Credilife® ... A Financial Wellness Company Co Rd, Burnsville

I NEVER leave company reviews but I’m extremely disappointed with Credilife and how they handled my situation. When I signed up, I paid $299 plus the $135 monthly fee and informed them that I was going to be going through chemo treatments in the coming months and may have to pause my Credilife account during recovery as I would not be employed. At the time, that was totally fine. Now that I am trying to come back to Credilife, they are telling me I have to pay another enrollment fee plus my $135 from the month I left. Why would I pay the enrollment fee again? They claim it’s for a credit audit. Fine, but nothing on my credit report has changed except for the 2 collection accounts that I personally got removed. This is a terrible way to welcome a client back and make them pay another “audit” fee that they have ALREADY paid for. Supposedly they were going to waive the second audit fee yesterday for me and asked several times when they could take out the $135 monthly payment, but today decided that they couldn’t waive the second audit fee but they could discount it $35. I’m totally for making money as this is your business, but making me pay for another audit to get the same information you already have seems shady and unprofessional. They were outstanding in the beginning and seem to be different than other credit repair companies from a customer service standpoint but this situation has left an extremely sour taste in my mouth. They weren’t able to get anything removed off my report in the short time I used them before I had to pause for treatments. I was able to get to collections removed on my own first try. From a business standpoint, you’d think they’d want to prove their worth and have my account active with them again and help me as they claim they are so driven to do. It’s just another “credit repair” company claiming they are different and want what’s best for you. I have referred several people over to them on Facebook as well. I used to get on their lives several times a week to specifically listen to Jeremy and was actively engaged.

My husband and I joined together because of all the great reviews and figured we’d have a great experience. While our credit scores definitely went up, and my husband got things deleted off our credit report, the customer service lacked in our experience. We didn’t even know who our coach was until we stopped our membership and got an email. (After around 7 months) Our monthly reports sometimes were incorrect and we felt the person who would message us (who wasn’t our coach) wasn’t always there to actually help with questions and give actual answers. They beat around the bush and gave copied and pasted answers sometimes. If we’d ask If we should do something we’d just be told yes or no and not given better options. We were also told some of the companies wouldn’t do pay to delete and not to try to ask them to, but after dropping Credilife they in fact did pay to delete. People say they learned so much about credit repair from joining but we did not. Probably because we never talked to our coach. We learned the most off of their Facebook group, but would never post on there because some of the workers or their relatives can be absolutely rude to people. There was also a lot more money needing involved than expected that wasn’t really said in the beginning. We are happy that our credit scores did definitely go up, but all our other expectations or hopes (good customer service, knowledge) didn’t happen. The price might have been worth it if we got the full experience the other reviews seem to give.

Credilife was the BEST financial decision I ever made, hands down. I was in the FB group for over 3 years when I took the plunge. The results in the first 45 days were so astronomical that I decided to sign my husband up as well! If you follow the recommendations and do exactly what they tell you, your credit will grow in leaps and bounds! If you want the learn to manage your money and have the credit you deserve, SIGN UP! You will not regret it!!

This company will tell you everything that you want to hear but once you sign up with them they do absolutely nothing to improve your credit. On 6/30, I emailed the billing department to cancel my membership, they did not cancel my membership and are stating that I owe them hundreds of dollars. When I ask them to provide me proof of their services, they ignore me. Do not use this company, they are priced higher than anyone else, and just want your money.

If I could leave Credilife a million stars I would! My husband and I started our journey to financial wellness with the WRONG company. Blue something or another, anyway they took our money and did nothing for us. In November of 2020 we signed up for Credilife with Coach Jeremy. The first thing I can say is no where along the road were we treated poorly or made to feel badly about our past mistakes. Jeremy listen to us, and told us the steps to fix those mistakes, but more importantly taught us what we did wrong and how to not do it again. Our goal like so many others was to buy a house. We were under contract for almost 10 months but we finally closed. Our credit improved so much we got a great rate and our profile is solid! We could not have done it without Credilife, Coach Jeremy and his team. Awesome people with a true desire to teach people all about credit. When we signed up, Jeremy said to us, when we're done with the program we will ask ourselves if we can afford it, and not worry about being approved. He was 100% right. Getting approved isn't a problem any more. But more importantly, we know what we can afford even before going to the store, because they taught us! It is the best money you can spend. Worth every penny.

Spoke to Tyler in the Burnsville area at Credilife. Was honest and informative. Anyone with a negative review just wants an easy way out of their debt, but there’s more to it. Tyler was able to explain a lot to me and truly appreciate his help. I took time of his day and on his end he could have easily pushed me away. He did not. Thank you Tyler you ROCK!!

I started with Credilife a little short of two months ago…score up 40 points, two permanent deletions and I’ve settled for two other accounts that saved me $1k. All you have to do is follow the program! You get a personal coach, credit monitoring, and a monthly “report card”. It’s the best investment I ever made and I plan on buying me a home, exactly one year from today. Take control of your finances and sign up with them. Coach Jeremy and Coach Chris are awesome~

Credilife is exactly what they say are a financial wellness company. If you are looking for miracles, a quick fix, then go to a gas station and play the lotto or take a trip to Vegas and try your luck there. Maybe it’ll help you pay off your debt. If you are looking to succeed and get a grip on your personal financial well being then invest on your future and hire a team of true professionals. I’ve followed Credilife on Facebook for over four years. I didn’t have the money to pay down my debt and pay for the assistance to maintain my profile. So with their knowledge and free advise I was able to achieve a decent score and acquire a home and two vehicles. My life didn’t stop there though. You gain your home and other items but not your freedom. Once you succeed maintaining the success follows shortly after. Freedom especially financial is earned then granted. That’s when I decided that I needed to invest on Credilife. I am not disappointed. They give informed answers within a few hours. You are made aware of every step they have taken. You are invited to private seminars to ensure your financial success. I believe the negative reviews are made because everyone wants that quick fix. The saying Rome wasn’t built in a day has validity. So my humble and honest opinion is if you are truly ready to change your lifestyle and feel financially free hire Credilife. It’s a sacrifice but well worth it.
