Always a good selection of work trucks which is what I was looking for. Couple chargers I would have liked test driving too but not what I was there for. Made appointment, truck was as described on website and sales answered or looked into any questions I had. Dropped price some (granted they had already lowered the price before I looked at truck too) and I was out the door within couple of hours. Good experience and zero pressure (except for a guy calling about truck I was looking at while we were discussing price. Almost seemed too coincidental until guy showed up and seemed pretty bummed that I was getting the truck). Thanks Eric and team at ride auto 👍

Me an my husband where on the look for a new truck for our business we went Saturday afternoon to check this truck, after test driving it we decide to move forward with financing and fill an application. Marco the guy who help us never told us they were closing at 2 and our application was not going to be submitted until Monday because they not open Sunday. They ask for a 200 cash deposit to take our car out the lot and secure it which we will get it back if approval or taken off our lease. Monday came around and the excuse was that a family member from one of the lenders had die and couldn’t get to our application Tuesday came around my husband called again and the lady wasn’t helpful at all got an attitude on the phone with my husband and treated him to called the cops on him when my husband ask for out 200 dollars deposit… the excuses were they don’t handle cash on their dealership and they were going to mail us a check and all the other excuses on our application… over all they have a bad communication skills very poor costumer service and super unprofessional. Don’t go there you will waste your time and probably money asking for money upfront to secure your vehicle….
Andrea, sorry to hear about your experience, but you have left out some key points such as how you came in without an appointment but Marco still accommodated you and your husband. Also our hours are clearly posted and no dealership can be open on Sundays. More importantly, your husband did not qualify with most of the lenders we deal with and so we used a 3rd party company who specializes in sub prime lending. Your husband "loved the truck" and the special sale price we have so he gladly left a $200 deposit to secure it until the following week since he came in late on a Saturday when most banks are closed. On Monday the bank called him and requested some additional information that was not available to your husband due to be incarcerated and in Prison for many years that he did not put on his application. The person that your husband yelled at and interrogated by saying "he is not afraid to go back to prison" was not someone from Ride Auto but the lender we submitted his application too, and she was an old lady who was extremely terrified of your husbands behavior. Once we learned that your husband was not going to be approved for what he called "his dream truck" and did not disclose " a true and accurate application for credit" we issued a refund of his $200 deposit and wished him the best in finding the right vehicle. If you have further questions , please feel free to reach out to us but in a calm and respectful manner.

Overall I had a good experience at this dealership. I was interested in a preowned VW Golf GTI they were selling for a reasonable price. Eric was polite and helpful in giving me as much information about the car as possible. I took the car to be inspected and while the car was in overall good shape, there were two issues that needed to be addressed. One was a valve cover gasket that was causing an oil leak while the other a damaged front strut assembly that was also causing a leak. After showing them the diagnostic they were unwilling to negotiate with me on the price even though they were asking a tad bit more than the car was worth. Eric mentioned that the estimate the diagnostic shop gave me was overpriced and that they always shop around for the cheapest possible price for work on their cars.......... Maybe not the best thing to say to a potential customer when trying to sell them a car. I understand they are a business who needs to make money but I found it frustrating that they were unwilling to negotiate. I put down a $200 deposit that was nonrefundable. So, if you happen to read this and are interested in the VW Golf Gti like I was, below is a picture of the diagnostic report so you can save yourself from the $200 deposit and the $75 I spent on the diagnostic. Hope this helps. Below are more pictures of the damage the inspection found, one being a damaged front strut, a corroded oil pan, and a leak from the gasket cover. Richard you may not agree on the price meineke quoted but the damage they found was real. You also failed to acknowledge my biggest complaint which was your unwillingness to negotiate on a a fair deal. Instead you were selling me a car 2000$ above it's real value with more than a 1000$ worth of needed repairs.

We can assure you that we will pass on the information your shop noticed to other potential buyers, however we do not agree with the shops findings. The shop you took the vehicle too has no knowledge of this type of vehicle. In the metro area we know of several other shops that can diagnose this vehicle properly. One would be the actual VW dealer, or a handful of only European repair shops such as Euro Tech, Autobahn and many others that specifically work on German cars. The shop you took it too quoted you $3500 for the items you mentioned. We agree that all customers should preform a used vehicle inspection but the shop that they choose should be qualified and im sorry to say it but places like meineke you took it too as well as CarX or even tires plus are great oil change places. Nevertheless we hope you find the right vehicle and the right shop to give you proper inspection. Richard

Just bought a 2003 Dodge 2500 with Ride Auto for a better price than I could find anywhere else. Great customer service and were very polite. Would definitely recommend to others and go to them first for any other vehicle purchases in the future.

We just recently purchased a '03 Honda CRV from Ride Auto and the sale went pretty smooth. I am glad Marco was up front with some of the issues on the car and there was no surprise. Even though the vehicle had quite some miles on it already we are hopeful it will last us for another 100,000 miles to come. We hope to do more business with Ride Auto in the future.

As much as I like the car that I bought from Ride Auto Sales the process of buying the vehicle did not go as smoothly as planned… I found my 2015 Subaru on cars.com and contacted Ride Auto to start talking to Miguel. The service overall wasn’t terrible in the office and he was very courteous though there was almost no negotiation in pricing or fees…After looking at and test driving the vehicle, I found some issues not mentioned online including a big rip in the front seat and a flat tire. In any case I moved on to purchase the car because these were fixable. We finished all the paperwork and I drove the car 4 hours home only to find that Ride had messed up the title for the vehicle (they had not taken the title from a previous owner) making it impossible to register the car. After calls and emails for ALMOST TWO MONTHS I finally got the title for the car. This was after my temporary plate had expired meaning there were penalty charges for my new registration… Overall the service was decent and they did keep discussion going though I was not close to the dealership, but the paperwork hassle made it seem like they didn’t know what they were doing. Review Update: Google doesn't let me reply to the dealer response, but I would like to add that it was not my state that needed to speed up processing. The vehicle was not officially in Ride Auto's possession according to the paperwork. Instead it was technically owned by a previous owner, so it required multiple months for Ride to transfer the vehicle to themselves before I could even begin to register the vehicle in my state.

Eric was amazing. We drove 2 hours with no appointment on a busy Saturday. He made us feel comfortable was very straight forward. He showed us another model of what we went to look at just so we had options. The whole prosses was easy and straightforward! Beyond happy to find my 2014 wrangler!

I had a positive car buying experience at ride auto sales in Burnsville. I purchased a 2018 Ford focus ST. And it drives like a dream I love the car. Very tough people to negotiate with they are usually pretty firm on the prices listed. Which is understandable. But the sales man, finance guy and everyone evolved were very friendly. They offer gap insurance and an extended warranty. Which I declined and they left it at that.. some dealers will try to shove an auto warranty down your throat. This place won't do that to you there pretty laid back and easy to work with.

While I did not purchase from ride auto (this time) I couldn’t help but not leave a great review after my interaction with Miguel. He talked to me about the vehicle I was interested in, and though an oversight on my part, I thought the price may have been a bit over budget. We had a calm and rational conversation about what we both think the vehicle was worth and gave our data to back each others arguments up. Not at any point did I feel that my words were not heard, or that my argument fell on deaf or uncaring ears. Though we couldn’t come to an agreement, I will say that ride auto sales customer service is second to none.

Bought a truck here recently. The transaction wasn't as smooth as normal with COVID. Trying to communicate while still working was lengthy. However, after getting a diagnostic and finding out the biggest problem, they were able to get it fixed before I picked up the truck and everything went perfect from there. Super happy with the truck!

Eric was very friendly approachable, and while they weren't able to move much on what was already a pretty good price, he did work hard tracking down a spare tire for the used truck i was buying, which i definitely appreciated. The paperwork process was quick, clear, and pain free, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. My vehicle was clean, in great shape, and had very little rust. I'm definitely happy and would shop here again.

I recently brought a friend to Ride auto because I have had very good experiences in the past. He had no so good credit and Dominic worked hard to get him approved. We made an appt during covid because we needed a truck that could haul an RV trailer. We came to look at one truck but found things we didn't like so we were able to find another truck on the lot that met our criteria enough to buy it. We were happy to get car shopping over with at this place. The paperwork was quick & Miguel was patient with us (we came with 4 people). Used Trucks are surprisingly tricky to find and we definitely feel like we found a great one here at the best price on the metro area. We have already taken the truck to the west coast without issues. For future customers, our budget was under 10k so we knew we'd get wear and tear and likely some rust so when we brought the truck home, we did some cosmetic improvements and an oil change to be safe. The mechanicals on the truck (most important) were confirmed in good shape by our diesel mechanic family member. We will be doing some preventive upgrades that this truck is known for that Miguel was also knowledgeable about and helped relieve some fears/unknowns at the last minute. A knowledgeable person is a more trustworthy person in our opinion. Thank you Ride Auto Sales!

I worked with Miguel. The test drive and sales experience was great. Unfortunately the battery was toast 24 hours after getting it home. I am now replacing the bad batter. Not a big deal for me, since this is pretty typical of car dealers, from leaving vehicles sit around. (update) Replaced the battery with a nice new AGM battery, and all is well.

I usually don't leave reviews, but thought I'd leave a quick one for the guys/gals at Ride. I was pretty impressed by their selection of cars and trucks. They even had a couple motorcycles. I'd give them an A+ on that. I thought the buyer process was as easy as the monster chain dealers around town ( who I've done plenty of business with before). Arash, my salesman, went above and beyond when I ran over a piece of truck tire tread about a week after my purchase. It loosened a piece of plastic under the bumper... He said let me check it out, and pulled it around back. About 5 minutes later he said it just knocked the oil change cover a bit loose, and there would be no charge today. I'll take that! The bottom line is I like giving the 'smaller guys' my business when possible. As long as they are honest and the business isn't going anywhere, they'll get my business. So far so good with Ride Auto! Keep up the good work!

I’ve bought three vehicles from ride auto! The coolest thing is that they actually helped me sell one of them on consignment! I highly recommend these guys specially Eric! He’s a great sales guy, not pushy at all and trustworthy.

So here’s the deal I went threw these guys 5 years ago. I did have bad credit at the time and they lined me up with a loan with very high interest but that’s what you get with BC and all I could get at the time. The truck I was going to purchase started blowing plumes of white smoke just before purchasing(it needed injectors common for the year and make) salesman told me “all old trucks smoke” so I refused to buy it they refused to refund my 300 dollar down payment(bad deal for someone who needs it). Fast forward to present day. I’m doing very well for myself now and came with my own solid financing, motivated to buy if things worked out but I also wasn’t going to get hosed on a lemon. I've been throwing around the idea of getting a police interceptor and Ride had a few for sale. I was reluctant to try them again but decided to give it a shot. The sales man I ended up with was rude and impolite to me not to mention he wasn’t knowledgeable about cars at all. I test drove 2 both having obvious mechanical issues I asked to drive a 3rd and he refused stating “I already drove 2 I didn’t need to drive another” that is unless I promised to purchase it that day. After arguing back and forth about how I wasn’t going to promise him anything and I should be able to test drive any vehicles I wanted being a respectful potential buyer. I decided they wouldn’t get my business told him to kick rocks and left. Long story short this place feeds on people that are hard up and desperate, their vehicle inventory is shotty at best most likely auction 2nds. Just beware of who you buy from. I’ve went threw multiple other dealerships that treat you right and have quality vehicles. Some establishments don’t deserve business in my opinion this is one.

I bought a SUV from Ride Auto Sales a few months ago, I love my truck and so far I haven't had any issues with it. The sales rep was very helpful, polite, but what made me buy from him was that he seemed to be very honest and knowledgeable, and he wasn't pushy or anything like that and he was able to get me financed right away! I’ve bought 3 vehicles from ride auto in the past and now that I’m looking for a new car I decided to check out other places, even big name dealerships from out of state and this helped me realize that ride auto does offer great customer service, even better than the bigger stores. The other places are aggressive, send email after email, call after call wanting you to come check them out. They tell you what you wanna hear just to convince you to buy from them. When you finally get there you realize that they know nothing about their cars. I found the car I was looking for at one of these places, the pictures showed a manual transmission but the listing said auto. I called, the sales guy says “I know everything about this car!! Is it auto or manual, I asked. He says “it’s auto! I drove it myself!” I said can you double check? He comes back saying “it’s manual!” Another place wanted to charge me an extra $750 dollars if I decided to pay cash instead of financing directly through them. At least every time I come to ride auto, these guys know their stuff, and even though I’d like to think I’m pretty knowledgeable about cars myself, I have learned a thing or two from Richard. The best thing about ride auto? Even after I told them I’m looking for a car at other places, they gave me advice on what to look for, what to watch out for and even helped me get my own financing! These guys have earned a customer for life!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! Tried to buy a truck, they hardly would move on the price. They then offed me a price i cluding trading my car in, then they changed the price once i got there with cash in hand. I then asked to talk to a manager and was told he was unavailable and that he couldn't do anything about the price either. After all this, i gave them another chance, and came up with a way to pay the differnece from what they originally told me( which was also all on the purchase agreement that was sent to my bank in which I was going to finance the purchase through) they told me they could not except the payment. They flat out told me that they would not change the price or honor what they told me. This is all after a friend of mine had just purchased a truck, which was not even the truck we went there for because the one he went to look at was way more rusty than shown i pictures and needed 3 grand for i injectors. Their vehicle descriptions are horribly inacurate. They list no problems that the cars/trucks have. In particular, the truck i looked at, there was no mention of the abs module needing to be replaced. There is a ford there, that needs injectors and bearings and ball joints, yet no mention that it smokes like a chimney. Another truck listed on their site, says that it runs and drives, but it doesnt even start. Ride Auto Sales does not care about the buyer, but only for their own wallet and profit. They are scam artists. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You will regret it. If i could give them zero stars i would. *** AND, this is somehow my fault, even though Ride had sent my bank a purchase agreement based on my "leaky, problematic car". I simply wanted the price my bank and I were given to be honored. My bank will also never allow financing to this deal again.
Geoffrey, sorry for your experience and after reviewing this case with the sales person your dealing with I must admit for the first time this negative feedback is 100% your own fault. Here is why. Your friend purchased a vehicle from us a week ago and in the process you noticed a truck that you liked that was well priced below blue book ($30,000 truck for $22995) We informed you that the truck was new in our inventory and it had a ABS light on for the ABS pump which we had the part. You insisted that you wanted the vehicle "AS IS" and were going to take care of the issue. We agreed on a lower price and give you $1000 off to fix a $200 issue. You were happy and wanted to check with your bank in the morning and you weren't able to get approved so you requested our assistance. We got you approved on the agreed price. You decided to throw in a trade into the mix without us having to carefully view it and you had to have a certain amount for it which was above blue book value. We did not agree and wanted to inspect the vehicle when you came in. You agreed to that and we inspected the vehicle and found a check engine light that you said was the oil pressure switch that was already replaced by you but didn't fix the issue. We found oil leaks and other issues and offered you $800 less. You were okay with that but didn't have the reminder to pay and insisted on using your friends credit card which we would not be able to accept since the card was not under your name. You got upset and said you will write this review which is okay with us but completely uncalled for since the sales person treated you fairly and respectfully but you wanted everything your way. Sorry but in this case customer is not right and we know you wanted this truck because it was a good deal and your regretting this whole incident. If in the future you decide to play fair we are happy to try things again. Richard

I bought a really nice Toyota Tundra from Ride Auto, Richard was a pleasure to work with. They promised to get me aftermarket parts for the truck and they came thru with their promise! I have a sharp looking truck now thanks to ride auto and I will come back and purchase from them again. They live by "customer is always first"!

I live up in North Dakota and I called Ride Auto Inc in Burnsville from an add I saw for a 2005 Pontiac GTO Everything described was accurate. I like what I saw and got my Loan. Paid a small deposit on the car and also they got me a good deal on getting my windows tinted. Coming from out of state they were patient with us in getting all the little fine details worked out. They replaced the battery because the other was weak, no question asked. We took care of a few things and were under no pressure they were great to work with and let me inspect the vehicle. Everything went smoothly communication was excellent service was A+ I recommend if you want a sports car of any type they are the place to buy. Thanks guys

I contacted ride auto about a car I was interested in. I asked for a best price in advance since I was 200 miles away. They refused to negotiate over the phone or email. I explained my situation and told them it was their option to lose a possible sale. Having purchased multiple cars from across the country, I felt this was standard fare. Their response was to disrespect me as if I wasn't a serious buyer. I told them their online advertising reached wide audiences, so this type of policy lost them business as I was going elsewhere. They emailed back with a sarcastic response. I responded and asked them not to contact me anymore. Multiple more emails were sent to me, each time responded and told them to stop harassing me. These guys give good car dealers a bad name. They are the exact stereotype of what you think of when you hear sleazy car dealer. Run away, their other reviews on Google should help you make up your mind. I even have emails where the guy wanted to compare bank accounts. Totally unprofessional and amateur salesman at his worst.

Ride Auto has the most competitive prices of any dealer. I bought a 2011 GMC 3/4 ton pickup that was in excellent condition at a great price. There is no sales pressure, they just tell you what they know regarding any vehicle on the lot and leave you to make up your mind on a purchase. I will be stopping here again when I am looking for a used vehicle in the future.

I bought a Jeep from Ride Auto a week ago and had a fantastic experience dealing with them. I love my new vehicle, my old car recently died and I had been having a hard time finding a vehicle I could afford since my credit is not the greatest. They had the exact car I wanted and helped me get a loan for it. The banker they put me in contact with was even nice enough to meet me at their dealership to sign all the paperwork to save me time. The next time I'm looking to buy a car I will definitely go back.

Bought a truck for 22k. Had financing all ready to go before I went there to pick up the truck because I live two hours away. Truck wasn’t detailed at all for being a expensive used vehicle. Didn’t tell me about the accident it had been in or the absolutely horrendous body work done to the truck. Hail damaged and nothing said about that in the YouTube video they post on the vehicle. I’ll spend the money to have it fixed right. Who ever did the body work needs to find a new job.

Left a deposit on a camper. Two days later Re listed it for sale. When I asked about things like heat or refrigerator was told oh those are cheap fix. When asked about water system was told to hire someone. They were not going to show me. No propane tanks or battery to see that everything worked. Made me feel that I had to leave a deposit because some else was looking at it. If that was true you would have sold it when you listed it two days after my deposit for more money. Did not make you feel comfortable. When I talked to another dealer ship was told if they are doing this not to do business with them. Not trustworthy sales.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was interested in buying a truck from them, called beforehand to ask if the truck I wanted was still available, they said yes. I drove 2 hours round trip to check out the vehicle, and they said that they sold it a few weeks prior even though it's still listed in their inventory. Not to mention the customer service was absolutely terrible, the lady rolled her eyes at every question I had. Then she walked away and sent someone else out to talk to me, he was rude, texting on his phone, once I asked to test drive a different truck, he rolled his eyes and said that he was really busy with other people..I was the only customer on the lot. Terrible place, terrible people. I'm quite surprised that this company is still in business to be completely honest.

Very dishonest about the condition of a vehicle. Eric said the vehicle was in great shape and accident free. We drove 4 hours to get the vehicle and Eric did not show up. Another guy showed us the vehicle, it had obviously just been repaired and painted in a garage. It still smelled of fresh paint and it was peeling off in numerous spots. It had some kind of damage and had been repaired by a novice in a garage. The paint was dull and had numerous runs in it. I would not recommend anyone buy a vehicle here, very deceptive business practices.

Its an actual walk around and test drive video that not too many dealerships want to invest the time on. Second, for a vehicle that is over 10 years old with close to 100,000 miles we priced the vehicle aggressively and we were willing to work with you on a better price that would make you comfortable with your purchase. Went to go check out a used tundra. Good price. Wasn’t interested after seeing hanging/rusted off fuel tank hangers and a muffler wrapped in aluminum wrap and pipe wrap. But still an OK deal for the age/condition and maybe not their fault and maybe wasn’t to their knowledge. Asked to check out a Honda Pilot on the lot since I was open to different types of vehicles. Asked if it would be okay if I went to drive it with the salesman to see what it was like. I asked if I could take a quick drive with them up and down the frontage road since I had never even ridden in one. Was asked then if I’d be buying it that day (at 515pm), said no I wouldn’t be purchasing today as I was considering my options but really liked this vehicle. Was then asked if I had other cars I was looking at. I said yes. Was refused a test drive until I had “gone and checked out those other cars” and then I could come back and they’d let me drive it. I asked how I was supposed to consider buying anything if I couldn’t get a feel for what they had on the lot. Same answer. Any dealership I’ve been to over the years is more than happy to let you take a car out and would be happy to explain more about it if they can. I can understand some apprehension if I was looking at a super sporty car but not many people are joy riding a 2014 Honda Pilot. Their deals seem fair and I hate to let a dealer/dealership get in the way of any good car purchase but not a confidence inspiring feeling to go back. Will not be purchasing from there. Even if I want the pilot. I did not appreciate rushing down there during rush hour from downtown Minneapolis to get there well before their closing time to then get treated as if I’m a tire kicker looking to joy ride/put TWO miles on their 103,000 mile vehicle. Two stars is only because their prices seem fair.

We found a used work truck on craigslist we were interested in taking a look at it. When we called to make an appointment, the gentleman stated that the truck in question actually had 80k more miles on it than what was listed, per the CarFax report and that they had no intentions of lowering the price because they didn't want to lose money on their end. We could hardly believe someone would even have had the balls to say that over the phone to a potential customer. We happily took our business elsewhere and walked away with an amazing new work truck we paid $20k cash for. Please do your research on the vehicle you're interested in purchasing from this dealer before you do. Personally, we can't do business with anyone who has so little respect for their clients.

I made an appointment to test drive a car and was told it was out of shop but would be back the next day so I made an appointment for the next day at 1:00. When I arrived the next day the car was not there and they said it was my fault for not calling ahead even though I had an appointment that day and they had my contact information. After waiting for 2.5 hours I was finally able to take it on a test drive. I did like the car, it had some issues, but they were over kbb value by a few thousand for a “perfect vehicle”. I came back and lowballed an offer expecting to haggle a little bit but they were not going to budge on the price. For a car that has been driven in winter for 11 years (rust). Someone needs to figure out their customer service when someone has an appointment and they need to figure out their price points.
Mr. Meyer sorry for the poor experience. Your correct, you did not have an appointment and you still showed up. We did show you the vehicle in which as you said it best, you give a "low ball " offer and your offer was not accepted. All other customers have no issues with the appointments we set up for them. We wish you the best and our only advice to you would be, make reasonable offers if really interested in a vehicle you want to own.

Biggest scam place in Minnesota. I came to look at a Black F150. They had spray painted the metal and the engine to look as if it hasn't rusted. They listed it for 16k and it should have been 6. They don't know anything about cars at all, everything the salesperson said sounded like scheming. They wanted a NON REFUNDABLE $300 deposit just to have my mechanic look at it, which they beat around the bush about how it was "possibly" refundable. Grossest place to shop in MN. If you stop by there, be sure to touch the cars, if you fingers stick, they spray painted the undercarriage.

You were informed that the policy we have for our pre purchase inspections requires a $200 deposit to secure the vehicle while its being inspected by a mechanic, not $300 as you stated. Also if you have no interest in a vehicle that you think has cosmetic issues and is a deal breaker for you than wouldn't you agree that it is best not to move forward on that vehicle. Bought a truck from then two days later check engine light for cylinders out comes on... Said has headed seat on there sales ad- doesn’t. Never POSTED about how it pulls to the right, ONLINE either. Had to replace the whole front end and all new injectors within two weeks of having it.. 5,000bucks later.. Wouldn’t buy anything from them ever again. Not even a month later. Needs new water pump and serpentine belt. Also the tires and rims were horrible- long story. Never had so many problems with a truck that they said was “a good” truck! Said there mechanic went though it(worse than me working on trucks! And I don’t know much besides the basics!) If you buy them from good luck and have fun breaking down and stranded on side of the road.

I originally rating our experience at 4.5. After 2 days of having our vehicle I quickly realize how much we were scammed! These guys cleared EVERY code! There was over 2 pages of codes that were found by our mechanic that had been cleared. They had this vehicle for over 5 weeks and it smelled like wet/damp socks or something. After the first 2 days I was able to get most of the smell gone. But Miguel told us that they were going to have it cleaned tomorrow... I bet that was a lie! You couldn't have it smelling better in 5 weeks of time or what? We bought the car as is and it had other things we were willing to deal with... but I will make sure that its brought to everyone's attention that this company chooses to make ILLEGAL decisions in order to sell LEMONS to their customers!

Went to test drive a car I was interested in earlier this year, they advertised that it "ran and shifted great." I pushed the clutch in and there was a noticeable judder in the pedal, and on the test drive the gear changes were so cringey I hardly wanted to drive it. That car was hurting, despite what they said and I called them out on it. Someone less familiar with manual cars probably bought it not knowing it needs thousands in repairs. They also wanted to run a credit check before I could test drive, never been asked for that before. Overall not an honest experience. Sales people are nice enough though.
Mr. Shah understand the we are not mechanics and neither are you. You came and test drove the vehicle that you felt was not for you, end of story. We didn't force you to purchase it and we both walked away happy at the time. The person that ended up buying that vehicle had it inspected and the shop found no issues. Matter of fact they live locally and we see that vehicle using the Mcdonalds drive through on a weekly basis without any issues that you noticed. thanks

Went in and checked out a wrangler last night and agreed upon a price. Was told to come in early the next day with a cashier's check for the amount and the title to my car so I took time off work, got the check and title for my car and went up there. Miguel reneged on the deal saying that he did some research and he wanted $1200 more. What a waste of time. He sounds like a customer. Customers are the ones who come back the next day and say "after doing some research" I want to pay less. Learn how to run a business or at the very least learn how to keep your word.

However we accepted you and allowed you to test drive our vehicle in which you said you liked. Your trade in was over blue book value and we still were willing to work with you and requested that you come in the morning so we can have a better look at it. It was not in the best shape and we did not want to pay over blue book. We are a successful dealership for many reasons but one important one is our prices are very aggressive and always thousands below blue book so for us to pay over blue book for a trade wouldn't make sense. I went here with a friend to look at a SUV that online looked really great. I got there an walked inside and asked if they would take my car on trade they said no, okay that is fine I could sell it somewhere else, but I still looked at the SUV I drove an hour to see. It looked great minus a few scratches but that didn't bother me. I asked to take it for a test drive to make sure it drives the way it should and all that good stuff, you know like you usually do when you are in the market for a vehicle. The guy asked if he could run my credit before I took it for a test drive, I informed him that we get vehicle loans with my husbands name and that he was at work and would not be able to make it in today as they closed at the same time he got off work but if I liked the vehicle we could fill it out online, and he would leave work early one day to sign the papers if we decided to buy the SUV, and he got really rude saying we cant let you take it for a test drive in-tell we do a credit check and then what happens when your husband comes here an wants to take it for a test drive? Why would I let you run my credit (or my husbands) before even seeing if that was the vehicle we wanted to buy? Its not like I was trying to buy a brand new corvette, or Porsche!!! I left and went down the road to another dealer and they let me take whatever I wanted to for a test drive. So at-lest my almost hour long drive wasn't for nothing. From what I have seen in some of the past reviews this is not the first time this has happened, I also said something to the other dealership I went to and they said that this is not the first time they have heard that being said to potential buyers. After being treated the way I was I am glad that when my husband was in the market for a truck we never came down to this dealer to look at one we really liked. I Will NEVER be back but also my friend and I will tell everyone I know not to even look at RIDE AUTO SALES. I asked about a truck and possible hail damage to the vehicle. I was simple told "no". After an hour and a half drive I was very disappointed in the condition of the vehicle. Many scratches and dings as well as severe hail damage and stains to the seats. I came hell bent on buying the truck but am glad I used my better judgement. Apparently the sales person mistook the truck you were interested in with another similar truck that was the same year and same type without any hail. Great service from everyone at the dealership i found a super clean power stroke that I can't wait to show off , my friend was a Spanish speaker that came with to look at trucks and majority of the staff speak Spanish as well Miguel was great, helped me get into a rust free work vehicle and Jason was very helpful through the entire process . Richard also gave me lots of useful information, i learned lots and will definitely recommend my friends .

Spent roughly 20-30 minutes checking out various trucks. ALL of which were pretty rough. The one truck I was interested in looks great in the ads and videos. But upon review in person, it was anything but. There were what I could only guess was Kool-Aid stains on the carpet. Something blue stained the rear leather. Didn't look like it has been vacuumed in some time. There were sections of the body that had wax residue that they couldn't be bothered to clean up. No way is it worth their asking price. I would have considered trying to negotiate, but not a single salesperson acknowledged we were there. We even checked out the WRX that was directly in front of their front windows, even though I'm in the market for a truck. Still nothing. What a joke.
