TD Bank W International Speedway Blvd, Daytona Beach

Poor customer service. Entered the bank and was basically ignored. One teller was busy on cell phone and didn't greet me or ask if I needed help. Other tellers didn't greet me at all. I sat in the lobby for 10 minutes before I was asked if I needed assistance. All bank employees were busy doing other besides helping customers. Security guard kept circling around the area I was in. He didn't circle around white customers. This is the most unprofessional TD bank in the Volusia County and Central Florida area.

This location is literally the worst BANK I’ve ever been to, not just the worst TD Bank but worse than any other bank that exists in this stratosphere. If this location on International Speedway was my first and only experience with TD Bank, I’d close my account and never do business with TD again. But thankfully I have more experience with TD than just this one particular branch, so I know it’s just these particular ppl who are not good at what they do. If you have time, I’d suggest heading over to the one on Granada. Only come to this location if you’re desperate, I really wish I could give them NO STARS!!

AMAZING branch, staff are out of this world in every aspect, delivering the best costumer service imaginable. Sadly the bank is the LEAST convenient in every single way other than opening an account. Worst mobile app I’ve ever used. Everything from user interface to security login to layout and ability to even click on a transaction and view details, is lacking in every way. Customer service outside of this specific branch, is the worst I’ve ever received, down to being cursed at and hung up on. They will interrupt you at every chance they get, and just SOUND like they hate there lives. Banking policies are absolutely laughable. They have charges that are unique to ONLY this bank, that allow them to deduct from your account MULTIPLE times for a given situation. After one week of use, I can say without a doubt this is the worst bank, with the least amount of industry specific convenience that they boast so highly of.

I moved from Port Orange Florida to Daytona beach Florida. I have always enjoyed my TDBank in Port Orange. Being here at the TD Bank in Daytona is completely different. Every time I walked into TD Bank in P.O someone was always waiting to help. Here in the Daytona beach one, there's always one person on the floor working. I'm here now and still no one available. Why only one worker?? Who knows how long I'm going to wait? There's no need to have myself and others waiting this long.

I will say they’re better than the Holly Hill location. The customer service is better here. The tellers and bankers at the holly hill location will try to drive customers away from their store so they go to the one in Daytona instead. Don’t let them. Just make them work.

Customer service is not quite what it should be. I had been mowing grass and used the drive thru but had to go in anyway. I was not greeted with a smile, that's for sure

This bank is the hardest to get in contact with over the phone. Today make day three that I have been in the phone for over an hour trying to resolve a matter. I opened this account when I was living in Florida. There no TD banks in North Carolina. The closest one & only one is an hour away South Carolina. I drove there at the representative was rude brushed me off & did nothing to even try to assist me. Very frustrated disappointed in them right now

Took 45 minutes to close IRA and put money into my checking account. The rep left us sitting in a chair and kept working with other customers at Windows. It always seems that the personnel cannot perform requested activities. I think they need more seasoned employees. Use the branch on South Nova. They are much better.

I would never flip a penny in the bushes by this bank. Two months i have been waiting on a call back from the IRA rep. I guess some other reputable institution may want my money
