    Wow! Newly transplanted from out of state. I got an oil change and it was fast and line by line checked out all working conditions of the vehicle. Friendly and professional. Pleasure to do business with them. Having to hang onto vehicles longer it’s comforting to know I have a reliable service to keep my car running in great condition. A+++

    I can for a $60 special to prep my vehicle for the summer. They recommended a 90k tuneup for $550. The only difference between the two services was a transmission flush ($200) and refilling fluids. That didn’t sound reasonable to me.

    I came in for an emissions test because I was trying to get my vehicle that was purchased in Illinois registered here in Wisconsin. The guy at the front of the service desk told me that I had to drive to Illinois to get my emissions test completed. That didn’t sound right to me because a week ago a different dealership in Glendale performed an emissions test on the vehicle without any problems. I recommend driving to the Heiser Toyota across the street. They offered to give my vehicle an emissions test and are up to speed with DOT regulations.

    Leased my altima from here and had an excellent experience; my salesman Adam was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly giving me multiple drives in multiple trims of the vehicle to determine which was right for me, and it made what can be a long, frustrating, drawn out process very smooth and easy.

    Hi my name is Terrell Jones and I have been going to this dealership foe the past 3 yrs since its the closest to me. But today a service Rep by the name of Brittany Hall rubbed me the wrong way. All I came in for was to ask about a letter I received in the mail the day before. Mrs Hall decided to respond in a very angry/offended manner to my question. Idk if she dealings with other individuals about the same topic who made have given her a hard time. I understand if there was but there also a level of professionalism and courtesy customers expect when coming into a dealership. I just hope her manager or someone higher cam help her avoid doing this again

    I use to enjoy going to this dealership for maintenance on my car. I had been going here forever and I recently I went for an emissions test. One of the reps at the desk told me i’d have to wait an hour when Ive never waited over five minutes for that service. He was very smug & rude. Changed my entire experience.

    Vehicle service is pretty fast and very accommodating, that's the bonus of this location. Mechanics pretty much have been good at servicing my car in the past with minimum to no issues. Because I bought my car from them several years ago, it made sense to me to go back and trade my car and possibly have more perks. However, my experience Monday did not turn out as I thought it would. It was awkward. My husband and I walked in hoping to look at some cars we saw online and to browse, but sadly, the lot was literally bare and had majority of brand new or vehicles a few years old between over 20-40k plus. Usually there's a lot of cars to look at and we were surprised that the cars we saw online that were advertised and appeared to be at the metro mall were not there. We worked with a sales rep and gave him an idea of our budget and needs. We were hoping to trade my car and using any remaining value of the car as equity towards the new vehicle with no down payment. The only car they could pull for us was a Ford Escape for $17k that had not been cleaned yet, smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. They didn't put enough gas in the car to complete 2 laps around the S-145 without the light coming on which did not look good. The manager looked at my car and they offered $4.5k. They pulled numbers for the Ford Escape and the interest rates were not at all accurate. The numbers they gave us they said would be around 8% int. Rate. That was incorrect, my husband even showed him on his phone using their car payments calculator. It made it seem as if we could not afford the car and it became a numbers game assuming I had good credit. I reassured them that I did have excellent credit. Because they had no other vehicles for us to see and within our boundaries we went elsewhere. Within 2 days, I got a great car from another dealership. They offered $4.7k for trade in and the car I ended up taking home cost much more than the Ford with manageable payments and the manager at this dealership did what it took to make the sale. Discussed our budget, knocked down the price, gave us a very fair trade in value, the lowest interest rate for a car loan I've ever had, their sales rep was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles they carried, they gave us accurate numbers to work with and made us feel secure about our decisions. I got the keys to that car the same day I walked in.

    Curtis helped me get out of my Kia oh which I no longer wanted anymore based on the fact that they are getting stolen. I also wanted to get out of my lease because it just didn’t make sense for my life events. He got me into something I liked a lot more than my previous car. He’s such a funny and witty person. Felt very comfortable and made the time spent at the dealership fun. Also Stephen Perkins was amazing as always. Best uncle there is.

    I needed a last minute appointment for a driveability concern around 3:30. Erin in the service department was so friendly and patient with my questions and looking up warranty information. They were able to have me do a drop off within the same hour and they shuttled me home despite being out of the shuttle zone. I did wait almost an hour for the shuttle, but was communicated with regarding thier customer volume ahead of time. I was expecting it to be looked at within 2 days due to high appointment volume the next day, but they were able to fit me in early the next morning. The fix was quick and my car was ready for pick up by 9:30AM. Overall very satisfied!

    Came in late last night with a messed up car and no experience dealing with a dealership before. Manual was more than accommodating, making sure I was getting what I wanted and took the time to answer my questions while explaining every option in full detail. He made several recommendations and seemed to actually care about what I wanted. I’m glad I ended up at this dealership over the many out there.     PURCHASED A USED CAR FOR MY NEPHEW AND ENGINE LIGHT WENT ON ON THE WAY HOME. WE ALSO FOUND THE TAILPIPE/MUFLLER BRACKETS LOOSE. SET APPT FOR SERVICE & BOTH ISSUES WERE ADDRESSED. THEY SECURED MUFFLER AND CLEANED FUEL INJECTORS. IT NOW IDLES SO QUIET YOU CAN HARDLY HEAR IT WELL PLEASED!

    The service was done in less time than expected. Car wash a 3. I noticed that the technician didn't remove old oil change sticker and put up a new one. Most services always replace the old one with a new one on driver side upper windshield. Makes me wonder what else they didn't do 🤔🤔

    The reps at the service dest wasn't warm and friendly. They were a little better upon picking up my vehicle. The cashiers were nice and apologetic. My car was ready a day before, and had I not call to check and see I would've never known it was complete. Noone called me to let me know that the work was complete. All in all my car us repaired and I'm happy. They should work on their courtesy.

    The mark up charged by dealers is very high, which I'm usually OK with given their quality of work. I know, because we also use our neighborhood mechanic. Therefore, I see no reason to pass along credit card fees to the customers. If that is your company policy, that's fine. I will just be looking for a different dealership if the need arises.

    This whole team is LEGENDARY! Called in to set an appointment thinking that the parts etc for my recall would take a few days. They said, "Nah, we knew this was coming and stocked up. Come on in!" 1 hour later, finished up and they gave my rig a car wash! 6 out of 5!

    I came here last weekend while looking for a vehicle. I told the sales rep that I was looking to stay under $300/month for my monthly payments. I was told by the sales rep that there was nothing available for me to even look at because my price range was too low. So I left right away after only talking to him for 2 minutes. I ended up getting a new car... literally new... at Wilde Toyota that fit my monthly price range perfectly. I’m not sure if the sales rep at Nissan thought that I didn’t have credit, but it was very awkward.

    Took my car in for an oil change and it took nearly 4 hours due to a part they broke. No communication between how the part would be getting to them and ended up not even being the right size. I was over an hour late to work because I expected it to only take 30 min or so and I figured I would stop in before my shift. Started leaking oil 3 days later. Never going back!

    We brought her car into troubleshoot which ended up to be a leaky radiator. The service tech, Charles was very friendly and we have no issues with Charles. However, we left a message on his VM asking to have our car appraised for a trade in. We waited 2 days with no response. Charles called us on the second day wondering why we had not called back. He informed us he never got our message because your VM system doesn't work. Not very good customer service they have voicemail not working and not informing your customers of that fact. With Dennis Charles please get us a quote for a car free trade in and he said he would let your sales team no and call it. The sales manager called us and left us a message we returned his call and I have never heard back from him. Again not very good customer service. Your dealership lost a possible sale and a customer.

    be carful, know what they are going to charge you for when you negotiate for a car. at the end of the deal they threw in a $500 car paint/window protection(that they said is already on the car), after we already agreed on the price of the car and the trade in. They also use small talk as a way to get information so they can throw it back at you or manipulate you/keep you off base when trying to decide if this car is for you. Josh was a rude supervisor, as I was surprised about the extra $500, he then was dismissive and rude to me when I shared my frustration at their sales tactic. He did end up lowering it to 300 but I walked away due to his rudeness.

    I bought my first car from this dealership and feel robbed everytime I go in for something! They poorly explain service charges and take advantage of first time car buyers! Beware of these warranties that don't cover anything when the time comes to take your car in!

I told the Service Advisor about an issue I had with blinking internal lights and was ready to pay a Diagnostic fee, but they checked the battery and found that needed replacing so they took off the Diagnostic fee and charged me for the battery and installation. No more blinking lights!

    I purchased another new vehicle from Russ Darrow Nissan this weekend. I have to say this was the best experience I have ever received while purchasing a new car!! I have to give a HUGE Kudos to Rob the new GM, who was just Fantastic to work with!! He kept me informed of my options, didn't try to talk me into anything that I didn't want or need, and did so with a smile on his face the whole time.     Terrance the sales person was very polite and knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. I really enjoyed conversations with him. Eric the General Manager made me feel so comfortable with the whole process, being very understanding and companionate about all my needs and wishes regarding the purchase that day.     John was an awesome sales representative. He knew the car, all the specs. He was honest. He found the car I was interested in without problems. The detailing was spectacular. Very very professional overall. Jared was very detailed in what a warranty does, and doesn't cover. No haggling, No hidden costs. I would recommend visiting the Russ Darrow Nissan dealership over others in the Metro Mall area.

    My car needed repairs and was under an extended warranty. They did not hesitate to help and I only had to pay the deductible. Other places would not or did not want to work with the warranty. The staff was very friendly, as well. Thank you Russ Darrow!

    Wonderful experience today at Russ Darrow Nissan of Milwaukee! John found me the perfect vehicle for the right price and was patient while showing me options and was extremely knowledgeable about different features the Rogue had to offer with the different trim styles!     Only place I would take my car - consistently great service! No intimidation as a female and never taken advantage of with unnecessary repairs. Whole process was pleasant from making the appointment in a timely manner with Travis, to Joe assisting me with transportation during what would have been a long wait, to meeting the General Manager, Eric, with appreciation and a great contact for any future needs....especially a new Nissan!!

    The service department is incompetent when it deals with repairing brake pads and rotors. I've been there 4 - 5 times within 2 months for the SAME issue; two of those visits I feel they practically lied on what was causing the issue. The recent visit was no different and I guess they expect you to drive 3,000 miles a day for the brakes to work properly?! I cannot recommend at least this location: You'll go in with one issue and come out with another. Or in my case, go in with general maintenance and come out with a larger defect.

    I arrived promptly for my 7:15 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. My car was not returned to me until 9:00 am. Allowing 15 minutes for the oil change, 15 minutes for the tire rotation and 15 minutes for the other courtesy checks, this total service time should have been 45 minutes at most. The extra hour wasted time by your technician and my time. This has happened multiple times since I have owned this vehicle.

    Worst experience you could ever imagine. Went to purchase a vehicle that was listed for sale, was told it would be ready the following Monday for test drive etc. It was not and then was told a week or so mind you the whole time we advised them we had a rental car due to total loss insurance claim and 4k down. After 3 weeks of waiting and now paying out of pocket for rental the dealership to keep us on the hook puts us in a dealer vehicle to use which I was thankful for. We put 500 down and 2 weeks after that they tell us to stop up, now they decided they are not fixing the vehicle we put money down on. So they show us some things we are not interested in and the sales guy Adam legitimately tells us "well you aunt getting your down payment back for like 3 weeks and you are not driving our car off this lot so if you don't like anything we'll just get you home".... over a month of doing with this place 4 trips to the dealership, the GM telling us the truck was ready when it was not, putting money down on something they can't even sell ... was told Saturday after being not too happy "oh you'll have the 500 back by Monday at the latest" only to be told this morning the GM says it has to go through corporate.... the way the market is just go legit anywhere else... carmax is 75 feet away across the street . Stopped at 3 other dealerships on Saturday, had 3 options, payments, approved credit docs just had to pick which one we want to drive off in. This place is a clown show

    I went here to buy my first car, a 2016 kia, 2 months ago. I was very pleased with the service while there the day of purchase, unfortunately im already having issues with the SUV. The check engine light came on out of nowhere, the oil and coolest levels got extremely low in only 2 months and my car isn't due for an oil change until March of next year, and I've had an issue where I've started the car and my radio wouldn't work so I had to turn the car off and back on again unordered to get it to turn on. This is my first car ever and first car buying experience and im extremely disappointed that I already have to figure out what the issue is with my car and put money into a car I was told had zero issues.

    This experience could not have been better. Every...Single...Person at Russ Darrow that we interacted with was genuinely happy to help. Curtis was our salesman and he was kind, knowledgeable, and honest. His GM was amazing, their Receptionist is smiling and happy, financing answered all my stupid questions, Service department was happy to meet me and all were congratulating me on my new car. I own my own business and I am constantly shocked at how poor the customer service is at so many places these days. But not here. They exceeded every expectation. Businesses are run by people. And the people here are stellar. I can't stop telling everyone I know.

    My wheel lock key was missing from my car and lose. It was not in my car when I looked for it. Horrible customer service! Gerald Nissan in IL would have given me better service than what this dealership has done!! I have never had an experience interaction with Nissan like this before. I am always given a email or text and paperwork detailing information/recommendations regarding my car!! I waited over five hours to hear back about the status of my car. It took a long time with an appointment to get a oil change and tire rotation. I was told by Travis, that Nissan dealership only have technicians and not certified mechanics for Nissan dealers. We inquired about other maintenance to be done other than a oil change and we never received a call regarding the issues or inspections. I called the dealership to find out if my car was ready for pickup after waiting for over 5 hours.

    I drove up from Indiana to purchase a Nissan Pathfinder. It was the model I wanted and I felt comfortable making the 4 hour drive because I bought my first new car ever from Russ Darrow in 2005. I drove up from Indy to purchase a 2005 Special Edition Mazda 3. I had a great experience then and new this one with the Pathfinder would be similar which it was. Pricing was straight forward and the place was great to work with. If I'm ever looking for a hard to find vehicle in the future I will be sure to check out Russ Darrow in the future.

    I had a good experience at this location. Everyone was very nice and Brittany kept me updated on my vehicle. The one thing that I didn’t care for was no one was wearing masks. I’m a nurse and know how important it is to mask/distance and vaccinate so it’s sad to see so many that don’t want to follow the guidelines. If not for that I would give 5 stars

    The service rep. was nice enough, but I was unhappy with my overall experience. I had made an appointment several days prior using the web services and noted that I was having trouble with my key fob. I confirmed the appointment online. When I got there, I was asked if I’d brought both of the key fobs. No, I hadn’t; my husband keeps his. To check my key fob problem would make his not work and cost $150 to reprogram. Would have been nice to know that ahead of time — now I need to make another visit, time off work, etc. Also, I’d bought a maintenance plan with the car, but apparently it only covers oil changes and not all maintenance, so I was out $200 for the visit. Lastly, the dealership charges 3% to use a credit card on all service, so I had to use a debit card. I get that dealers don’t want people to put a whole car purchase on a credit card, but there should be a low-ish level (under $1,000, say) where credit cards are okay.

    I brought my vehicle into this shop because I thought they would be fair but found out they are typical of dealers, I only needed my windshield wipers repaired and to check my heater. The first question should have been when did you purchase this vehicle?? This vehicle was purchased just 4 months ago from CarMAX. Why would they service a vehicle purchased recently just because they see 30,000 miles on odometer?? This vehicle didn't need work performed, I understand you're trying to make money but you shouldn't take advantage of a new vehicle owner. The only reason I will ever will do business with this dealer is if there is a recall. You are nothing but criminals. STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE - by the way this vehicle has a warranty despite what the service person told me. LIARS

    Thank you for your response. Your point is valid. A new vehicle owner does not expect ownership cost right away. As part of our commitment to our clients, we check service history of each vehicle. If the history does not show manufacturer required or recommended maintenance has been completed, we will inform the client. It is the decision of the owner to chose to maintain the vehicle. This also keeps a record of maintenance if there is ever a question raised. Unfortunately, we only have access to Nissan and Russ Darrow specific information. If purchased elsewhere, we have no knowledge of service agreements or products purchased by a consumer. Best of luck with your ownership experience.

    Start with the good, the salesman was really pleasant and knowledgeable. The finance guy was great and appreciated his sense of humor. We have been a two car purchase (Lease) with them for 6 years. They informed me that they got a new system that had incorrect information in it. Based off of that information we were given a price well over what we payed the last time. After recovering the receipt of what we payed the last time we were able to negotiate the price that was more in the ballpark of what we were looking for but still higher than what we’ve paid in the past. Mind you we received very similar cars as our previous lease. Overall it was a disappointing experience with flawed or malfunctioning software. We ended up leaving with 2 vehicles after close to 7 hours at the dealership. I will most likely go to another dealership next time as I never feel like a “valued” returning customer.

    Ron was our salesperson and after a previous bad experience at a Nissan dealership 2 nights before where we had to walk out after 2 hours, Ron was like a breath of fresh air. He also introduced us to Steve (GM or Sales GM) and we ended up getting $2,000 more for my trade. We ended up purchasing a 2021 Nissan Rogue Platinum.

    I took my vehicle in to get it serviced and left out with it having missing & broken parts. They didn't think I would find out because I guess they're so use to getting away with this. I took my car back so they can replace my car with the parts they stole. Thankfully they did it at no cost, but there was not one apology from them. Within the 4 weeks of going back and forth to the dealership, they kept adding more things my car "needs" to get. Including another alignment that I recieved a week before. They also overcharged me for parts I didn't even need. Swindlers. I do like to give a special thanks to Charles (Sadly he wasn't my service advisor during this time. He was the main reason I'd always came to this place), Steve for being very friendly, and Paul for responding & helping me out with my issue.

    The buying process was wonderful. Everyone in the dealership from Alyssa (Call Center) to Robert (Sales Manager) to Ron (Sales Associate) to Mark (Business Office) were wonderful. This was one of the best car buying experiences we’ve had. We made the drive from Green Bay to Milwaukee for our vehicle and it was well worth the visit.     Customer service is definitely EXCELLENT!! We had a problem with a used car. GM Eric listened to me and took care of that problem immediately. Troy helped us lease a brand new car. He was very helpful and professional. The process was easy and everyone was very respectful to us. We are now happy with our 2020 Nissan Sentra and very pleased with the service received. People in Service department are also very friendly and clear explaining everything related to the vehicle. I will recommend this place to everyone looking to buy a new or used car.

    I don't know if one star gives this dealership justice. I am a straight shooter guy and it takes a lot to get me upset and really try to understand reasoning from all areas before justifying being upset. I was given a pretty good deal on a New 2020 Nissan Frontier 4x4, enough that I was willing to drive 3.5 hours to the dealership. When I was 15 minutes away from the dealership I get a call from someone and they are like hey are you on your way, I was like heck yeah I am almost there. They told me ok well our general manager wants to speak to you real quick. At this point im thinking wow he wants to give me the red carpet treatment because I drove 3.5 hours to get there, nope he wanted to tell me that he just sold the vehicle that I made a deal with him the day before. Not just that but there was a big sign in the window texted to me with my name in it saying sold. Someone had to willingly go in and take the sign out with my name and sell it to someone else. When I got there I was upset but when I got there he was going to give me the same price for a 2021 Midnight edition 4x4 Frontier, so I relaxed a little bit because that was a pretty good deal and the dealership would have taken a hit for it. My heart told me not to give them business for the integrity issue alone but I went ahead and gave the truck a test drive....sure enough the truck started smoking in the engine compartment and blowing smoke through the AC vents and plummeted out when I opened the hood for the first time after the drive. Then instead of saying maybe saying oh wow I will have our service department ( you know nissan techs) look it over he just gaffed it off that it's what all vehicles do until you break them in 1000 miles. Then he has the audacity to say this is a once in a lifetime deal I wont give this deal after today. Ok my man I am not driving back 3.5 hours anyway

    Great facility, good customer service training. I was clearly being pitched for services that were “recommended” and pricey, and although I didn’t care about the car being washed, a car wash was promised several times - and then not done. I texted the “advisor” a couple of times when I didn’t hear the car had been finished after a few hours, and there was no response. The details matter, y’all. I’d give them another try, for sure.

    I was told by a technician that the work needed on my vehicle was not a cause for concern as of right now but I am currently stuck on the side of the road. Brittani ensured me that I would be ok to drive my car and the tech noticed no hurry to get it fixed until I could bring it in when the dealer had openings the following week

    Normally, I would recommend this service but my most recent experience was below expectations. I had it in for an oil change and faulty turn signal. They quoted me $24 to fix it the first time but claimed they could not find anything wrong and only charged me for the oil change. On the drive home I found it to still be faulty. It was later in the day and I could not take it back that same day. I take it in a couple weeks later and they tried to charge me $159 to look at the turn signal. They wouldn't budge and insisted its $159 to look at it and said it would be an hour. After 90 minutes I check to see what is going on. They can't find the paper work for my vehicle and it was done 30 minutes earlier. Oh and the charge was $160 something. Normally I would drive out of there happy and not feeling taken advantage of. At this point I likely won't go back.

    First of all, we’ve been very dedicated to bringing both of our vehicles to you for years. The service Dept staff is very friendly and good at communicating but this time was the last time we will bring either of our cars to your dealership for service. First the price of service is higher than we could pay at other repair facilities, but we trusted you guys so we were ok with the little extra for the piece of mind. But now that you’ve decided to add 3.5% to the bill when we pay with our credit card, we’ll that’s ridiculous and we won’t pay that. Like repairs aren’t enough of a hardship and not everyone has the money to pay upfront for some car repairs, and then you feel it’s ok to add a fee onto the hardship is just uncalled for. Also, my husband had an oil change and he knew there was a tear in his windshield wiper which wasn’t addressed at all and they didn’t put an updated sticker in his window for when to come back. Things have definitely changed there and not for the better. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere going forward.

    This dealer was my 3rd stop on the day. The first 2 half not ended well and as I sat outside getting ready to enter I was very discouraged and feeling like the money I had worked to save was just not enough to interest any dealer. Then our salesman John met us before we could even walk in. His pleasant manner and interest immediately made us feel better. I told him how much I was willing to spend and he simply showed me his available options instead of trying to get me to spend more. After 2 test drives we made a choice and from there we met the other team members who were all just as nice and helpful. All the way from the GM (Eric) to the detailer. I will recommend this car dealer to anyone who will listen. I drove away with not only the vehicle I need but more importantly my self esteem back intact.     Would give an absolute zero if I could. Our 2013 Toyota RAV4 was bought here and immediately issues started flying in; all revolving our TPMS sensors and tires. We went there 5 times (within less than 2 months) and finally spoke with Steve (The GM), who was COMPLETELY full of himself and a absolute JOKE of a GM. We finally took our car to Monroe to get it looked at, when we found out that the TPMS sensor on the car was CORRODED!!! They completely looked through that 5 TIMES, even though they PROMISED they replaced it. Let me remind you that we’ve only had this car for less than 2 months, yet, it feels like we’ve serviced this car as if we’ve had it for years. What a joke of a dealership and a joke of management. If you’re looking at cars, PLEASE don’t go here. You’re only wasting your time and money.

    The group at Russ Darrow Nissan of Milwaukee was exceptional when I found myself in a bind for a new vehicle recently. I was met in the parking lot by Albert 'ABC' Collins, and from that point on was well taken care of. I was the last person that night and the whole staff stayed until well after midnight ensuring I did not have to come back the next day to complete the paperwork. I was very impressed by their dedication to customer service. I was even taught where everything was in my new vehicle before leaving! I can say I have never had that happen before! The staff's dedication to customer service was beyond reproach.     Had a terrible experience with the service manager at this dealership. Service manager was condescending and refused to request good-will warranty consideration from Nissan for documented recurring transmission issues. I went to a different dealer and explained the transmission issues. They were polite, professional and their service manager worked with Nissan to cover part of the repair costs the same day!

    Long story short--I brought my Nissan in due to my air conditioning not working. I was told that in order to fix it they would have to take my front bumper and head lights off to reattach the AC Sensor due to it being cut and this would cost $800. They also told me if I wanted the AC Sensor to also be replaced it would cost $3000. I denied service at this time. So fast forward a couple days later, I had my dad look at my car and showed him my original AC Sensor piece. He fixed it within 10 minutes WITHOUT having to remove my bumper or head lights, and spent $3 on connectors and electric tape, where Nissan would have charged me $800. Also, prior to going to take my car to Nissan, I just put freon in my car, thinking that was why the AC was not working. When my dad fixed it, I had absolutely no freon, so Nissan also emptied my coolant. Also...I previously completed a review PER NISSAN'S REQUEST and they never posted it to google like I had requested nor reached out to me to follow up on my service, just contacted me because they want me to buy a new car....

We tried to get the repair covered by the warranty company on the service contract the other dealer sold you. Unfortunately, after their inspection, the warranty company denied the claim, which is completely out of OUR control! Other dealers should fix problems with vehicles they sell, instead of passing these on to the consumer! So, I definitely understand your frustration. I am happy that your father could put some electrical tape on your car. You spent $150 in our dealership to have a Master Technician assess your situation, who is Certified with Nissan.     My husband and I just purchased a Rock Creek Nissan Pathfinder and couldn't br happier with it! Our experience with Russ Darrow, metro mall, was outstanding! We spent the evening prior to our purchase date discussing options. When we returned the following day we were warmly greeted not only by David, our salesman but also by the 2 sales managers, and also the general manager whom we met the day before. We were treated like family already! This morning we returned to the dealership with an issue which was resolved immediately! At no time did we feel pressured to make the purchase, even knowing this was the end of a month.     I had exceptional customer service from Gary, the manager. I bought an Armada a little over a year ago from this dealership (under different management) and did not have a good experience. I contacted the corporate office about a different issue recently, and they ended up transferring me to Gary at Russ Darrow. At one point in our conversation, I told him about the issue I had a year ago. He spent over 30 minutes of his time listening to the issue and promised to make it right. He followed through on his promise and has restored my faith in this dealership. Gary is turning this dealership around and has earned back my business. For once I found a dealership manager I feel like I can trust!

    My car’s battery had completely died and they connected me to a tow company quickly and within a few hours I was back on the road with a newly charged battery. The communication and explanation of the situation were clear in all the steps and was handled professionally. A bad situation made good.

    I have leased 3 cars from this dealership and have always had a smooth and comfortable experience. They work hard to make sure you get the deal you want and walk away happy! I leased a Sentra and a pathfinder about 6 month ago and my salesman, Johnny, was amazing and very helpful in getting me the deal I wanted! In my most recent experience, I ran into a scheduling issue with the service department and they weren’t able to fix the media panel on my car when I had the service scheduled. They needed me to bring the car back during the week, which wasn’t going to work with my work schedule, and I wasn’t happy about the scheduling mix up that caused me to bring the car in on a Saturday, just to leave with it still not fixed. The general manager, Robert, went out of his way to make sure that I was able to get a loaner car and was able to work the drop off into my schedule. These guys will do whatever it takes to earn your business and make sure you walk away happy. I recommend Russ Darrow Nissan to all my friends and family.
