These guys are really the best pawnshop around as they are very understanding and give you better deals on pawns then pawn america or any other shops around as I have used all of them in my area and nobody compares!!! Hands down!! They will work with you when others won't and have always been super nice and very professional with there transactions where the other guys don't care and will lie right to your face which these guys just don't do! Never sugarcoat anything always upfront and honest with the best offers for your stuff without a doubt! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for the best place to pawn!

The staff at PawnWorks was very friendly and hospitable during my visit. They weren't able to give me quite the amount I was looking for, due to surplus of my item in their inventory, but they did give me $10 more than my item was quoted for! Overall very satisfied with my visit here & look forward to doing future business with them.

I went in today to get a laptop and really had no knowledge of what I would need. I knew my price point and what I wanted it for and worked with Justin and he showed me a few options that would fit my needs and even broke it down into understandable terms which helped a ton!! He was so helpful in picking a good fit for me and had a really great experience just chatting with all the staff too as we were checking out. Very personable and friendly. Great place to shop for Vintage items. I found a set of miniature key chain knives for a super good price in one of there cases and two gold coins just a little over spot. Owner well versed on weapons. Lots of parking.

This is a fun place to shop! We go 2-4 times a month and always find something we can't go home without! They have a good selection of consumer electronics, and helpful friendly staff! Pawnworks doesn't feel like a "pawn shop."

Sold us a broken wii wouldn’t let us test it. Don’t people check to make sure stufff works or they just care about making 3 times profit. Luckily the store owner offered my fiancé a job. We emailed her.. my wii has all the GameCube ports removed. The pawn ppl said they don’t B all have n those ports ok well why is my memory card stick/ apadters missing ? Tested lol don’t buy consoles from these jokers

The guys that work there have been so wonderful to work with. They are always available and have given me much more than I could ask for in a pawn shop. Friendly curteous and I will continue to use them in the future.

One of the finer and clean pawn shops I've been too in the greater Twin Cities area. Very courteous and patient staff. Large selection of all sorts of items, not just the typical 'pawn trash' one sees in the lower grade pawn shops.

They sell broken items and Put them “on sale”. Shady business, you’d have better luck hitting up a goodwill or a landfill

I have visited Pawnworks a few times for loans over the past year. The first time I went there (and each time since) I was incredibly impressed with the store and the staff - I didn't feel like I was in a "pawnshop" at all. The store is very neat, clean and organized. And all the staff members I've encountered have been incredibly helpful and friendly. The manager, Rich, does an excellent job running this store and is also very helpful, friendly and welcoming. I will happily go back to this shop!

This is the best Pawn Shop around!! I have been coming here for years, and always am impressed with the service and selection. It is not what one would ever expect a pawn shop to be. It's clean, well lit, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They sell anything from high end sneakers that look new, to 4K televisions, video games, or even a first edition Wizard of Oz book signed by the author. Always something fun to find!

It was the first time I ever used a pawnshop. I had a couple rings that were quite valuable and I had the original receipts for them which helped and I got a loan for them and given my receipt so I could later redeem them and everything was done in a timely fashion and I was given the cash I needed and everything was easy; the staff that helped me was friendly & answered all the questions I had and the store was nice. Honestly been coming to this place for a long time. Awesome staff that gives good money for the things you bring in. Not inly that but also has good items to purchase. Got a new 4k smart TV 50 inch from here and it has amazing picture quality. Recommended for everyone.
