I was promoted a high interest rate in a saving account even though I primarily use Robinhood at 1.25% but since it was a bank I thought it would’ve been good to still use. However, unlike Robinhood if you’re under $1,000 they charge you $9 per month and after 3 consecutive months they close your account. Would’ve been nice to have known the minimum beforehand before only making $7 in interest in a year, but I’d end up getting charged $29 for being under $1000 for only 3 months without any type of fee waived if I transferred money immediately from my checking. 3 stars for good interest rate, but wouldn’t help by waiving the fee this one time.
