Could not be happier with the choice of settlement company for our first home purchase! Monica and Bryce were extremely courteous, patient and helpful throughout the whole process. The closing day was the easiest part thanks to Bryce's expertise and sense of humor. Republic Title is upfront with their cost of service, no unexpected fees at the end which was a relief as well. Definitely will recommend them to friends and family!

Wow! I cannot say enough good things about Steve Dunningan at Republic Title. I would not own my home today if it were not for Steve and April Dunnigan and all of their help. The house I had a contract to buy was being sold by a bank---turns out that bank really did not have the right to be selling that house, and Steve called me on a Friday afternoon and told me the news. I was devastated and although I broke down in tears on the phone, Steve provided me detailed information about what he had found and he was patient in explaining everything he could to me. Turned out that the house was actually going to be sold at auction the following Wednesday. With Steve's help and the mortgage banker he referred me to, I learned everything I could about buying a house at auction, and actually was able to do it. I ran in to several issues during a very short time period (only 2 1/2 business days), and every time I felt like I had hit a roadblock, I called Steve, and he was able to tell me what to find out or give me a direction to go that ended up working out for me. When I went to closing, I had tears again, but this time because I am so happy and grateful. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I never would have been able to buy my house without your help. I will recommend Republic Title to everyone I know who is buying a home --I love my home and plan to stay here for a long, long, time. Thanks to Steve, April, Monika, Hailey, and everyone at Republic Title!
