I have been very happy with the service I receive from First Service Federal Credit Union in Hilliard, OH. Their website for online transactions is super easy to navigate and their online chat team is very helpful in finding the information that I need. Especially helpful online was Michale who recently helped me track the transaction information I needed to proceed help with filing my tax returns. I highly recommend trusting First Service with your financial needs.

I have been a decades-long account holder with First Service FCU. Top notch customer service was always provided with In-person visits. This is a solid reliable Credit Union that has always served my family well even when our family deployed. We maintained our accounts and I even have my Social Security going here although I have other accounts. I always receive fast accurate service and up-to-date information like provided quickly by Kimberly.

When I called First Service about needing some past credit card transaction forms, in a special format, the card services employees did a wonderful job of supplying the files promptly and kindly! Thanks for always taking such great care of us with our personal and business banking needs!

We have been members at First Service Federal Credit Union for over 30 years. They are extremely helpful every time we need to contact them. But this time, Michale went above and beyond what I was expecting! I initially contacted her for an address change, that turned into researching why Amazon was denying a charge (12 times), to also fixing a family members account. She was very professional and her response time was amazing. It is EXCELLENT service like this that keeps us coming back! We always refer friends and family to them!

Quick response from Michale and she went above and beyond by giving me the option of downloading the 1099 form rather than waiting for it in the mail. Kudos Michale!!

Nicole worked tireless for me to get everything needed to get my car loan completed before my scheduled appointment to pick up my vehicle. Late in the day my wife was having trouble finishing he electronic documentation and Vicki remained present after hours to ensure we were taken care of. Both of these ladies went above and beyond to take care of me and I’m grateful for their efforts. They truly care about their members.
