I can't Describe this experience less than triple. I purchased a truck from this location with low mileage around 400.000 the truck was looking in good shape and I got warranty with it after completing all the paperwork and pay the down payment and went to get the truck it took us like one month to drive the truck out of their lot every time we drove the truck it throughout a message and we had to wait for 5 our 6 days it took use one month until we are able to drive the truck out of their lot and we still having issue with the truck day after day until today. be careful if you are in the process of buying a used truck.

They took great care of us by repairing our truck as soon as they could get parts.

This place is so inefficient. Service is a joke, they have a deal that they refer to as triage, that they will charge you for even if you decline it. And parts can never find the part unless you give them the part number and they struggle with that most times. Not to mention you'll wait for half an hour just to tell someone you're picking up a phone order that's on a charge account. And then they'll take another half hour just to find you order. Once they bring it out it will be missing the two items you could not find anywhere else and can only get from Peterbilt. It's not a franchise issue, but more of a location issue. I've been to many Rush dealerships, and I only catch hell at the ones in Florida. There's a different quality of service down here.

Service here was on point. They texted me we service tech found any issues with my unit before and after repairs . That was great . Love the location . The team I had working to repair my truck did more then I could ask fir to keep me on the road and out of the shop . Love you guy . Happy Driver

I would NOT recommend this place to my absolute WORST enemy. Truck went in for a wheel seal repair. Their initial quote was for $3300+ dollars and included basically destroying our truck, sawing off spindles etc. They ordered the wrong part and then tried to fully charge US for studs as a result of their error. After them having the truck 57 hours, it cost us just SHY of $2k to get the h*ll out of there. We went to a dealer for "better" service than a local "Ma & Pa" place. What an ABSOLUTE mistake. If I could make this rating a negative 10, I would in a heartbeat.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Took our truck to the Haines City location for transmission issues. They ordered the wrong part (and charged us an extra $850 for their error claiming the rep who placed the order is only human), estimate went from $4,800 to $7,800 (they called everyday adding to the estimate) after truck being down for an entire week. We picked truck up and drove less than 200 miles and an entire hose came off (see photo). Mind you we got a PM done with other services. Horrible work done on our truck, playing price games, and they were nonchalant to all complaints raised to them. I would rate them a 0 in customer service and mechanical work as well. STAY AWAY!

Just dropped off my 2016 Kenworth for a Oil Change plus a Power Steering Reservoir Leak Issue right after delivering my Wanamingo, MN to Crystal River, FL Load

We purchased our truck at RUSH Truck Center in Orlando FL but took it to get repaired at RUSH Trucks Center in Haines City FL. The Used truck sales manager - Steve Krause was extremely helpful and welcoming. There was a miscommunication with how the warranty for the truck was pitched to us in Orlando which almost caused a financial crisis. Steve Krause at Haines City RUSH Trucks, turned a situation that was upside down - right side up! THANK YOU SO MUCH Steve!!! Josh, Ben (front desk) and Will (Mechanic) have always been friendly, welcoming, funny and ready to help resolve any issues, concerns or confusions. THANK YOU gentlemen!!!! The waiting area is surprisingly nice. There are cozy recliners(for large and small truck drivers), a restroom and a TV located in the waiting room. ~ Thanks for caring about your customers, RUSH Trucks !

Busy!.... Busy busy busy! Definitely need more help but they do good work. 🤷‍♂️

Dealt with the parts/service department two times already and both times highly disappointed, can't go into detail but hoping I don't have to deal with them again. Love driving a pete but wishing we didn't have it at this point. Looking for recommendations.
