As I Walk-in the Staff welcomed me and went to the nearest Rep: Ms. Silvia worked with me on my account. Ms. Silvia was motivated, dedicated, and highly discipline. I would like to give thank to Regional Finance for hiring Ms. Silvia a person of such high caliber.

I’d stay FAR AWAY from this place. Don’t fall into the TRAP like I did. They were basically begging for my business when my credit was good. (Sending several checks of $2000+ in the mail) I typically never miss a payment but HARDSHIPS happens and they don’t understand how to be decent human beings. Lets say you get a loan and get hit with a unforeseen hardship down the line. Well with these folks get prepared for.. Absolutely ZERO compassion Harassing calls DAILY Repeated calls to your WORKPLACE Absolutely gruesome customer service Threatening management Miss a payment by a couple of days and enjoy their unethical business practices. I’d hate to say it, but I doubt anybody has above a high school education (If that) You learn ethics & professionalism in college and unfortunately that’s no where to be found here.

I do not recommend this place! When I took out the loan I asked for a payoff for one day after my due date. I asked twice If it was correct!! When I called to pay off my loan on that day I was then given an amount 138.28 higher. Was given the reason that I was one day past my due date. No duh that’s the date I asked for the payoff when I took the loan!! “Well they quoted you wrong” is what the rep told me!! To pay 138.28 for one day is ridiculous and before quoting someone know what you are inputting to system. I suggest you record conversations with these people.

STAY away! SEVERAL REVIEWS in less than a week . ALL 5 STAR, ALL FAKE. Looks like they have to RESORT to writing GOOD reviews about themselves. This place is awful. BELIEVE the negative reviews. This place is a HIGH interest, HARASSING CALLS type of business. Want REAL reviews? TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS BETTER!

Regional Finance staff was very nice with great customer service. Started our application with April then finished with Thomas. Thomas has a great personality, easy to talk with. Like an old friend but we had only just met him. Great place to go to when you need extra assistance.

This location has been great to me! I have an account at the office on military drive and they treat me horrible. I go to this office because I moved and they are closer. The women are always so nice and helpful. They even waited past 6 for me to get in the office to make my payment. I would recommend this location to anyone needing help.

The girls there are always so polite and helpful. The manager is always willing to help me and my husband when we need it. I have recommended them to family and friends and they go above and beyond to help any way they can.

When I went in to see if I qualified for a loan, I did not expect how amazingly nice these people were, especially April, She helped me in such a professional way and was so nice. Well go back anytime.

April was very helpful and made sure I was taken care of. It was an easy process, she explained everything in a professional manner. I will be a returning customer, no doubt. Thanks April!
