I came in for a new debit card because mine was stolen/misplaced and the first thing I was told was my ID was fake because I didn’t match what they had in there system. Even after giving my ss#. state ID ( in which the bank was in the same state ) and my face was shown to match! This was discriminatory behavior toward a customer, a minority one at that. I can’t help but feel if my skin had been lighter this would not have happened.

This location has the slowest and most unorganized set of employees in the USA! During the Pandemic (July 1st) this location only had 2 out of 3 drive-ins working...i was in one lane for an hour and a half with only 3 cars in front of me! WTH?!! This is not the only TD location that's slow and unorganized...it does top the list of bsnks that has antiquated equipment.

Worst TD Bank ever!!! Don't matter if you walk in or used the drive-thru you're bound to wait one hour+ to get seen. The only reason I gave two stars is because I haven't had any problems with the ATM 🙄

This is the slowest bank I’ve ever been to in my entire life I’m standing in line as I write this every time I come here the atm is always broken inside the bank and outside, the drive thru system does not work ever either they gotta step it up at this bank the bank tellers are all walking around like clueless zombies, Do better Td.

I actually had to pull out of the drive thru lane to go to the other branch on Cottman Avenue. Waited 45 minutes in line at the first location at Busrleton and the Boulevard. These people really earned that 1.9 star rating! Horrible service and told everyone that the first lane was non operational. They may as well just shut down this entire branch!

Very bad experience I did my process through the phone and when I went there they asked me why she should xiana (giving problems with my identification)said if she want she will give me card since I did everything on the phone... the she changes with her other worker tokerra conveyrs where she as me my for my information again .. from my phone this time but in that time xiana have another client where she did a withdrawal with her phone only without no id. Then in the background we have Tina speaking very loud to a client who have a issue with his card and the security worries about my mask .and this three lady kind of disrespectful.. that without counting the Tina very sarcastic way ask me if any help because she was loud speaking the business or problems of this men . Very bad customer service obviously they don't like there job, and I can do withdrawals with my phone Problably someone else can go with my phone and do a withdrawal as well right

Got here at 1:30pm Abd sat till 2pm when they close and tge told me i had to come in tomorrow or call Worst bank ever honestly

It seems the rules don’t apply at this location.. so much for the convenience bank. The web says they are open until 6 on Thursday I get there at 3 and the drive thru is closed?? on another occasion I’ve had 1 car in front and waited a half hour!! Another time waited 45 mnts and only 2 cars in front… I just don’t get it ! Poor dismal service… just gets worse… I’ve been to Frankford , Grant and Red Lion locations and it’s always in and out and very speedy, kind and professional….something is very wrong at Boulevard and Bustleton location! It wouldn’t let me do no stars so I had to enter 1…

This has to be the most inconvenient td bank ever. Customer satisfaction is definitely not a priority to who ever the branch manager is at this location. I’m a long time customer and unfortunately I have to frequent this facility because it close to work, and on every single visit employees are trying very hard to pass the buck onto someone else. And now with COVID even after most business have reopened there doors this TD decided to keep there doors closed and force every one to use the drive through. Funny how they posted a number that no one ever answers for an appointment to use the lobby!?

This location is really slow and unorganized. I had to wait for a new debit card and i couldnt stand long so went to sit in the chairs in the bank i was told i couldnt sit in the chairs because of covid but i could sit on a window ceil ledge with a sign poking me in my back unbelievable.
