My rep was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions in a timely manner and guided me on a better path to getting rid of all my huge debts which was going nowhere. I'm very grateful to him and so glad that I can now finally start eliminating my debts while saving money at the same time! I have been struggling with a lot of debt lately helping out family members trying to survive through this whole pandemic. I called to get a loan to consolidate my bills and have a smaller monthly payment. My financial consultant was Crystal She was unable to get me a loan but offered this alternative payoff option. She has been very helpful in my enrollment process. She helped me through the entire process and explained any questions that I had. Once enrolled she even followed up to make sure that the enrollment was complete and if I had any questions. Ms. Crystal made sure that I had all the contact information if a question of issue came up. I would like to say that she was extremely understanding and empathetic to my situation. She was a great help in the resolution to my hardship. I feel extremely lucky in having her as my financial consultant.

Wow!!!! Greg was absolutely amazing!!!!! He was there to answer all my questions and clear up any confusion. He was so friendly and treated me with so much respect. He seemed to understand my hardships and was so willing to find me a solution. Honestly if Greg would not have helped me out I would not have signed up for this program. Tyler represents his company with excellence in product knowledge, professionalism and customer service. He presented the various options for the debt consolidation. Was very patient walking me through every step of the process. Even went out of his way helped me navigate my cell phone( not many people with years of experience are willing to go down the basics to help customers better comprehend the system). I was amazed by the service, the attention given to my situation, Ryan was very professional even when I did not understand he was able to explain in detail. He took the time which I was very thankful for, it is not easy to state your business when you are not face to face. Josh is someone for whom I am grateful. I tried to take advantage of a loan offer his company sent me, but when I was denied, he gave me extensive feedback as to why: it turns out that I was bad at money management since I couldn't see that I had too much debt compared to how much I was currently earning. He then told me that his company had another offer for debt resolution, gave me all of the information I needed (such as doing the work of how much I was repaying each month since I believed that I was too busy as a middle school classroom teacher/tutor/coach/ambassador, and graduate student to do it myself), and fought for me to get the best plan that had the lowest monthly payback rate. Josh also told me what to say to my creditors/lenders, how to say it, and how to deal with them. He answered all of my questions and put me at ease since I was anxious and overwhelmed. I have been in a rut lately with professional and personal issues, and as an industrious witch myself, I have been working & doing magick for a financial miracle (or at least some relief). Whatever power out there has been sending me signals and signs for help, and I see that Josh is one of them. I may be down right now, but I have faith that I will be back on top again since I have made it through every single day that I felt "was the absolute worst of my life".
