Great bank,but no drive thru!an the p.lot is a small one way lot, Which is packed &also a packed line to get inside....

Do not bank with these PFFCU. Do not open a credit card with PFFCU. Do not open a debit card with PFFCU. Do not get a loan through PFFCU. They will NOT fight for your rights when you need a chargeback issued. They let Visa & Ticketmaster steal almost $800 without delivering tickets to a concert that was postponed for over a year and a half. They try to pawn you off on some worthless "WorldPay" company that doesn't do anything for you, has you on hold for hours, and has you running back and forth between branches. My family has done business with them for over 20+ years, and they do not care. They are not a "friendly credit union". They will sell you down the street to major corporations at the drop of a hat. Their tactics are disgusting. They told me that when I "signed up for my debit card 10 years ago, I signed an agreement" which is completely false. Stay away from this so called "friendly credit union".

Went to PFFCU located at 7145 Frankford Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19135, on 05/19/20. I was greeted at the door as I went to sign in by this tall, slender, w/ gentalman, I think his name was James, what a helpful, pleasent human being he was. Hadn't seen that type of hospitaliy in a long time. Thank you James you gave me hope when I needed it the most. May you be blessed a million times. Sincerely. Noemi. 👍💥😊

Removed Mom's SS $$ immediately when she passed on the 19th and backdated it to the 7th (before she passed away) causing numerous transactions and checks to have insufficient funds. NO reason to take this upon themselves. SS checks deposited on the month of death are payable, anything after isn't. I spoke to a supervisor who said that they'd honor the checks, only to find out that the payees checks were withdrawn and not good. If you're a senior citizen, anything the SS check deposted will be removed by THEM. NOT right!

This place is horrible I deposited 4 money orders that I got on Tuesday and 3 of them cleared and the 4th one hasn't and they are all usps money orders I'm tired of this bank always having issues with them really thinking about going to another bank

Professional,friendly Bank. Reminds me of my small town Bank growing up. No it was in Shenandoah,Pa wiseguy- not Mayberry....lol

The credit union is kept up well....very clean. The staff is mostly friendly. Usually you can get in and out fairly quickly.

The tellers are always friendly and the lines are never too long. The ATM works, probably, 95% of the time but it is that other 5% of the time when it's needed the most. They habe a private parking lot which is always great because the street parking has meters that require payment since the PPA is always around.

Always short on staff. The space shuttle functions properly more often these day.

Great service and wonderful staff. Very organized and efficient.
