VyStar Credit Union W International Speedway Blvd, Daytona Beach

VyStar has let customers down by shutting down online and mobile banking for almost five days. The updates on the webpage sound full of excuses and provide no timelines in which the issues will be fixed. Completely unacceptable. Getting a hold of a live representative to make a transaction took 90 minutes. I’m very disappointed and considering switching my business to a bank that has their act together. Next time, don’t fix something that isn’t broken and if you are going to launch a new app, at least Beta test it first.

At Daytona branch I opened a bank account for the first time since my husband died. A lady named Jennifer Vargas helps me, made me feel comfortable, was humble and I will never forget her Ty Jennifer

They disabled their website to replace it with a new one when the old one worked just fine, and we've had NO WEB OR MOBILE SERVICE now for 2 months WITH NO WARNING! I may lose my home purchase because I can't even get my bank statements, let alone bills paid or money management! DO NOT TRUST VYSTAR!

Terrible service, as in even the manger / trainer doesn’t know what’s going on. They want to charge late fees when it’s IMPOSSIBLE to pay. It an absolute joke. I have 2 credit cards and a business account, I will be closing them all. If you need to make a payment, try a different location.

Andrew at the International Speedway branch in Daytona Beach Went above and beyond in assisting me with obtaining a secured credit card so I could rent a car!! Thank you Andrew!! Thank you VyStar!!

Midnight tonight will be 3 weeks without access to online banking. I cannot pay my bills, I cannot transfer money, I can not use my money. My vystar credit bill is due and I can't pay it, due to not being able to transfer funds between accounts. I'm sure they will still penalize me however. The app will crash as soon as you open it and using the website will put you in a que of 20,000+. I've been out of state for the last 2 weeks and I'm not sure what I'm going to do here shortly. Vystar has officially become a massive source of stress and worry everyday. I'm planning my way down to Florida to try and close my account and take the money I have out.

Jennifer Vargas signed us up as new members and made us comfortable and the transaction was pleasant. The Daytona Team as a whole were engaging and give the place a good vibe.

Ok everyone so I just signed up with Vystar and opened a checking and saving account. I am very impressed with how efficient everyone one was in there I had the pleasure of haven’t Gavin Arroyo help me he was quick, very polite, provided every detail I could need to give me the best service I thank you a lot you guys for your help!

Gavin is amazing !!!!!!!! Sweet and down to earth ! Quick fast you can tell when someone’s knows their stuff and also loves their job ! Give that man a RAISE !
