Educators Credit Union W Park Pl, Milwaukee

I opened a business account in West Bend and within 2 months they closed the branch without notice (well at least I did not see a notice). I have a business with cash deposits and can't drive from West Bend to Fox Point simply to deposit cash - changed banks. Very disappointed because they had good service.

They approved me for a credit card then called me back and said I couldn’t get it. Now I have a credit hit for no reason and my credit excellent. Stay away from this credit union. I’m taking my business to a better credit union.

I got to this park pl location minutes before the lobby closed. I decided to be considered of staff and go to drive thru. After waiting 19 minutes it was my turn a car pulled off i pulled up. The light was on but as i push the button for service a guy came on to and said my lane was closed. As if i was suppose to go around and wait in a even longer line. Educators you fail a loyal member today. Today service is actually a minus 3 stars. If this happens again i may have no other choice but to move my business and personal accounts to a new location.

Drive through is ridiculously slow. Please make sign telling customers to pull all the way into a lane large. One car holds up other cars clear out to the street.

I use this credit union because they offer great service and as a credit union I know they will offer the best rates.

They closed the branch in West Bend and now too far to other branch. Why couldn't they continue the drive up window? The staff at West Bend Branch were wonderful. Miss them! I don't know what to do...I need a bank in West Bend. So disappointed I have been with them for a very long time. But need to have a West Bend location. Anyone else disappointed with closing our branch in West Bend?

It's time to open up the lobbies. 2 hour wait and the line is wrapped around the corner blocking traffic. Is this really about keeping customers safe or are the banks short staffed? And good luck if you don't have a car, there are also people standing in line with the cars just for simple banking services.

Went in to get information regarding a car loan. Matthew was very professional, knowledgeable and informative.

This place gets a zero. I deposit money daily for my company and everyday there is something wrong. They don't know how to add and print the wrong receipt with the incorrect amounts even though they are given a deposit slip . Done a change order 3 separate times and the last 2 days it's a problem that they can't do it. Their rules and "policies" change daily on what they can and cannot do. When I ask for receipts as proof of deposit, it seems to be a problem. This place is very frustrating. Definitely, going to suggest owner to move to a different bank. Do not bank here.

If I could make it 0 stars, I would. Back in November we set-up automatic withdraws from one account to pay off the student loan account thereby establishing solid credit for my son and not having to worry about late fees or the hassle of making monthly payments. Today, three months later, I get a call saying the student loan account is three months overdue! All the gentleman on the phone could do is say the account is overdue! Now I have to find the time go back to that branch with my son and allegedly get his straightened out. Why this happened, I don't know. All I do know is the mistake is on Educator's end and my son and I are paying the price for their incompetence. And I can't call the branch directly to talk to the manager. NOT happy.
