Mariner Finance Daytona

Absolutely Terrible customer relations department!!! I was told that even though we left a vm and never heard back and no one ever answers that - and I quote " if you don't want to go in person or wait then you are free to go somewhere else and apply" Not only am I appalled since this is the Customer relations dept but if we don't get a call and have no idea if a turn around time, do we just wait till kingdom come??

Excellent staff. However, the rates are high and no bathrooms, otherwise great to do business with, the ladies reworked my loan so I could keep up with the payments.

I had a very unprofessional experience. They kept calling while I was at work and every time I called back I got sent to voicemail, always leaving a message. Almost a week later when I was able to answer I was on the phone for 15-20 minutes and told to upload my documents and would get a call back the next day. I never got a call back and after calling and leaving a message for another week I gave up.

I am happy to help this company meet its goal. They have been very helpful to me and I enjoy giving them my money. LOL seriously I am very satisfied with my interactions with the young ladies that handle the office. Barbara

Cyndi was a great representative of Mariner Finance. She was more than helpful and very professional knowing all there is to know about financing.

Great customer service from the branch:) Tracy was wonderful to work with as she got the best option for me:) Thank you Tracy! However, I must say calling the toll free corporate office for help was not a good experience.

Working with Cyndi made this process easy, even when I did not have all of my idocuments at the time of my appointment. She rescheduled me the same week with no problem. We really appreciate their patience with us. Thank you greatly.

I have been using this company for about 7-8 years with various amounts of loans (mostly between ($2000-$1000 range). I have had a fast and friendly experience every time. After paying off loans my credit score has risen and they even help me paid off one of my cars and sent the check directly to the proper party... Gina at the Daytona FL branch has been always very helpful over the years, and it seems after I paid off a loan somehow Gina gets me to take out another, because it seems life likes to throw curve balls at me after I paid off a loan. Also they write you a check that day when approved so basically no wait time its a loan when you need it. Thank You for being helpful and professional.

These people are so nice..smiling which we could not see but you could feel in the air..lol We made our appt and got there , opened the door and with in a few mins we were done...except for the giggling...told us what we needed to bring and 15 mins all done..Great People!

The representative was very professional, courteous, helpful and responded very quickly to all questions. She followed-up immediately and my money was deposited the next day.
