I had a bank problem today 6/15/22 and a beautiful young lady named Sandra at the Mayfair Republic Bank on 7200 Frankford Ave. was amazing. Sandra worked on my banking problem until she solve the banking problem I had. Amazing and awesome customer Sandra gave me. I am Happy Customer!! Thank you Sandra for all your help. I appreciate you. Thank you Republic Bank for hiring such a AWESOME employer. God bless you all.

Best customer service, ever. Friendly, accommodating staff, always ready to answer any questions and solve any banking problems.

They have great hours. No charge for checking, coin counting, or for using atms. They don't charge for coin counting even if you don't have an account with them, which is rare these days.

I been waiting on my new bank card for over a month, the first Time the app canceled and said the card was being sent the second time I had called this location and they told me my card would be in I called both times for the manager and ironically she’s never in.

The best workers they really do their best to solve all your banking problems plus they care about you personally , you are not just a checking account number to them

Supervisor Yolanda at Cottman Avenue Don’t know her job we had a dispute through Cash App that she said we would get our money back it would take a while fine first of all they lost our form three times we had to fill it out so that was like 20 days and then when we called back she says our supervisor said there’s nothing I can do for you so why tell us that we’re getting back and just takes time you’re the supervisor why didn’t you tell us from the start we had to go to CashappAnd then she won’t even get on the phone with her she kept Elaine message to other people she will not get on the phone and talk to us so obviously we’re not important to them so me and my wife’s going today I’m closing out all five of our accounts because of her not knowing her job and not even getting on the phone and talk to us so unprofessional

I was there on Monday to open a checking account. The customer service was top notch. Natalie was very helpful and was a dream to sit with. 10x100.

Was with the bank for a while and they decided to bounce my rent check and charge me, all for 100$. They know me and know I would have run down and covered it. I was in the hospital. This bank does not understand the needs of ordinary people. Not recommended. Bad practices.
