Neil and Damian arrived early and got the the job done quickly. They were able to tear down the old wood fence that had seen better days and install the new one in two days. I highly recommend this company. All of their employees that I have worked with were professional and very polite.

Invested in this fence several years ago. Recently a fire next door melted much of the fencing on one side. Superior Fence and Rail came out, quoted, and replaced the melted fence. Installation was outstanding--went above and beyond expected! Great experience.

After comparing several companies for the replacement of our chain link fence, we went with Superior. David was exceptional! He was extremely considerate, answered all questions over the phone and e-mail promptly and after negotiating prices worked to get us a great deal. What impressed me the most was when I received a call from Shena who was extremely pleasant at their office to come out a day earlier because of my concern of the weather on the day of the job. She asked if it was okay for the crew to come out a day earlier to pull out the old fence and get a head start on the project to make sure they finished due to possible rain the next day. On the day of the job, the crew arrived bright and early and finished the same day. I posted a picture of the fence in which we love. All in all, Superior is a phenomenal company who went above and beyond to cater to our needs and concerns professionally and courteously. David originally came out to give us a quote and showed us the fence. We decided to go with the higher grade fence as we live in Florida and hurricanes could be a thing. In less than 2 weeks they called us to schedule the placement of the fence. Marlon and his team came out and did most of the fence the first day and came back Tuesday to finish up the last little things. Overall it was an amazing experience and everyone was really helpful with all and any questions we had. We were going to try out Fence Central in winter haven and they are a complete rip-off. Superior Fence & Rail is by far the best. We will contact them with any future ventures. Thank you so much!

It was a nightmare getting the fence done after being told 7 weeks and it turned into 3+ months. But the installation was great. Only 2 guys did the install and it was done very well. They even moved our sprinkler which sat on the property line. Marlon was part of the install team and he communicated everything very well and they did an excellent job. We had to wait longer than expected but we are satisfied in the end.

It took a long time to get my fence project started and it appeared that there was a lot of turnover in this company, but my review is more so about Richard who installed our fence. Richard was amazing and our fence looks great. If I could have hired Richard from the start, I think my project process would have been much better.

Superior fence and rail were fantastic. There was a delay in my material due to COVID which was completely out of their control, but they stayed in contact with me with updates the entire time. My install team Eduardo did an amazing job installing my fence. They took their time and paid very close attention to detail making sure everything looked great. They also checked in with me during installation to make sure that I was happy with everything along the way.

They arrived early and we're done by 2:30. Great job by Richard and his partner! I would recommend them.

Jason made getting a quote and approval from our HOA EASY AND FAST! The team came out and put up our entire fence and gate in one morning! They were professional, fast, neat, and so so nice. Such a great experience!! Would definitely recommend and use again for any future work I need done!!

Neil came to install 4 fencing panels for my parents in Clermont, FL and they are very pleased with the installation. Neil was prompt, kind and knowledgeable.

Company came out today to install a fence for my neighbor. I witnessed the worker throw cigarettes on the ground in front of my house. I politely asked the worker to not throw cigarettes on the ground and to pick up after himself. After they left I went out there and there were several cigarettes on the ground. Cannot stand people who litter. Complete disrespect for both other people and the environment. If you want to smoke, you need to collect all of the cigarette butts and dispose of them properly, not on people's property. The owner should clearly question his crew. If the owner would like to claim that non of his employees smoke, it must have been a subcontractor he chose to hire. Also they were driving a truck with his company name, and phone number. Please look at the owners responses to any review less than 5 stars. Each are fairly unprofessional.

Neil & Luis were punctual, efficient, courteous and did a wonderful professional job with the installation. I am requesting theses 2 gentlemen to complete the rest of the job when i am ready. Please when I make the call have their names in advance on my paperwork. Thank you

I needed a foot of black chainlink fence to repair my existing fence. They wouldn't not sell or give or help me out in anyway! They had the product, I would have even bought scrap product or remnants. For $5 worth of product they have lost ANY business from me or anyone else I can persuade to not use Superior.***UPDATE*** The reply to review was incorrect. Woman who i spoke to gave me NO other info. Williams Fence of Lakeland, and Walker Fence in Aurburndale, were more the happy to help, see picture!

SUPER PLEASED!!!!!!! I was given this referral to get a Estimate from Superior Fence and a lovely gentleman came out to measure. I had decided to move forward with the “Sterling Series” and all I can say is WOW. The installers was Eduardo and his crew. They definitely meant business and was very efficient with time, I asked him to save some of the dirt on the side for me as I wanted to use it for my new flower garden and he made sure everything was left neat. 🙂 Overall I have many nice things to say about this company and will definitely refer them

We are overjoyed with our new 6-foot vinyl fence from Superior Fence & Rail. Billy gave us a thorough & informative estimate, and we only waited a week for installation. (Others were scheduled 12-14 weeks out.). On installation day, the team arrived at 7:30 a.m., working diligently all day and finishing at about 5:30 p.m. They cleaned-up after themselves, leaving only a brand-new white fence that gives our property fresh curb appeal. The fence is tight, sturdy and beautiful.

Great company, product and price. Richard the installer was very awesome to work with. Other companies had just standard product. What locked the deal was the locking tongue and grove. I got 5 estimates and Superior Fence & Rail was the only one that had that as a option. So if you are looking for the best fence ask them for a estimate.

Richard was professional, friendly, great to work with and energetic. He walked us through after he and his partner were done. Richard was very knowledgeable, provided input on setting, and how to provide security with a gate lock. Now, our pup can safely run free 👏🏻 thank you!

Superior Fence did an excellent job start to finish. Bill was the sales representative, he was clear and straight forward on the product & the process. The paperwork was professional the pulled all the permits. Other companies said permits weren't needed (they are).

Terrible Business service.Very unprofessional. Ken Morrison is extremely rude. Over priced, For the quality of work. Does not keep records on payments and tries to get more money out of you than what you owe. Not recomended. Left holes under the fence, also covered my sprinkler under the fence. Didn't even bother to check for them.

Billy was so professional, patient and helpful to get things done right. He even answered my phone calls and messages during the evening and on weekends. This company even upgraded my fence package at no extra costs due to material shortage in order to get the fence installed at the scheduled time. The team who installed my fence was very professional, friendly, and worked very hard to ensure that my fence was installed properly. The team did an excellent job and stayed until 8:30 PM to finish the job on the same day. All the work performed was of high quality work from the beginning to end. Very much appreciated. Thanks!

We had delays due to covid getting materials. The installers Marlon and son both did an excellent job. They were polite, pleasant, and professional especially with neighbor issues. I recommend using Marlon again in the future. In am pleased with the work.

Our fence is great quality. We had an issue with the installation but received a Follow up from bill that addressed the situation and he did his best to make things right and provided great service. Neil and Matt came out and fixed the issue. Based on this experience and the customer service that Bill provided we would refer superior fence.

No show! We had an appointment for a quote and waited over 2 hours on our property for the guy and they never showed up. We tried calling and no answer! Unreliable would not recommend!

I contracted Superior Fence through Home Depot. I, initially, had some communication/scheduling issues with the office staff. However, it was handled professionally by Ken Morrison (thank you). The installers (Jahaziel) did excellent work! They were very professional, answered our questions, friendly, and all-around great to work with. Their work is top notch! We would recommend this crew to anyone looking to get their fencing needs met!

Superior Fence and Rail was a wonderful company to work with. They were able to get me an estimate VERY quickly and then DJ (who gave me the estimate) answered a number of questions to help guide me through the process. Scheduling the fence was not as easy due to the holiday season and some crossed wires but I was finally able to schedule a date. On the day of the installation, Johoziel and Leo were fantastic! They worked quickly and the work was well done. They needed to come back a second day to finish the job, but ensured that everything was the way it needed to be before they left each day! I love our new fence and I would definitely recommend the company and the installers!

Bill Morrison came over to price the job, he was professional and saved me a ton of money through his suggestions and ideas. Matt & Kenny came for the installation (Superior direct employee’s) they done a great job fencing in a very large area.

Eduardo and his workers were a phenomenal team. We were surprised at the time they started and finished. They all were very friendly and hard workers. We were doing our inspection as they were working. I noticed something and brought it to their attention and they rectified it immediately. We would definitely recommend them to anyone we know.
