My first time coming to this location. Great customer service!! Angel was so helpful. I was looking for a birthday gift. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me. He helped me pick out the perfect one. I will definitely be coming back for my mothers day shopping. Ask for Angel when you stop by.

I came in and was given great deals and awesome customer service. I was the life of the party while I was there so I know they will never forget me, just like I won’t forget them and their family oriented atmosphere.

I made a loan from the Haines city location on the 10th of March 2022. I understood that I needed to pay on my loan on or before April 9 however, I called on April 2 to ask for a few days extension, and I came In on Friday April 8, just to make sure my few days extension would be ok. I was assured by two different people that all was well for me to come in on April 13 to make a payment or pickup! I came in like agreed on the 13 only to find out that my payment still went up another $100. I really like la familia, I only wish that they would honor their word.. LIKE FAMILY *****UPDATE***** I was contacted by one of the associates from the Haines City location, and to my delight, she said they will honor their word,, and refund me the $100.! Just know that I am all smiles! Nothing like family to come to your rescue,! Thank you La Familia for showing me love, “ LIKE FAMILY “! Words cannot express my gratitude.

And if you have any issues they will make it right trust me. We've gone on several occasions and the staff are always professional and willing to go out of their to make these necessary transactions possible. Additionally the owner Jose is always pleasant to my husband and I both. I highly recommend this establishment when you're in a jam.

The only pro from the experience is that the place looked pretty organized. Now their prices are crazy for second hand heavily used items. They are over priced and don't offer good enough discounts. They have items that are more expensive then buying them brand new in the stores. For example they have a Frigidaire mini fridge for $25 and brand new in Walmart it's $22 then I was offered a discount and the new price was $20. Now why would I buy that for $20 when for $2 more I'll get one brand new. Very sad I won't shop there ever.

My first time around the shop, everybody was very polite and helpful, especially Erica who was kind enough to work with me to get me the amount I was looking for when it came to selling everything I brought in.

I went in and saw a piece of jewelry that caught my eye. It was reasonably priced and I decided to get it. Maria was very helpful as there were other items that caught my eye and I asked to see them as well. She has good customer service skills.

Yep called these folks up they said they weigh jewelry by penny weight well a penny is 2.5 grams so for each 2.5 grams your giving up.your getting paid for 1 and there pocketing 1.5 grams of profit (wow) that's saying alot (crooks).
