on February 14, 2020. The following Tuesday, February 18, 2020 I had my vehicle towed to Russ Darrow body shop because they have previously done nice work on my vehicle. This time was FAR from good. I received a call from one of the body shop reps 1 week after my car was towed there and he informed me they were a little behind and hadn’t had a chance to look at my vehicle, but it is on schedule to be looked at Monday or Tuesday of the coming week. I replied OK, and also mentioned that I was a platinum member and would like to use the $500 off the deductible option. His reply was, “OK”. A week later, I was told my vehicle was in the process, but things were a little slow because they had people coming back from vacation, but I was guaranteed that my vehicle would be done in time. Fast forward, 45 days of them having my vehicle, it still wasn’t ready. I was at the end of my rental time and had to return that vehicle, so I called the body shop and they agreed to get me a loaner. Once I picked the loaner up, I then found out nothing was done to my car at all it wasn’t even looked at. The new rep that I spoke with (because the old rep was transferred out) stated they were putting it on the rack and sending the insurance a supplemental quote. By this time, I’m at the mercy of them because my car wasn’t fixed, and I needed the car they gave me to get back and forth to work. Before leaving with their loaner, I made sure that the notes from the previous rep was in there about my deductible. He said “yes, we have the $500.00 off”. On May 6th, 2020 I finally received a call to say that my car was ready, and the total was what the insurance company sent me in a check as well as my whole deductible. I asked what about the platinum membership and my $500.00 dollars off. I was told “we gave you a loaner”. I responded no one told me that things would change once I received the loaner nor that I would not be able to get $500 off my deductible. So, I was forced to pay everything in its entirety, but he took opted to take off $100.00. Russ Darrow handled this situation very unprofessionally, regardless of taking the $100 off or not. No favor was done for me when I was inconvenienced from my form of transportation for 45 days AND lied to from 2 separate Reps. Offering to give me a loaner vehicle should have been complimentary for their lack of service, yet it was misleading. If the shop was so busy and short staff, I should have had the opportunity to take my vehicle elsewhere. In addition to poor service, they forgot to paint the door jamb of the trunk and I had to wait another day. In my opinion, the paint job is very poor and needs to be smoothed out. Inside of the trunk appears to have been painted with a regular paintbrush. OVERALL, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RUSS BODY SHOP ON 91ST AND BROWNDEER RD TO ANYONE.

I was very pleased with Shaun whom assisted me on my vehicle purchase. He did his best to make sure he was able to help me purchase a vehicle within my price range. The process did take a great deal longer than expected, however it was due to the finance department working diligently to help me to finance my vehicle. George also assisted me on my vehicle purchase as well and made sure I understood all the finance and insurance information. I've always had good experiences here. They're professional, honest and prompt. I did have one important safety concern that I wanted checked out yesterday in addition to my oil change that I will have to make a separate appointment for as I was told they didn't have time to look into it. Outside of that, I was once again pleased with their service and will continue to return here for my car maintenance.

Just stopped through. Lovely set up. The customer representative greeted me as soon as I walked in even though he was with a customer. They asked we to sit even though I just needed to get my car checked over. This was nice.
