From the moment I hit the lot my wife and I were greeted, treated with kindness, and helped. We weren’t rushed into making a decision. We were supposed to make an appointment and were unaware and they helped us find a car that was in our budget, quality with a lot of life left my wife loves her new Dodge Journey and I can rest soundly knowing she is in a safe vehicle that is covered for three years. George is who helped us and he was above and beyond helpful, the manager explained in detail the answer to any question i had and worked with me with what banks id prefer the loan to go through, and the finance guy went out of his way to help me understand my credit and my apr rate. amazing people 10/10

Overall, I really enjoyed coming up and dealing with my salesman Joe. He got us the deal we wanted but the only really downfall to everything was us going in the back to sign the paperwork with Andrew. He was very inpersonable, didn’t go over paperwork at all really he just kept asking us to sign and didn’t tell us really what we was signing until I had to ask. He was basically just trying to push other add ons and I get that but when we say no the first time don’t keep going at it and when we just straight up say no. I just invested a lot on a new vehicle and the least he could of done was explain more and show some enthusiasm.

The amount of dishonesty amongst the staff of this business is shocking. While I was approved for my loan, the rate they quoted changed dramatically. No one ever told me at the dealership about this change. Also the bank I had my previous loan with on my trade in vehicle where I never missed a payment and was never late on a payment was NEVER considered for my new financing. My previous car was from Ricart, so I know they do business with them. Then they lowered my trade in value from what the salesperson quoted. The salesman disappeared during all of these issues. I will never do business with Ricart again and I would suggest that you do the same. Stay far away unless you want to be screwed over.

We had great service from the entire staff at the Ricart Used Car Factory. They made the buying experience seamless and comfortable. They really worked with us to get us the type of vehicle we wanted at the payments we wanted!

Mark was very helpful and professional. He got us exactly what we were looking for. Nathan took good care of us signing all the paperwork. The longest part was test driving. Mark and Nathan did their best to have us in and out. This was by far the best experience I've had buying a car. Thank you!

I'd been looking for a new car for a while. Catrice at the dealership worked with me through pre approval and getting me a good deal for my trade in. They worked hard to get me an affordable monthly payment and the best interest rate as I'm rebuilding my credit after a divorce. All the while I had my 2 youngest kids with me and by the end they were over it. Everyone their was understanding and great about them. They've earned a customer for life.

I got a very good deal at Ricart... the sales people were nice....But... 1. I was never offered the lock code to my vehicle. 2017 MKC LINCOLN...Not knowing that they could possibly access it... I had to pay a Lincoln dealership 50.00 3. No one "introduced" me to the car. No one showed me the functions.. I'm using common sense to discover it... 2. I had a concern regarding my registration...I called three times and left VM and person to person message...no return call. I had to make a trip to the dealership. Mind you When they were trying to sale the vehicle they were consistent 8n calling me .....called a few times... Makes you wonder.
