Greg was great from start to finish - I’d looked at a dozen houses and put in three offers before I found the house I just closed on. Greg was friendly, polite, responsive to calls, texts, and emails(and let’s be honest, that’s huge), and always took the time to answer my questions, complete the required paperwork, etc. I particularly appreciated his online help - several emails I received during my contract period had actual videos explaining where we were in the process and how to go about the next step, or his team would reach out with reminders or updates. It really helped me a lot more comfortable that I was understanding what was going on. And best of all - I got the house! Greg’s communication helped me make sure I had everything ready to close when it was time, and honestly, really went the extra mile to do so.
