Regions Bank Corsair Dr, Daytona Beach

We love Regions Bank!! The ISB branch is our go-to location. The staff is great especially Tammy Tew our favorite Sr. Consultant! Her customer service is second to none and she gets you in and out quickly which we appreciate because time is our money. She makes you feel like you're in a small town bank of yesteryear, always remembering who you are with a little quick witted chit chat to make you smile or laugh ☺.

Got there at 1 minute after 5 and the atm had no money. I then went to the front and nobody even acknowledged me for 3 minutes. When she told me to go through the drive through the gentleman told me they were closed. If it wasn’t an arm and a leg for withdrawals from an Non-Regions I wouldn’t care to much. But really two minutes and you won’t help the customer. That is very un-sat!

The staff at regions is amazing. I have been banking here for several years. They has always provided me with prompt, friendly customer service. They are knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you understand the services offered.

Went in with a fee on my account which was totally my fault but when I sat with a really pretty lady named Kathleen she helped and reversed it for me and helped me find ways to make sure it doesn't happen again

My favorite branch now that Tammy is there. She has helped us with many things. They are very lucky to have her & She always goes out of her way to exceed expectations.

TERRIBLE!!! Whatever you do, DONT GO TO THIS BRANCH!! Out of all the hundreds of Banks I've been to I've never been treated so bad before in my life... Ladies here are so NASTY, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL. I work outside for a living so my appearance isn't always the greatest working in dirt all day so because they judged me looks of me wouldn't cash my check when the funds were available & THEY EVEN CALLED THE PERSON & VERIFIED THE CHECK but said they didn't feel comfortable based off of there judgement of the person cashing it.. OMGOSH THAT'S AWEFUL WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE.. Even AFTER I ACCEPTED THE RIDICULOUS FEE OF 20$ to CASH THE CHECK they just starred @ me with this discussed look on there face as they were looking me up like I did something wrong or committing a crime... NEVER AGAIN.. it was THE RED Haired LADY "Manager".. IF YOUR A BUSINESS OWNER DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION BECASUE SHE WILL TREAT UR EMPLOYEES LIKE TRASH if they look better then her.. OVER WEIGHT BULLY..
