Chase Bank Cypress Gardens Blvd, Winter Haven

I scheduled an appointment for a check that was endorsed to me and Chase Auto Finance from my insurance company due to a claim from a hailstorm back in early April and because it was over $2500, it requires the lean holder to also endorse the check. Well I was told that they don't handle that here and my only option would be to mail it in to Chace Auto Finance instead. Well after bouncing around with different phone calls, I was told that there was no reason for mailing it in since it was under $10,000 and that the bank tellers should have handled this transaction for me. Nevertheless, I was not given the correct reasons other than the lack of customer support. I should have looked at the the customer reviews from this bank first before wasting my time. Update: After having another conversation with Chase Auto Finance and this Chase branch location, they decided to honor my check transaction with the necessary endorsement that I needed. So I added 2 more stars. Thank you.

These people are the rudest most incompetent people I have ever encountered at a bank. Avoid this place at all cost unless you want to be aggravated.

Although I had to drive quite a long way to get to the bank since they don’t have one in Sebring and I have been very disappointed that they got rid of the tellers, I still managed to have a wonderful customer experience thanks to the banker Juan Marquez. He was not only friendly but was very professional and an exceptional employee. Aside from helping me with all my needs, I was able to get everything done and left feeling good. Thank you for your hard work!

I scheduled an appointment with Diana Segura Lockwood and day of she calls saying she’s unavailable and is not sure why I was able to book an appointment with her. She then suggested I do what I needed online when I specifically wrote in my description that I had attempted to online multiple times and it was not allowing me. I called her right away and about 10+ times and never answered my call. She followed up with another call saying that if I planned on rescheduling for the next day as she had suggested before she would also be unavailable.

The absolute worse branch of all Chase branches. No idea why they even have this branch open. Definitely taking my business accounts somewhere else. Tired of dealing with them.

The service is amazing and this bank gives you an option to fuse 2 different bank accounts from 2 different bank and transfer from 1 to another and visa versa without any wire transfer charges. All if this got done in 1 day. Best bank ever.

If you remodel and remove “bank tellers”, you can’t have only ONE person handling deposits, etc., that a normal bank teller would do. Either train your finance people to do the tasks a teller would do, or hire more people.

Worst bank ever, came in to cash a check they said we don't cash checks it was a chase check personal check , we don't live in the area they said we needed to drive to another chase bank, your a bank since when don't you cash checks? Seems like banks have gotten lazy. I would never have this bank as my bank.

This is not a bank! NO tellers and NO drive through service....? You can't deposit or cash a check in the bank! A perfect example of an institution with a business plan designed to service themselves with no regard for the real needs of its customer base. Ridiculous

A bank with no money to give out over 1000 bucks (their atm limit) so it begs the question, why have a bank when you cant do any banking? Worthless to even stop at this one just keep going up the road a few more miles.
