    I had one of the best experiences working with both Jason and Bill! I first met with Jason who took his time explaining the process to me as it was my first time purchasing a vehicle. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and has truly been there for me every step of the way. I met with Bill a couple of days later and he was also incredibly friendly and helped get me into a new lease! Every person I worked with at Ricart was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took their time to make sure I was comfortable and informed. Even since leaving the dealership they have been only one call or text away for any of my questions! I felt supported and respected throughout my entire experience working with both Jason and Bill- I would suggest them to anyone looking for a new vehicle!     I had given up on finding a new vehicle and had just told myself that I would stop looking. My phone rang and it was Bill from Ricart wanting to know if I was interested in checking out a new Tucson. I was amazed when he told me he had a couple that I could look at in person. It was great to be able to actually see the Tucson and have Bill show me all the amazing technology features. Bill didn't seem like a salesman, it just felt like I was hanging out with some nice guy who was showing me a vehicle. There was no pressure and was a very personable down to earth person to spend the morning with. And I can't wait to pick up my new Tucson Monday morning! Very surreal morning, in a good way .

    Great place to purchase a vehicle. Nice inventory to choose from, great service department if you have any mechanical issues. The customer service is wonderful, the finance team listens to what you need and works hard to get it for you and as far as the sales team…well I’ve purchased 5 vehicles here over the years and have only dealt with Dwendolyn Thomas and she is excellent at what she does! She listens to what you need and what you want and she takes the time to ensure they both are met as much as possible, her goal is to make sure that at the end of the day you’re happy with your vehicle and your purchase and goes the extra mile to follow up with you after the sale to make sure you’re satisfied with your vehicle.

My car came with already awesome warranties etc, but there are lots of additional little Ricart perks, too (free unlimited car washes anyone?) This was my first time buying at Ricart, and it definitely won’t be my last!

    I had been shopping around for cars for a while now and had the best experience at Ricart. My sales person Kori was really knowledgeable and friendly. He understood my wants and worked with me to get the car I wanted. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I will be sure to buy my future cars from Ricart.

    Called to schedule an oil change and asked if they had March 5 available. The lady said "yes looks open from 8 to 2" so I proceed to give her all my information and once she's done she says "oh there's no availability on that day." I haven't even been on the property and their already lying to me. She could of just told me they weren't available and saved us both 10 minutes. I was going to bring my girlfriend to look at a new Hyundai too, since she likes my new one but it looks like I'll be going to Dennis.

    Easy and fun. No haggling just good prices. Know that there is an amazing ProTec for $1595 that will be added to the price of your car and it’s well worth the money. The warranty is the best warranty on the market but you can upgrade to a better warranty for $1800 or $3000 more. Very competent good folks!

    Wesley and the whole team at Ricart, thank you so much for an excellent car purchasing experience. I purchased a new 2021 Veloster N through them out of state and they made the purchasing experience as easy as possible. We talked on the phone for about 2 hours over three days, came to an agreement easily on a price and I made the 5 hour trek from Michigan to get the vehicle. When I arrived they were very courteous, and I spent no longer than an hour signing finance documents, paying the down payment, etc. They also explained the difference in state laws to me pertaining to vehicle purchasing in Ohio which I greatly appreciated. They also didn't try to play hardball on any upsells with me when I showed up, always a plus for me personally. Wesley even gave me great local recommendations for things to do in the area for my next day in the greater Columbus region. Thanks again for getting me into a killer car!

    I don't think I will be going back to Ricart, or recommend going there. I did feel a pushed during the purchasing process, but most of all its the quality of the car. I bought the car when everything was covered in snow so I wasn't able to see all of the flaws. Such as the car has scratches all over the hood. There are scratches and scrapes all over the windshield. I have no idea how that could have happened. There is a large chip in the plastic of my passenger door and it needs an alignment. I am very aggravated and frustrated with the whole experience!

    I scheduled service 2 weeks ago for 4/4/2022 was told I’d be put on the list for a rental I called over and over this weekend to find out if I would get 1 or not so I wasn’t stranded at the dealer ship. Was told before I took my car there I would have a rental car to take home. I get there and they don’t take the general insurance so I can’t get a rental. So I left there with my check engine light on. Very inconvenient and annoying they don’t answer phones either

    If you ever get the chance to work with Case Chamblin, consider yourself lucky! I’ve always been nervous to enter any type of car dealership… but Case made me feel at ease from the moment we started talking because he is so genuine. He truly listened to my concerns and needs and set realistic expectations from the get go.     We had a great bying experience with Ricart, our sales Rep Robert Parden did an excellent job in showing us the vehicle, explaining all the options and working to get us the best deal possible. The finance team did a great job getting the financing pushed through, and Abby Archer did a great job going over and signing all the paperwork. After all was said and done Robert set up the blue link on my wifes phone and went over the fetures of the car with us, including connecting my wifes car with her phone. Great experience.

    BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! Listen to the bad reviews for service and maintenance. Very disappointing service experience from beginning to end. We made an appointment with confirmation email. When I took the car in, I waited for about 20 minutes before someone came to me just to be told that I didn’t have an appointment, which was annoying. They were able to “fit us in.” We wanted a diagnosis on our car, the diagnostic fee was $150. A couple days later, they tell us that they can’t find out what’s wrong and have to do a further diagnosis which was an additional $600. We agreed to that. After that, they quote us with $800+ worth of repairs. We approve the repairs and they say it will be done by the end of the next week. We wait and wait, no response when asked for updates. Didn’t hear back until the following week. They claim that the repair only “helped” the issue and that there were more repairs needed and they quoted the new repairs at an additional $1700. We decided to just take the car elsewhere. I had to discuss our bill with the representative because there was an extra $100 for parts that was added without our approval, she didn’t know why. And then in the end, they tried to add another $200 on to our bill. We made them fix it all before we paid. They refused to give us any of our diagnostic fee back, even though they failed to repair our car. We took it to another mechanic and they were able to repair the car easily for a lot less money and in much less time without even having to take apart the vehicle. We regret ever taking our car to Ricart to begin. Do not take your vehicle here for non-warranty repairs. Worthless company, horrible standards, not trustworthy and downright rude and unhelpful. We will never return or recommend.

    We bought a 2022 Tucson Limited tonight. The process was very easy from start to finish. The sales manager Lorenzo was very thorough with giving me numbers etc. Andrew was fantastic with doing all the legwork. Courtney was awesome tonight.     I had the absolutely best experience with Wesley! I had been looking for a Hyundai Tucson limited hybrid for weeks! And all the dealers I looked at said they’d give me a call when they had one available and never did accept Wesley at Ricart! I came in that day and he took care of me from start to finish in and out!! 10000000x recommend this dealership! Amazing deals! Great packages!     Very easy to select a car. Purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe. I was 100% remote (100+ miles away). I test drove the same car at my local dealer first only to find out that they were charging $10K OVER MSRP, which I refused to pay. Good for them if they can sell it but completely turned me off. Contacted Ricart after a purchase experience from 20 years ago when lived in C-bus. We had decided in that car soni only needed to find a vehicle. Found one that wasn't even delivered yet and got a deal in place. Then the car came in 1 week early. Great process. Only improvement I can think of is if I could have done more of the paperwork prior to arrival to lessen my time at the dealership since we already had an agreed upon deal in place. Still 2 hrs isn't bad for that full process. Great job Ricart!

Just be advised before going in there they do not take outside financing. Robert was great to work with and was very knowledgeable about the cars he sold.

    Easiest car purchase I've ever had. Kori (with a K) was friendly and knowledgeable. He had everything ready to go and made the process speedy and straightforward. He took the time to show me all the features, as well as giving the pros and cons of each. He also gave real life situations from his experience as well as past customers to show how / why to use each... The whole Ricart team was friendly and professional. The hardest part of the whole transaction, was the waiting two weeks for the vehicle to arrive. Ricart was by far the best dealership I found during my car shopping experience. Other dealers advertised one price but when you showed up jumped the price 3500. Ricart used the same price they advertised on the website. Other deals automatically added to the MSRP because of the covid situation and inventory shortage. Ricart did not take advantage and did not inflate the pricing. Other dealers would not respond to calls and emails. Ricart team always responded quickly even on their days off. Other dealers would not even discuss selling me a car once I had mentioned that I already had financing secured with my credit union. Ricart did not even hesitate and my credit union was not even one that they were familiar with. Other dealers would not even discuss a price only kept asking what payment did I want to pay.     The reason for 3 stars is only because of the service. Ricart is a LARGE sales lot with several different car venues and I felt that Hyundai was kind of an "after thought." Don't get me wrong I love my N-Line. But the fact remains I made "two car payments" on a car that I could not drive based on the information given to me when I brought it in for lights coming on the dash. I was told a part needed ordered. But when picking up the car and reading the invoice all they needed was to change a liquid that controlled the temp.

    Buying a new car can be a very trying experience but this was NOT the case when dealing with Ricart !! My wife and I so enjoyed working with our sales associate Andrew Altfillisch , sales manager John Verdine and finance manager Sterling Monk. The experience was not only pleasant but very informative.     I have never had a more positive experience when trying to find and purchasing a vehicle! I recently had a Jeep that I had great comfort in but I needed to switch, so the process was a little hard for me at first but the staff at Ricart Hyundai helped me greatly! Jason Motter was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, he understood what I was looking for and was very knowledgeable about each vehicle I looked at. It took me a bit of time to finally decide and I appreciated the patience with that. Overall everyone here is very friendly and easy to talk to!     My girlfriend needed a car quickly, I called Lorenzo Gomez at Ricart. I haven't talked to him since I bought my F150 off of him 2 years ago. We talked like it was yesterday and he told me he will set me up with an excellent salesperson. We ended up buying a new Hyundai alantra. She drives alot for work and school.     In a market of insane prices, limited inventory and pushy salesman insisting “you have to buy this now” Ricart is breaking the mold! Refusing to conform to the standard of markups in a world when they easily could, patient, understanding sales staff who really listen and help guide the process rather than push for the sale, and communication that simply can’t be beat! I ordered a Pathfinder and when Nissan’s inventory caused a delay (not Ricart) Jeremy was communicating with me daily! When I decided to look into other options he answered 500 text questions and made the process my own! We drove 2 hours 2 days back to back because I’m indecisive and I felt 0 pressure at all! Jeremy and Jason were both fantastic! I wish other customers in the market were aware dealerships like Ricart are even around - as a female who did the process on my own, as a busy mom with a million questions and as a person surviving this pandemic and the craziness it has brought to the sales market - thank you!! I am obsessed with my new Palisade and am so thankful Nissan had the delay!

    Ricart will do what they can to get you in a car. Including telling you things that aren't true. Then when an issue happens with you're vehicle, which you were told would be covered under warranty but wasn't because of some bogus loophole, they'll have an extraordinary price tag behind the repair. I will not be recommending anyone to get their car at Ricart.

    I went back to Ricart because I had such a great experience with my last lease. I didn’t think it was possible to improve upon that but this was THE BEST experience I have EVER had and I’ve been leasing vehicles for a very long time. Not only was everyone involved from the Ricart staff professional and courteous they were genuinely nice people that I really felt did more than their best for me. The service was outstanding: Nathan Keasey and Courtney Scholl were knowledgeable, they listened to me and gave me excellent support. The Finance manager (I’m sorry I forget his name) was wonderful to work with. In addition to working so hard for me they respected my time and got me in and out as expeditiously as possible.     I brought my car in due to my engine seizing. I was initially stressed seeing as I just got the car less than 3 months prior, but I was well taken care of, better than I expected. My engine was replaced, I was put into a loaner vehicle less than a week after my vehicle drop off and I got my car back 2 weeks later, with no cost to me!     The fear, for me, purchasing a car (New or Used) from a Mega-Dealer is that i would get a lot of razzle-dazzle until there would be a service problem and then all bets would be off! Ricart Hyundai is everything you would want from a Dealer, and so much more than that, from the Ricart Family of professionals on the sales floor and in the service department that really seem to care about you and their ability to keep your car running safely for years to come. They have proven that to me by the way they handled even the minor issues with my car. I love my Hyundai, and I love the Ricart Family way of doing business.

I make appointment for service online and when i get there, they say i don't see your appointment. I called about other service and they say someone will call you but never did. So i called again about it, they said i will be called back ASAP. Never got a call. I left the voice message for the adviser and never got a call from her either. HOPELESS.
