TD Bank Frankford Ave, Philadelphia

TD Bank as whole has gone down the drain. This is the closest one to my house and I can not tell you how many times I've been forced to drive miles away for simple things. Like withdrawing and depositing money. ATMs are always full so you can't deposit money or the ATM just doesn't work at all. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the tellers at this bank are amazing. Fix your ATMs. What's the point of having them and promoting you can use them when the banks are closed when they don't do anything you need them to do? Always lovely when I go to put money in my account to pay bills when I get out of work at 2/3 a.m. and it doesn't work so I have to go there during banking hours anyway.

I opened several accounts with cross-border banking settings over a couple of years here and always had extreamly positive banking experience with the branch staff. They are professionals. Moreover, they are opened on Sat and Sun.

I had to setup a new checking account in TD America and link it with my TD Canada profile for cross-border transactions. This was not something that was done often, and based on few negative reviews about TD America I did not have very high expectations. However, my experience was extreamly positive. The request was processed quickly and professionally. I would definetly recommend this TD branch, especially Stefan, who helped me that day.

Highway robbery. My daughter goes in to cash two checks that were given as a gift and TD bank says there is a 7 dollar fee for each check because she doesn't have an account there, even though it's coming from two people with accounts. I asked for literature of this 7 dollar rule and of course the woman said there is none. So basically they can charge you any fee and tell you that there is nothing written about it. So glad I don't bank there.

Great customer service! Tellers are always polite and well mannered! I am always greeted with a smile. Will never change banks.

Actually stole some of my money, because of a mistake they made and refused to rectify the situation immediately. Better off hiding your money under your mattress when it come to TD.

Called CS to request a card and apparently they do not mail them, only a branch and waited for month and still nothing. Opened an account over a month ago and still have not received my debit card. There is always a problem login into the app of the bank. Lastly, I asked to closed my account and I was told cannot close it over the phone, I needed to go to a Brach. Therefore, apparently, corporate cannot close an account and cut a check out to the customer for a closed account, it is a branch’s responsibility. The motto of TD Bank does not go well with the bank as all I have experienced has been an inconvenience. This bank really sucks.

We drove here to ask some questions about a transaction that would be needed in next few weeks..LESLIE M at this location ...was BEYOND helpful...I never thought we could handle this over the phone in just a matter of minutes. THANK You Leslie for making this difficult situation much better.

Teller rude. Cashed a check that was drawn on my father's account. Small amount. Was charged $7 service fee. I will never deal with them again. Fom now on I'll just deposit checks in my account.
