I wish Anchor never merged. This bank sucks. My paychecks i deposit dont get approved until the day after. Ok fine. But if i cash it on the weekend it stays pending until tuesday. Completely screwing me over for everything. Did they tell me this? No. They told me it takes a day to process. On top of this there is no after hours support, their app and online doesnt update for days on end. I absolutely can not stand this bank and I will be leaving it permanently after my paycheck stops pending .I am soooo tired of their bs.

An Amazing Bank . have been with them for around 15 years and really have nothing bad to say about them . they have helped me reach Dreams with my Business that I thought where never Possible. I am so pleased with how this branch has handled the bank turnover! The new app is flawless. Anytime I call this branch I always get a warm welcome and the best help ever. 10/10 would recommend banking here.

Typically have had great service! Effie at the Burnsville location is very helpful. I did call today at 11:45AM and I am not exactly sure who I talked to, I dont remember her name, but the lady on the phone sounded annoyed and irritated to try and help me and ended up pushing me to hang up..

This is really bad bank, starting to charge monthly fee for nothing, without even telling you upfront.

9-5 week days, closed Saturday and Sunday. Low mobile deposit amount. Old National might as well close all its branches and just use internet. Go elsewhere.

I wish I could give this bank 0 stars, talk about greedy. I cashed a 15.00 check and they charged me five dollars to cash it. Really,this is the worst bank I've been to,and there's a lot of bad ones out there. This one tops the cake. Please-please find a bank that appreciates the business,and not how much money they can get out of you.what is this world coming to.

The ANCHOR will sink your dreams. My wife and I had been planning our dream home for the last five years. We started the construction loan process with Anchor bank many months ago, which included a loan for the lot, and through the process all of a sudden we were told that the bank representative we had been working all this time does not do do construction loans. Please note that we first reached out to Anchor Bank Burnsville's VP, Brian Brakke, looking at a new home construction loan over 9 months prior to this to this news, very disappointing. Furthermore, at a makeup meeting the VP spent even more time talking about the banks liabilities and how ANCHOR BANK could not service us, get good rates, be competitive on the secondary market when the loan turns to mortgage or get the job done in a respectable amount of time. This was heartbreaking considering the amount of time and meetings I had spent at the bank's location reviewing tax returns, transferring records, providing the bank with personal buisness books, etc. This should have been mentioned long before if they were not able to service us. I even asked that if we had "good credit, 2 FT jobs and lower dept. to income ratio," why were we getting all this friction to getting our loan, the response was puzzling........Brain Brakke, "I just want you to LIKE me through this process?" I personally would never use and/or recommend a friend or a family member to use Anchor Bank for any mortgages, construction loans or anything else that envolves a review of your financial status. This poor professionalism was easily taken over by another bank also stating that "both Anchor and Wells are our best new home consturction loan referrals!"

The people at my local branch are always really nice. Even when I am in a rush to get in and out quickly they have been accommodating.

Good bank but can be hard to reach over the phone
