Do NOT join this bank! Seriously, I've had nothing but headaches since I joined them. I will be leaving as soon as I can close my credit line with them. They don't allow pending transactions to post on your account until a day or two later and then want to charge a number of overdraft fees because they place the transactions right before the day of your deposits. They do not want to save you money, just take what they can. I'm a single mother of two so I can not afford to be with a bank like this. Unfortunately I am stuck with them for now, but leaving as soon as possible! Just don't waist your time or money here. :(

I opened an account with Felicia Jones, she was awesome! I had an account years ago in Ohio, Felicia was able to provide me with account information within 48 hours and she promptly followed up with an email. This was an awesome bank then and now.

If I could give less than 1 star I would, the lady at the drive thru was extremely rub and spoke very limited and poor English. Why would you put this person on the drive thru when her communication skills are extremely poor. I will be following up on this to get answers

I just wanted to highlight the beyond exceptional customer service provided by the beautiful Pauline and her associate. I dont even hold an account with them and they still went out of their way to help me even though they were closing. My overall rating is 5 stars plus. Thankyou ladies, you know who you are😘.

Staff is not consistent. Wasted an entire lunch break just trying to pay my car off. Was told at first it is okay if a cashier check is a little over. Then told no we cant do that. Had me running between two banks for an hour and a half. Wasted my time. Couldn't pay my car off. Teller staff is slow. Will not use again once my car is paid for.

Terrible tellers and a security risk. Manager had left me message stating funds were available. Upon visit to acquire, Teller told me I had 0 balances and gave me one receipt for two accounts in question. So after I had to wait and have manager review - manager stated Daylene the teller had given me a receipt for some random account! And actually, Both accounts HAD funds which I withdrew and used to open an account elsewhere. I was already very concerned about security as I waited to see manager, as during prior visit the other Teller offered me no receipt for a deposit! Even in this day, this is horrible service and giving receipt with information on another's account is definitely a security risk for anyone foolish enough to bank at the fifth third on ISB in Daytona. Sorry if 0 balance receipt pic is for your account, it's my proof that they gave me information about out random account as that receipt is not my account number, To summarize Fifth Third Bank on ISB in Daytona has the worst service and is not a secure business to bank with.
