Walked in got a hello the guy was on his phone in the jewelry island wanted to see jewelry he walked to another customer that just walked in to make a payment of some sort. I never got help from anyone else so I walked out. Went to a competitor shop and made a purchase of 1000.00

I have been shopping here since they first opened years ago. I consistently receive quality customer service that exceeds my expectations 100% of the time. Darlene greets me by name and she always asks about my family and is genuine in her inquiries. I’d highly recommend visiting the team to have them serve your high quality pre- owned needs

I went in to sell an old camcorder and was greeted as soon as I walked in. After I sold the camcorder I browsed around for a little bit and found a pistol that I liked. I went home did some research and went back a few hours later to purchase the pistol and was greeted again by the same lady who had helped me earlier. Overall both of my experiences were pleasant.

The best customer service in any pawn show by far!! John is a wonderful store director andalways willing to help. John and his crew are very knowledgeable and always have a smile. Everytime I come into the store it is super clean and organized. I will always do my business at this store. Prices are fair and deals great!!

I usually never go into pawn shops, but I was recommended to Money Mart by my best friend as I was lookin' for a certain video game that I had not been able to find online, or anywhere for that matter. As soon as I walked in the door, I was immediately acknowledged by a young man named Josh, who I later found out was the Assistant Manager. Josh & his entire staff were very helpful & knowledgeable, & were able to help me luckily find the exact game I felt I had already unsuccessfully searched the ends of the earth for. The establishment is well-stocked, organized, & the staff all work well together in what seems like a pleasant environment. I will definitely recommend Money Mart to others.

Always come to this location, and everytime I walk in I am always greeted by staff. Customer service is top notch!!! I have bought several items here ranging from guns, to watches, bluetooth speakers, tools, and even a laptop. The quality of items that come in here never disappoint. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Service sucked Employee just kept talking to the lady about her personal life instead of help customers

I have shopped here for years and made some very high quality purchases, as well. I really appreciate a place where there’s employee longevity. I have gotten to know the store director “John” and his staff since day one of operations. I truly enjoy visiting, It's so exciting to pop in to see what’s new. John and his staff provide the small shop experience that you simply won’t find anywhere else. He will always go the extra mile to help when he can. This is a great place. Do make time to visit. You won’t be disappointed.

I had the pleasure to come by this store on Potranco and was extremely happy with the professionalism and treatment I was given by the staff and Manager John Lopez. Mr. Lopez explained to me the pros and cons of purchasing a used lawnmower. He sold me a great mower at a great price. I will make sure this is my store for future purchases.

Where do I start, from walking in the door I was not greeted instead looked at as some kind of thief, no welcome not even hello. As I’m looking around The store is empty and no one Is up in front to ask for help. When the manager comes out (big guy) he dosent even acknowledge me so I didint even feel like spending my money even though I was interested in the item. If you’re looking for customer service you’re better off at McDonald’s.

Friendly staff! They made me feel at ease as this was was my second experience in a pawnshop after a horrible experience in my first visit which was to Cash America on Marbach. I definitely recommend to any one who needs some quick cash or a great deal.
