Candra was AMAZING. She was helping TWO other customers & still was super fast while getting me any and everything I needed! She was also SUPER nice, I’ve never had such great service. She gave me all the time I needed to find my perfect car, she even stayed 2 1/2 hours after closing time to make sure I was all set. I definitely recommend going to Candra if you happen to come to this CarHop!

It was a long day, I had a lot of mishaps that were my own mistakes and Candra was very patient, let us try every car we liked and any other car that she thought was worth checking out. We ended up finding a car we really enjoyed. It has been a while since we’ve driven a car that’s not riddled with issues so it was nice of her to help us get the car we really wanted!

Very sketchy. The woman I was working with was trying to sell me on a vehicle with very obvious mechanical issues. They promise they have all these warranties, but how about making sure your cars run well with no clunks before you put them for sale? The car I test drove was absolutely not road worthy, and whoever owns this business should take a hard look at the quality of vehicles they are sending people off the lot with. I absolutely refuse to put over $500 down at a place that advertises low down payments with the absolutely awful conditions the cars are in. Just another scamming car place. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

If I could say to do one thing if you're going to buy from CarHop I would recommend bringing a handheld error code reader that can also check logs for when it was last checked and cleared. At first the car they sold me seemd great and they said that the engine was rattling due to low oil. When I had it checked it turns out the error codes were cleared the day I bought it and it was a timing chain issue as well as a fuel sensor issue and a few other things. It was also cleared another time by their mechanic after I had them look into the issues. Since the purchase less than a year ago I've spent over 4,000$ getting multiple issues that were cleared fixed on it. And they refuse to help or allow me to return the car. And when I go to their mechanic they say it's something different than what the reader says. Just be careful. CarHop was definitely a last resort for me. And I'm sure there are others who feel the same way. No matter your circumstance though they won't help in any way except to give you the car. In that way they help themselves. A court battle for me is just more trouble than it's worth at this point. If anyone wants to see the codes and the logs though let me know.

There customer service was superb! I got my first car with them and they walked me through the process and made everything nice and easy. I’m so happy to have worked with them and I strongly recommend going there.

The purchase process was great friendly staff made me feel very comfortable. Even when the drivers side tire fell off they were friendly and helpful again. Found a close shop and repaired it under warranty very fast and easy again. BUT that's when my problems began when they repaired the drivers side they didn't aligne anything. I only found this out because when I pur my car in the shop I had brand new tires when I got it back they were bald within 500 miles.when I tried to get something fixed since I never had this problem before they fixed what's causing my problems but since what is wrong now isn't covered by warranty even though it was xased but something that was fixed under warranty. If I wasn't trying to rebuild I would definitely give the car back. I would definitely be careful dealing with this company they make you feel so friendly until they get you signature. I am now paying a car payment for a car I haven't been able to drive. Be careful they are awesome until they get your signature.

I hear alot of horror stories about carhop. I on the other hand am not one of those. I am on my fourth car through carhop all of them being paid off. I've been a customer since 2013 . As long as your payments are on time they dont turn your car off. I will say once your car is almost paid off it does start acting rough I truly believe the device they put in their is what causes that problem. We have tested our theory out. My son paid his van off in full and then it just quit bogged out didn't want to start. So he went and bought his 3rd vehicle from them. And the van sat so we decided to pull that device off. And guess what it started right up and is still running today. Lol still will continue to like carhop. Thank you for all you do!!

Car broke down on day 2 with transmission issue. Found a car they had in Saint cloud that was about a $100 cheaper, that I thought was a suitable replacement. They told me the vehicle was not available and didn't help me with any other options. It was a very disappointing experience. I feel like just exercising Carhop as an option is automatically a waste of time and effort. I would never shop there again, I also wouldn't ever recommend anyone else to shop there either.

Candra is amazing at her job. She is fantastic and goes above and beyond for customers. Katie is also amazing and very professional and willing to do what ever it takes to make sure you’re driving away in a vehicle. I highly recommend.

I have came in multiple times trying to get a vehicle and every time I’m told I’m approved then they come up with something else that I have to come back again with something else. I have brought w2 paystubs DL still excuses. I would never recommend coming here

I really wanted this to be a good experience for me but it really wasn’t and I got to admit it was the biggest regret I’ve made in my life. I went in to get a new car for work (delivering) and explained to them that my old car had complete electrical failure and brakes were bad. One of the employees then insured me that this would not happen with these cars. I went in a test drove two cars and went with a 2012 Kia Forte ex. Not even a day later it had electrical problems and the brakes were completely gone on it. I had to spend over $2k to completely fix my brakes (all rotors, all brake pads and two calipers). I was also told that I could trade In my car whenever I wanted within the 7 day period that I had after purchasing the vehicle. I work night shift so when I wake up carhop is already closed. So I sent an email saying that I did not want the car because it looked terrible, had bad gas mileage and was not quick enough for me delivering. I also offered to pay even more money as a down payment. They sadly never responded to me so I sent another email a while later with great details and pictures on why I did not like the vehicle I bought. Days after I sent the second email they responded with a short answer and simply told me that they could help fix it with my warranty but I could not return it because my 7 days was now up (after they ghosted me and never responded to my email). I wasn’t trying to fix the car at all, I simply hated it and didn’t want anything to do with it. I feel like I was forced into keeping a car that I didn’t want and I feel like I was scammed and taken advantage of due to my young age. They also charged me $10k for this car when it’s only valued at max $5k. Worst dealership I’ve ever purchased from and don’t plan on doing any shady scam purchases with them until they value me as a customer and help me trade my car back in. All I wanted was to trade my car in for something with four wheel drive or all wheel drive. Don’t purchase a car from here unless you like to get scammed and treated like complete garbage . Y’all have been warned

My boyfriend just got a car from here and tons of stuff was wrong now they don’t want to pay for it and he has a warranty on the car and my family always go to car hop not anymore.

Do not buy cars from Carhop. They took two months to replace a part in my car and it became worse when I got it back. They care when you put money down on a car, but quickly turn they're backs when there's a issue. DON'T GIVE CARHOP YOUR BUSINESS.

Extremely upset first time I went to a car dealership and purchased a car. They took advantage of that knowing that I was young and not very educated on the whole process I was charged $9,000 for a 2007 vehicle that not even 24 hours after pulling off of the lot was broke down on the side of the road and left me and my kids outside for 3 hours. Several weeks later I had more issues with the vehicle the vehicle had to be put in the shop and the starter and fuel pump went out I was out of vehicle for 2 days. And then in the beginning of March (I'm fully insured) I was rear end while sitting at a red light and the vehicle was totaled. My insurance company along with every other insurance company will only pay market value for the vehicle which was only $4,000 so they overcharged me $4,000 for a vehicle and now I'm receiving harassing phone calls and emails trying to get me to send in the documentation to my insurance so that they can get the $4,000 that they're paying and then they still want me to make payments on the $4,000 mind you I drove the car for 3 months and made every payment on time. They absolutely scared me from working with any dealerships in the future I'll definitely be a person buying off of others. I thought that they had my best interest out and they really set out to make it seem like they do but that is not the case CarHop is not a good company.

I got preapproved and came right on in with my budget and a dream that mrs Candra at car hop made come true! less than 3 hours I was pulling off the lot with a new car for me and my kids after my car would refuse to shift in gear. They really work with you I highly recommend them!!

So I desperately needed a car, they knew that. So they set me up with a 2004 Chevy impala that I never missed a single payment on and they offered me a chance to trade up for a "better car". Biggest mistake I ever made. It only gave me 3k miles before all manner of module and battery issues hit me. And just when I thought it would be okay to just give them their car back they roped in a little contractual loophole that has me responsible for a car that won't run. On top of this, I missed a few payments due to a location and job change and they treated me like my previous history didn't matter. There's no customer loyalty with this business and they prey on people who lack the knowledge and experience dealing with them that I've gained. Do yourself a favor, buy a car from a junkyard and fix it up. It would be far more rewarding and cheaper than letting these thieves shackle you to a car that most likely has been in several accidents, has numerous motor and electrical issues and will lie to your face and tell you their cars run like new. They're all junk. Save yourself the money. And ignore these fake reviews. They're all probably carhop dealers and their family members boosting this criminal organization.

Jen at CarHop was truly amazing!! She kept in close contact with me while I was had some bad luck. I finally found the car I wanted but wasn’t able to get it right away. Jen worked with me the whole time and today was the big day. She made the process so easy and simple I was in and out in under an hour. Truly grateful for her and making my first experience at CarHop so worth it!

Coming here as a return customer (2nd time buying a vehicle from this location) and the whole process is super straightforward. I had an emergency need for a car and from start to finish I only spent about an hour of my day and drove home in my new car. Jen is a great, no pressure salesperson and this really couldn't have been an easier process.

Once again the kind folks at Carhop Burnsville and Carhop Crystal have done it again! Jennifer Cook was as pleasant as always and the whole matches her level of customer service! This is the third vehicle I have financed with them and like any big purchase it takes time to process things, but they all make it super easy and just plain lovely! If you need help finding and financing a vehicle this is the place!!!

Had to fight with them to replace my engine and honor their warranty which they finally ended up doing after a month. Then the replacement engine they sent to the shop was damaged so now the shop has to wait some unknown amount of time for a new one. Such a bad business I wish I never got a car from here. Also the “account manager” Joel is such a rude person

Terrible place stay away! Nothing but junk cars that they sell. They try and make you put a review there because they know if you put one in the future they’ll be nothing but 1 stars.

CarHop was the first place I came to replace my vehicle with. I am happy with the selection available and I'm happy with the vehicle I decided on. Highly recommend. Oh where do I start last year me and the wife went in and thought well this probley won’t work cause my credit was so low comes to find out I got approved thanks to Candra she is very awesome and a very great person very intergectic and is there to help and meet everyone s need so yesterday me and the wife was talking about trading in soon as we got it paid down enough so we go Christmas shopping yesterday and carhop calls and it was candra candra informed me that I had a promotion and also that my car was paid down to what it needed to be to trade in was very surprised so we went in yesterday and candra did it again for us this will be are second vehicle from carhop very good people all employees there has a great attitude and is ready to meet your needs you tell them what your looking for and your budget and I will have to say I recommend candra she will do anything in her power to help you get what you need and will help you be able to make a affordable payment at the same time thanks candra your awesome

I came in here with a broken down car, bad credit, little money in my account and Jennifer got me into a very nice Toyota. Very low payments. Great customer service and very quick.

Don't buy car here will break down after the 7 day. Take car to mechanic before purchase. They reset the codes also sell bald tires. Katie and the rest of the staff all they do is take 40 cigarette breaks a day. Never answer phone and you'll be stuck with a car that don't works
