Went to the wrong door, but no problem. My service advisor came out to greet me. They have some construction going on, and being my first time there, it was a bit confusing. Oil change was fast. They didn’t try to sell me any extras. Answered my questions without being condescending (being a woman). They even washed my vehicle! Good start to the day.

After several weeks of trying to find a nice used Patriot Jeep (many frustrating attempts at other dealers)we finally found the perfect one located at Russ Darrow West Bend. Since we aren't located close to West Bend I called Russ Darrow Madison to see if they could possibly transfer the Jeep to the Madison location. Yes, no problem. Our salesman was Kewon and he went out of his way to answer all of our questions. Kewons personality made the process a delight! He is an asset to their sales staffing!! Not pushy at all!! The manager on duty also came and visited with us while we were waiting for our paperwork. Such a pleasant experience compared to previous experiences. Picking up the vehicle tomorrow and hoping we have as good of luck with this Patriot as our previous ones!

Quality - 3 Functionally everything appears to be in working order, following replacement of the failed part. However two body panel fasteners were loose and two more are missing altogether. Value - 1 As expected they have typical dealer service pricing. However, for some systems there's really no other viable option. Disappointing to have the part alone charged at $700 more than the same factory new Mopar part can be purchased elsewhere. Communication - 1 I had to reach out several times for a status update in order to coordinate pickup. Upon arriving I was notified payment by credit card would be charged an additional 3.5%. The policy alone is highly unusual, but to not know about this prior to arriving to pickup and pay for service is completely unacceptable.

Horrible service. Would give it no stars if possible. Had an appt for a test drive, arrived at appt and was told the car was not ready. Was not called to cancel. Not given Any flexibility to reschedule. Rude staff. Staff did not even apologize for this inconvenience.

Would give zero stars if I could, called an hour ahead to see a vehicle and when we got there the sales rep that treated us started off by insulting my age. After the vehicle in question was brought up he began to look for it, after nearly half an hour of waiting we were informed it was in the detailing shop, as we no longer wanted to wait to see the vehicle because we had other vehicles to see he began degrading the quality of mom and pop dealerships. We got into our car and as we were about to leave he came out of the building and got persistent asking when we would be back and then began arguing with my husband even going as far as to give him his personal address to fight my husband! This rep was exceedingly unprofessional and lost a sale my sister was nearly set on. In the end we found better service and a better vehicle elsewhere.

Very kind staff. They did routine maintenance on my Jeep and addressed some software updates that needed to be done. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. They did forget to reset the oil life, but I could do that myself in the vehicle settings. Overall, a great experience.

Been coming here for years and nearly every time the experience has been great, but today this visit was beyond subpar. It deserves zero stars except for how quickly my oil change was completed so willing to give 2 stars. Upon checking out for my service I was informed they now charge a 3.5% fee for taking credit cards. Are you joking? Your company is one of the bigger employers in the state and you're going to nickel and dime customers for a credit card fee? That's a cost of doing business guys and if you can't afford to absorb it maybe you shouldn't be in business anymore. Absolutely embarrassing. After getting home, I reviewed my work order and noticed that the receipt didn't mention anything about using synthetic oil when the coupon presented and service requested online was for synthetic oil. After calling service back they assured me it was used but how would I know? The receipt reads differently from all my prior services here when synthetic was used. Also, the coupon I used was to include a tire rotation, which I'm confident wasn't completed either. Just an overall poor visit. I'm sure I'll be back because it's a convenient location, but this visit was not good.

Let me say upfront that Aly from the service department was great, informative, and gave me many timely updates while I took my car here. The service department's customer facing personnel were great and I am very appreciative of them working with me to get the cost of some unexpected repairs down. I so badly want to give this team five stars as I planned to, but whoever the techs are have really made me reconsider whether some of the "issues" that were found were really existent. I drove all the way home after picking up my car and the emergency brake wasn't connected. The e-brake itself is not a big deal, but now I am not sure what maintenance was actually done and to what quality, or what else may have been accidentally left disconnected. I am hoping this situation can be remedied because I would instantly change this to a much better review, but I would currently advise my friends new to the area not to go here.

I’m giving 1 star because this is the second time I trade my vehicle at this location and they have very bad customer service from sales agents, I did my deal with the agent Andrew Carter at this time he was nice until I told him I had my bank guy who gave me a very good deal for the car loan. Andrew was upset mocking words between teeth’s, at the end I made the deal with their bank, they ran my credit FOUR TIMES even when I asked first not to do more than one, once I closed the deal he ignored me completely pretending he was “busy”. He has attitude and not good customer service at all, after 4 hours there I told him I was tired and he blamed that It was my fault because I brought the option from my bank loan and that I should go with their options since the beginning.. Hanna the financing girl closed the deal she was so nice but she made a lot of mistakes including registering my new vehicle with the wrong color (black instead of red) I had to call her several times with no luck until I sent her an email. My first time was another agent who was very rude as well I called to complaint and the manager didn’t care at all. I will keep buying vehicles at Russ Darrow but never at this location again. No way!!

So I buy a lot of vehicles due to the nature of my business. The professionalism showed by this location was extremely unique. I was working with Matt who had said he worked there for quite sometime, so I’m taking that into consideration for this review. So Matt was seasoned in the art of the sale but this guy went above and beyond every chance he could, which is rare. This guy was hustling for my every need, if you go shop here make sure you ask for Matt. Second off we have finance. Usually an unpleasant experience right? The pushy sales techniques that you can smell coming a mile away. Check this out, I was working with a gal named Hannah who was again, going the extra mile for me. I called before coming in asking about a van and set an appt to see it. When we got there the salesperson started off by insulting my several years younger then me sister by calling her my mother and gave several excuses about why the van wasn't there/wasn't ready. When we had enough and decided to leave he started bad mouthing other dealerships, took an attitude with us, and then tried starting a fight with my brother-in-law.

We had our vehicle in today because a different dealership said we needed a new engine mount that was decreasing our trade in value. We had it checked out at Russ Darrow and found out NOTHING is wrong with it!! Rob in service was very kind and reassuring. He didn't charge us for that inspection and let us know we were due for an oil Change.(I lost my sticker) We had it done right then and there. Because of his reassurance on the vehicle, we decided to keep it! He saved us from buying a new vehicle thinking we had major problems. So glad we brought it in! Pleasantly surprised to visit this dealership. When I saw the new ram 2500 sitting there I tried the back door and it was open. My son and I got in and next thing I heard was Matt’s Voice saying something like how do you like that new truck. From there it was great conversation, great understanding and moving forward with an offer on my jeep which I was pleasantly surprised. The car listed on autotrade.com for $14,672. When I get there test drive and ready to buy. When I sat down doing paper work and ready to put $5k down and Ethen said OK since you don't have a trade car with us the price is $16,xxx something. I said but it didn't say that on autotrade.com that I would need to trade to get this price? We going back and forth with no result so I left. This is not my first time buying a car but I haven't buy for a while unless there's a change in the car industry that I didn't know. Please let me know if that how Russ Darrow Chrysler do business with their customers or there is a disclaimer some where in in the auto industry that I missed. Please advise. I've included the price that was advertised on autotrade.com

Overall the Truck I purchased from this place was a good truck and they gave me a good deal. However, what frustrates me is that when I purchased the truck I was told there was 2 key fobs that came with the vehicle. When in picked up the truck I only received wrong and was told I "must have heard wrong" and there was only one. So I got out to purchase a new key fob and a few months later I received the second key in the mail. Wasted over $250, but I guess now I have 3 keys so if I lose 2 i will have a 3rd.

I have nothing but good things to say about the experience I’ve had here so far. I ended up getting a nail in my Jeep Wrangler that I hadn’t even owned for a week. Hannah drove 20 minutes to my apartment with someone from the auto repair shop on a Friday night to put my spare on for me so I wouldn’t have to pay for roadside assistance. I was able to get in right away the next morning and they repaired it for me free of charge. Cannot thank them enough!!

Allie Mohr from service was extremely rude with me. We asked to diagnose one thing and she had 3 things checked for over $300. I mentioned that we only wanted one thing checked and she said she would give me a discount on the other 2 things they checked. I felt like they were thirsty for my blood and this was a bad experience all around. Allie was even cocky and had a smart little attitude with me like I wasn't an informed good paying customer. I was heading north on vacation, boat in tow, when a check engine warning came on in my Jeep Grand Cherokee diesel vehicle, it would shutdown in 200 miles. Hadn’t crossed the border in Illinois yet. I started searching for dealers and finally was able to find one dealer who would look at it! Darrow Madison WI. I spoke with Ian Johnson service advisor, he was very knowledgeable and understood my problem, and he was able to get me in to look at it. They diagnosed the issue but still they were missing a part that had to be ordered. I would need to stay overnight before it could be repaired. They made room for my boat on the back of the lot, made sure I had a rental vehicle, and walked me through the entire process from start to finish, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Even though I was 24hrs delayed the professionalism of Ian and the staff at Darrow made the experience of a lost day disappear! Great people! Thank you!

Service is fairly fast, with most repairs done by the time I read the paper and check email and social media. They supply newspapers and free internet, the waiting area isn't huge, but chairs are comfortable and tables are available. I've always been satisfied and appreciate their care in explaining what's wrong and their accurate estimates of the cost. Next year I plan to purchase my second new car from them.

I've had my car (2016 Nissan Altima) for a little over a month now, and I love it! Mike Neubauer was my sales man and he is amazing! Drove an hour for an appointment to test drive a truck only to get there and find out that the truck is unable to be driven because it has not been inspected yet and is on a hoist. Couldn't look at it or anything. Talked to 2 people in sales about the truck prior to making the drive and no one mentioned the fact that we could NOT take it out for a drive. Waist of time time!

Never again. Arrived on time for 8:30am appointment. (2011 Jeep Patriot with engine lite on) Car was left for diagnostics. At noon, no answers, no clarity. Was told mechanic was called away from my car to put tires on another car. They asked me to be patient. By 1:30 I was shown a list of eight sensor readings and was told two of the sensors they had never seen before, AND they had no answers. They said things could take the rest of the day, or would I like to return when I had more time. I told them to stop, and I would think about my next step. Charge of $88.00 is still a mystery, because I have no idea how much time was actually spent on review of my car over FIVE Hours. It's my only vehicle owned for 10 years. I'm retired on a fixed income. There are reasons no one trusts mechanics and all the middlemen. Mine is just one story. RUSS DARROW JEEP.....never again.

***UPDATED 11/6/2020*** The issue has been resolved and they were super responsive in trying to resolve the matter. The initial frustration contributed to the previous review. However, they have corrected the problem at no additional cost and ensured there were no other issues before letting us take it home. Boyfriend and I took in his 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee to have the radiator replaced on Wednesday. It was running fine, however an illuminated SRT badge that we had installed was not turning on anymore. Popped the hood to find two surprises. Right off the bat, found a large 2 ft by 1 ft piece of plastic (guessing splash guard) was just LAYING on top of the engine bay. It was also rubbing against the Serpentine belt, there is a clear spot of wear from where the belt touched. Once we looked past that to figure out why the badge wasn’t working, we realized that we are completely missing one of the wires that is vital to the badge working. Since we already had random car parts in the engine bay, we check around as much as possible and couldn’t locate the wire. The wire has a plug on both sides, so it wouldn’t have been difficult to simply plug in once finished with the repair and putting the bumper back on. We called the dealership today and spoke with the general manager who said quote “I am useless when it comes to service on cars so you’re going to have to wait until Monday when the service manager is in.”. Clearly customer service isn’t a high priority here. We WILL be calling back/stopping in on Monday to collect our wire or discuss how they will replace/reimburse from this. Super disappointed that this has been our experience.

The sales person was great and friendly. I bought a brand new car which I do love. Unfortunately, the back two rotors both had deep grooves. They told me the car sat on the lot for a long time. The front two rotors were perfect. They changed just one of the back rotors. It is just unfortunate to spend money on a brand new car that had questionable wear and tear.

We have been hoping to order a van for months but Chrysler isn’t making many vehicles (COVID related). I called to check again and someone on the phone said they could be ordered. So excited! So we packed up our 6 month old, drove a half hour, and got there to learn they can’t be ordered. For anyone with a small child, you can imagine what a huge disappointment this was. Especially because we had to bring her indoors when she is too young to be vaccinated for COVID. We could have gone to the pool or a park instead of spending an hour in the car for absolutely nothing. At least Don Miller has been honest with us on the phone about the current situation without trying to trick us to get in the door.

Dropped off my 15 Jeep Cherokee for tires, a oil change, and to check out some noise I have been hearing. (Could have been the bald tires) Bryan in service helped me out and was extremely kind and courteous. Yesterday we purchased tires (for our '13 Hyundai Santa Fe which we purchased from you) from your Madison Jeep store. We were treated handsomely. But a problem arose upon receiving the bill. We had to come up with an additional $30+ for using a credit card. When that practice begin? And Why? Have you lost customers over the continuation of this practice? Was/Is there some announcement - either written or spoken - to prepare the buyer? We have a service contract with you: does that count for anything?

This company was unable to identify an issue with my 2018 Jeep Wrangler even though they could see the faults. They gave me it back for the weekend and the issues immediately got worse, so much so that I almost got into an accident. They were kind with the service part. However, the 1 star review is because of the 3.5% credit card fee. It was my company vehicle and I don't carry company cash (or the company checkbook because there's an A/P team that has to approve invoices), so my only choice was to pay the $43 fee. Pretty dissapointed.

Bryan was very good with explanations and service was quick. I am extremely unhappy that there is a recall problem with my manual transmission. No fix available and a ' bandaid' will not make me happy. This is a working vehicle that I can't work, i.e towing things, hilly roads or major stop and go traffic without worrying about the clutch causing a fire or worse.

Almost 6 months ago I purchased a ram 1500 from Russ Darrow, and I have been nothing but happy with the vehicle ever since. Because of a couple of minor factory defect’s, I’ve had to have a couple of things done to the truck at Russ Darrow in Madison, and I live in Janesville. The person I worked with to purchase the truck, Bob Phillips, lives in Janesville also and has been great about taking my truck up to the shop to be taken care of and dropping it back off at my house. It has been really refreshing to be the recipient of some good old fashion customer service. The folks at Russ Darrow really go the extra mile and are really pleasant to do business with. *Update- The sales manager reached out to me and fixed the situation. We ended up going in and purchasing a vehicle and trading in the other. They were all very nice and paperwork didn't take long at all. Thanks! They sent us a letter saying they would give us 110% of kelly blue book value for the car. They had no intentions on actually doing this. They actually offered us under the Kelly blue book price. I tried to contact the general manager but of course he was busy. So I asked to speak to the person that sent us the letter he was also busy. So if you also receive one of these letters just throw it away and don't waste your time.

Overall the Truck I purchased from this place was a good truck and they gave me a good deal. However, what frustrates me is that when I purchased the truck I was told there was 2 key fobs that came with the vehicle. When in picked up the truck I only received wrong and was told I "must have heard wrong" and there was only one. So I got out to purchase a new key fob and a few months later I received the second key in the mail. Wasted over $250, but I guess now I have 3 keys so if I lose 2 i will have a 3rd.

My rating is not for the people there but for the fact that I was deceived. I Bought a top of the line Jeep in 2017 and paid lots of money for the interior and exterior treatment for the life while I own the vehicle. I was told I could bring it back once a year to have the treatment re-applied. Today after only my second treatment I was told I couldn't get anyone treatments. Now it was considered a lifetime treatment. In my opinion someone just decided it was to expensive for them to continue this. To anyone reading this Do Not Get This Service. Not worth the cost if they won't hold up their end. I really thought this dealer was better than this. My next truck won't come from here.

We have switched to a better product (Simonize Glasscoat) that is a one time application versus having to be applied to the vehicle annually. Updating my review: I'm getting really annoyed that this place is continuing to press me for my current car and wants me to buy a new one. I'm not made of money, I can't just buy whatever or whenever. Buy here and expect them to never leave you alone. Original: The sales rep assisting me was doing great in first steps. Great knowledge of the vehicles we looked at. What killed it was when I tried to talk business. I started using Truecar to know what people are paying for the autos I was looking at. All I was given was a window sticker price and they wouldn't offer me a better price. I also felt like the one they found was being forced on me a bit too hard. Got sold an ABSOLUTE lemon. 10k for a car that I got 5 months out of before having all sorts of expensive problems. 3 times having to get it towed into different shops to get fixed and having the same problems afterwards. It's now in their shop getting fixed and is going to cost me over 2000, and that's after already spending 3000 at other shops to try to tackle the problem. At this point as soon as I get it back I'm trading in elsewhere for a reliable vehicle.

Be very wary about taking your car here for any regular maintenance, especially for anything with a fleet. We have a fleet vehicle that accumulated $11,000 in maintenance in 1.5 years/15k miles from things being erroneously added during oil changes. Nothing major was done, the most expensive repair was a radiator change when the car wasn’t overheating. This includes 6 oil changes with semi-synthetic oil, 2 transmission fluid changes, brake pads/rotors 3 times, cabin air filters multiple times 2 months apart. Headlights and taillights replaced twice. While my employee certainly dropped the ball by not paying attention what was being done, this dealership clearly was adding erroneous repairs to oil changes and taking advantage of the situation. I finally noticed what they were doing a few days ago when they sent an estimate to do repairs for things they had done within the past year…they wanted to replace the brake rotors, the transmission fluid, replace headlights/tail lights again….all things that had been previously done within the past year.

I was in a bad spot with my previous car and I either had to fix it or go buy on short notice. Getting something brand new wasn't really in my options, so I was shown what my options were for relatively new ones. I have always wanted more of a SUV size and the staff was really trying hard to help me find and accommodate something that made most, if not all, of my needs and wants. Russ Darrow Jeep Madison is great. My wife and I ordered a new Jeep while we were living in Madison, then we moved to the Milwaukee area. Our salesperson, Jessica, was very patient as I bombarded her with daily emails about when the Jeep would be ready. When it came, she drove 80 miles to pick up my wife and I, to take us back to Madison and get the vehicle. On top of that, while filling out the forms, we had an issue with our bank, and they let us take the Jeep anyway, allowing us the following day to clear up the issue, so as to not ruin our "new car" day. The good news is there was no charge for service work on our Wrangler and service staff were polite. The bad news is they had the vehicle over 3 weeks and we're not able to repair the sensor issue. Also, communication was one directional. I constantly had to call to check the status of our Jeep. Often to find out that what was attempted did not work and they were awaiting a part or needed more time to problem solve the issue. I understand (and appreciate) them trying various solutions - I just wished they would inform me of that.

Always so quick and polite. *EDIT 2022* I have been coming to you guys for maintenance since I bought my car from you in 2016. Today I dropped off my car for an oil change and went and ran some errands with a friend. I do this every time and give you my phone number to call me when it’s done. Today I waited and killed time for 2 and a half hours and NEVER received a call. Decided to have my friend drive me over to see what was going on and my car was sitting done waiting for me. Very disappointed that I never got a call. Thank you to the receptionist for apologizing and siding with me with how frustrating that is. He listened to my full explanation and laid out the rough plan immediately. He called me about an hour later with what the mechanic found and offered honest recommendations. I have been a returning customer for years, BUT this will be my last. Russ Darrow has adopted a 3.5% finance charge policy on all transactions. What an insult, I normally took advantage of the "buy 4 oil changes" offer to save costs and now they want an extra finance charge tacked on to this. It wasn't good enough for them to get my money well in advance of any oil change, now they want to nickel/dime you with these dumb additional fees. I will not be returning.

After being stranded on the highway on my way home from work. I reached out to the service department at Russ Darrow in Madison as they were the closest to my location. Ally answered the phone and walked me through the process and assured me she would call the next day with an update. As she promised i recd a call with cost and update on the problem. They would have the shuttle pick me up and bring me to my car. Michelle the shuttle driver was engaging and made me relax as we talked during the drive. Took my truck in for an oil change and asked them to look into an oil leak. They didn’t give any feed back about the leak. When I got home I looked under the truck to see if it was still leaking. Everything was covered in oil from them changing the filter or the leak or both. I left with a bigger mess than I came with. They also attempted to wash the truck. Which took off zero dirt but added water spots to all the windows.

Took my Jeep on for an issue with the rear defroster. Thought it would be a few minutes like they told me on the phone. I wish they would have come out to tell me it would be over an hour. Glad they were willing to try and fix it rather than just replacing parts though.

I bought my Jeep in 2016 brand new. 4 years later, I needed a new transmission. Although my warranty had JUST expired, like within weeks, the dealership told me that there was nothing they could do for me and it would be over $5,000 to fix the issue. Clearly, I was frustrated that I was still paying on this car and it needed a major repair. I talked to multiple people at the dealership about anything they could do about my situation before I finally decided to get a new vehicle (somewhere else!) However, I did get in touch with the finance manager at this dealership and he said that I would be able to receive a refund of $2,000 for the warranty that was never used once the vehicle was paid off. I ended up trading it in at a different dealership, but was keeping in contact with them throughout the process. I continued to reach out to them for FOUR MONTHS! I kept getting redirected to Hannah, in the finance department. She pulled me in every direction saying, “The other dealership handles it,” then, “We’re working on it,” then finally a week ago, “It won’t just magically happen itself. There’s a form you have to fill out.” I looked for the form and wasn’t able to find it. I reached out to the actual warranty company and she said that the dealership handles it directly, but knows that they are a nightmare to work with. Finally, I decided to go in to talk to someone. They told me that no one was available, so I just waited. A general manager (conveniently never gave me his name) said that he didn’t know who told me that, but their finance department is pretty new, so they are wrong. That was his excuse! He also told me that he just had a Jeep that had 10 miles on it and needed a new transmission. “It happens,” he said. NO IT DOESN’T! Then he told me that there was nothing he could do for me after FOUR MONTHS of giving me false hope that there was something that could be done. Completely poor customer service! Completely and utter disgust working with this place. I will never buy a Jeep again!
Sorry to hear about your experience, starting with your vehicle breaking down. Unfortunately all vehicles do that, but it doesn't excuse the other issues you ran into. We are working on better training within our store to make sure nothing like this happens again.

Chris in the service did a great job explaining options for my car and getting it fixed quickly. However, not telling clients ahead of time that you charge a 3.5% extra fee for credit card usage cost me plenty of money. It would have been totally unnecessary if they had told me before I showed up to pick up my vehicle.

I had an automotive emergency while traveling long-distance. It was a Saturday, and my water pump failed on the interstate on my Charger with 126K miles. To be completely honest, Russ Darrow Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep & Ram on Madison"s Eastside has one of the better service departments for a Chrysler dealership. I always end up going back to them because they are friendly, they don't cut corners and are honest. Their prices are competitive and usually stay true to the time/price they quote. My only issue is that they are putting the credit card service charge back on the consumer but post Covid, many things have changed, so I understand somewhat. I highly recommend this location for service (sales, not so much).

Came in for a oil change I will say it took FOREVER for just a oil change but the service was great they washed my car I didn't ask for that and it was a full synthetic penzoil oil change for 50 bucks take 5 wants 105 dollars for a mobile one oil change do your research so far no issues here will be back

Simply put, they're way too expensive. Brought a 2008 Dodge in for some minor service (oil change, tire rotation), where I paid an extra $200 in inspection fees just to hear they want to charge me an extra $2500, which my local shop quoted at ~$1600. Their free multi-point inspection they'll offer won't cover brakes, which you won't be informed of until they bring over the bill (holding your keys hostage while they do it). They'll then charge you at the highest rate for the maximum hours they can. Expect to pay top-rate for slow, average service. I should note that Russ Darrow does provide a lot of additional and complimentary services, but this is likely only to hide the fact that they're charging you much more what another shop would be. All in all, they provided roughly average service with exceptional customer service (some employees really do care), but their high cost and questionable business practices lead me to suggest going elsewhere.

Having been a Russ Darrow Automotive Group customer for various services and maintenance tasks, I came to the dealership after work today, and I was browsing the lot and the vehicles inside to see the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon inventory. The place was completely dead as far as customers, but all of the sales reps were huddled in a corner laughing and dropping f-bombs like it’s guy’s night. Not wanting to disturb such an awesome gathering, I continued to browse the lot and vehicles inside for a second pass. Nothing. I guess it was more exciting to act like bros on a Friday evening than try to make a sale for a $60,000 vehicle or sell a build-order vehicle. UPDATED EDIT: Customer service replied to this review about 15 minutes later to have me speak with the GM directly. Unless I have no other option than to deal with them, I will be looking to go elsewhere for future sales and service.

We were using carguru to find vehicles and when we found the one we wanted it was in a different town. I contacted Russ Darrow in Madison and they were able to transport the vehicle to their store. We dealt with Nate through the whole process. He was awesome! So friendly, curtious and treated us like family. He's probably the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He was not pushy, he listened to our needs and did everything he could to make our purchase possible. Whole staff was incredible. They stayed late on a holiday because i had to drive 3 hours to buy my truck. They had it polished and ready, they also took care id the couple stretches i did see. My experience with this dealership was top notch. I found them on the internet, scheduled an appointment, and within just a few minutes, I had my appointment and a response from someone verifying my appointment. They took the time to read my message and decided to place an order for a part that might be needed. The comment from the dealer was to try and complete the needed service in one visit. When I arrived, the staff took care of me right away. The part that was ordered was needed. So a good thing the part was ordered. Shipping had not arrived yet, so we needed to pick the service back up in a few hours. When I returned a short time later, the service work was done, and I was on my way in less than an hour. I purchased a Chrysler Pacifica from this Dealer, and I only had one headset included with the car and it was supposed to have two headsets. I let my salesman know about the issue, and nothing ever came from it. After a year, and almost giving up hope, I decided to stop by the dealer one more time to ask for help. After about two minutes of looking at his computer, the manager went to the parts department, came back and told me that my 2nd pair of headphones would be ready for pickup tomorrow. Really? It was that easy?? Why didn't they do that for me the minute I brought it to their attention over a year ago. I am pleased the manager took care of my issue, but it should have been dealt with properly the first time . I am unsure if I will buy another car from this dealership in the future or not. Customer service was par at best.
