Renasant Bank Lebanon Pike, Hermitage

I went to the Hermitage branch today to open an account. I had never been to the branch before. I walked in and was greated by a teller and felt welcomed. I informed I wanted to open an account and he got me set up with Elaine M. Elaine was very professional and personable when opening my account. She explained the features I was signing up for and also helped me get set up with online access. I would have been a little lost if she hadn't of told me all the questions. She is an assest to this branch! I use another bank nearby and have walked in to only 2 people working and having to wait to ask questio s on accounts. There were numerous staff present, the lobby was clean and easy to social distance and masks and gloves were available as well as clean pens. I can see this bank becoming my primary!

this Hermitage branch is the worst. the Hendersonville branch is top notch! I didnt want to go to the Hermitage branch but was right there so i made the mistake of going. NEVER AGAIN!!! If all the other branches werent awesome, I would quit this bank in a heartbeat because of the Hermitage branch

Disgusting customer service, outdated internet banking, NO emergency line this place is a joke. Dont bother with this one

I've always enjoyed my visits to this bank, the tellers are always very nice, as well as the others who work the drive thru when I use it. When I walk in I am always greeted in a friendly manner even if it is obvious I am there to go specifically to the counter and simply make a deposit. Other than wishing this branch was closer to my work (ha), I have no complaints because this branch has always exemplified top service each time I go.

This bank is a joke. I sat in the drive thru close to 10 minutes without any acknowledgement so finally I push the call button, about a minute later I see the lady who is assisting someone inside signal "just a minute" then I see her talking to another employee to help. A very inconvenienced teller walks up, doesn't say anything so I say "I pushed the button because I wasn't sure you knew anyone was here" because now there are 2 other people behind me-also too I wanted to alert them of any malfunctions. So she proceeded to say ummm I did not know, she (the lady in the front) told me you were here. What kind of response is that!!! Then she walks away to make my deposit mumbling something but I could not hear her. If I was there for my own account, I would be changing immediately. I go for work so I have no choice. The other times I go aren't as bad but let's just say their customer service is seriously LACKING!

Great service. Easy in and out and always helpful. Plus interest on checking... no brainer...
