The customer service stinks. I have been a customer for more than 12 years. I am totally fed up with your website system. During the calendar year 2019 I have had too many failures with your system. I have had to go to the North Port branch office 6 times in 5 months due to malfunction on your part. I have more things to do than to physically go there to reset my account with a customer service representative. It's just not worth it to have to keep going for the same problems. I will be in there to close my accounts. I believe that I have been more than understanding and patient Regretfully, Dr Charles J Calvert PhD. LCCT.

Worse costumer service ever, almost make me close my account, Wendy the manager make me thousand of question, how make me deposits where, etc and at the end she told me she don’t have enough cash

After being hospitalized for prolonged period of time complications associated with covid-19. Went in to address letters from bank saying I owed 10 dollars on my account. To be told my account was now closed I have to pay the balance before we can do anything else I paid then woman stood over me and in the most condecending, inferior tone imaginable began to scold me saying "you need to be more careful with this account we can't have you opening & closing accounts" at which point I said nevermind she snapped my id at me saying "fine" I've never closed or opened accounts anywhere due to whatever. Staff also fully aware of cognitive impairment and disability. Rudest behavior and I'll never recommend Regions to anyone.customer service is inline with north Port branch employee. No genuine effort made to offer any type of olive branch. Report made to state representatives regarding regions bank treatment of disabled clients banking with them, shameful!

Always a pleasure working with Natalie when deciding what accounts are best for our business as well as personal. She is very knowledgeable, understanding and is truly an asset to Regions Bank. She makes you feel special when you walk thru the door with a friendly hello.

Service is great! Had some hacking my account and Regions went out of their way to help fix it. Their only down fall is their hour's are not customer friendly (close walk in hour's to 4pm).

Been a regions bank lacky for 30 years if i wasnt such a machoist id find a bank that treated me better.

Worst bank around. Cant wait to switch bank!
