Bad store bad manger Ac is not working And they are not return it Amazon more cheap than this store .. there goal just to sale only they don’t care about customer.. to be honest this is not fare .. be careful when you go because you will hear sweat words .. but after you bought the items you will see the real face 😠

I pawned my laptop last week for 250 and picked it up about a week or 2 later. I went back to borrow again and they said they had to give me 170! Yea right they scam here and don’t go by the price. I had a 700$ laptop newly released i7 and they don’t try and help you at all. Even the managers are like this. I went somewhere else and got what I asked for. Worst pawnshop ever,, rude employees also.

I got told they were still requiring mask in store! Texas State law says they can ONLY Recommend! The girl at the door with the bull piercing took her job a little too serious as for the man claiming to be the owner of the store! Got a hold of corporate let them know my situation they took care of it STOP Requiring MASK you do not have the authority. I guess money paying customers don’t have the right to “enter w/out a mask on” but a dog was inside your store with the owners smh!

Keep your receipts if you buy here, paid over 200 bucks for a "white gold" ring, only to be told by another pawn shop 2 months later that it's not real. I don't know how it got through to the floor but either someone messed up or they're trying to scam people, messed up yo

Action Pawn really helped me all my bills came at me at once and didn't have enough, and they really helped keep the roof over my head I wanna Thank Kevin especially for helping me and understanding what I was going though. And I really appreciate the hole staff there nice and helpful. This is one of the best stores to go to. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Nothing but positive things about this place! My friends and family come here for the large firearm collection, the layaway program, and the customer service. Never have had any problems with any of the employees or management.

Went for the first time today and they have a HUGE selection of stuff. Got amazing deals everywhere. Sales staff were very friendly and will even give you lower cash prices. Walked out with a beautiful Luminox watch for super low price. Will be back for sure!

Slimy managers, never buy a firearm here, they charge more for a used gun than it costs brand new. And when I went in to get a refund they said there was nothing they can do. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service here.

Don’t call they’ll put you on hold for 25 minutes (I drove there in that amount of time) and never come back. I showed up expecting it to be busy but there were 3 employees doing nothing when I got there. For a pawn shop the music is louder than your voice you can’t hear anyone what anyone says.

This location rocks. Excellent experience every time I walk in. They have always taken care of me, and thanks to Cassie in the gun department for great customer service. I was sold a Gold necklace a year ago for $100 bucks. Only to be told by another shop it was fake. I went back and a guy tested it, I was told as well it was fake as well. Nothing can be done because I didn’t have the receipt. Make sure to keep your receipts. According to previous reviews this isn’t the first time it happened. I’d suggest having the item in front of you before buying.

Never purchase anything here everything I’ve ever bought here breaks plus the little white dude here was about to have his a** kicked for being rude don’t shop here

I really wish I could give them a half star. U enter and there’s no signs at the entrance about their loan area so I waited in what I thought was the register to get a quote to be told to go wait in another line where it is clearly posted on the floor and the beginning of the line once u get there. Then u understand not wanting my vintage cameras valued at over a1000. I also have a 3200 dollar Carlson RT-1. I didn’t expect them to know what it was so after a brief description, basically a pad with the abilities of a whole pc and then some I was told it looked like something out of a car, by the manager mind u. I just knew once I told him its value On eBay was 3000 that he’d look it up and instead he said not interested.i was needing a for hundred dollar loan on over 4000 dollars in three items. I wouldve just took some of my jewelery but figured that would’ven been sufficient for four hundred dollars. I thought the purpose of a pawn shop was to loan people money for items of value. I thought that if u were in need that was there position. I don’t pawn things cuz I’m usually ok but COVID effects everyone and this place let me down in my time of need. I still spent17 dollars to at least make it worth while. I walked around for twenty minutes with my camera case in tow just to be told after 20 minutes I couldn’t carry my bag around. I still made my 17 dollar purchase and left still in need of 400 but also like my things r worthless and I could’ve been a possible shop lifter. Thanks alot action pawn. Worst ever

All these associates working and no one acknowledges you, worst customer service ever, people out here wanna work n these people here are lazy standing around talking.

My daughter and I went to the shop to try and get some items pawned to show her how pawn shops work since she had asked before. We arrived and the manager or at least he said he was the manager started acting all belittling towards my daughter and I. Grabbing my jewelry and tossing it towards me like saying he didn’t want this and not interested in custom jewelry etc. I also asked him for the price difference between pawn and selling and he said it was the same. I had a laptop and he was like is not charged, I told him plug it in and he was like no we don’t do that here saying he needed to see the model to give me a price by starting it up. I asked him well is this model could u give me an idea and he’s like no I can’t. I told him he had the worse customer service I seen and he was like oh well I don’t care. So nice job to the owner for hiring these clown.

I'd give no stars if i could, this place had someone in front of me place a 1400 dollar item up and only get 150 and the guy in the blue shirt who looked like a used car salesman kept eyeing his chain until he threw that in too, then my own experience was horrid, they acted like they don't sell ds games without cases all the time and said because i had no cause they'd give me 5 dollars for all six and 20 dollars for my NINTENDO SWITCH, do NOT go here, they will rip you off and attempt to take everything they can from you without giving anything near the value, They are a greedy and horrible shop, you'd have better luck selling your items on the side of the road than coming here.

I went in to buy 4 iPads for my church as hours were stolen. One of the managers approached us and started helping. When I told him we were tax exempt, his attitude changed and he started treating me as if I was a criminal trying to scam the system. I told him I had the forms and even after, he insisted I prove that I was authorized to use the form. He was very rude and had no customer service. I’m glad I did not waste our money at this store.

these people don't know anything about firearms, everyone is right they low ball you drastically, DO NOT COME HERE! they don't care about their customers and always want to rip you off, they need firearm experts, not some random person who has no knowledge of firearms.

I have shopped here for several years now purchasing several guns, accessories, and ammo. The customer service is always superb across the entire shop from floor representatives to managers and the prices are very competitive. Great selection and I would and do strongly recommend this shop to anyone. Keep Up the Great Job People!

The employees at Action have been very helpful with me whenever I go. More specifically, Abby, at the 410 and Marbach location, has been extremely helpful and even found items I’ve been looking for. They are flexible with the layaways and have a good selection. I’ll see shopping with them for a long time.
