I always go here when something comes up and I need quick cash. Jamie always helps me out is extremely personable and professional and all in all it's just a nice experience, regardless of the high interest.

Customer service has gone way down. Also, what happened to being able to make payments online? Nope, now it's in store only and pay w cash only. Wth?

The store was a welcomed surprise, quality items and bright employees with smiles under their masks. I have made a living in sales for 30 years I am always looking for the next great leader or Management candidate. As a Sales consultant I write sales processes and recruit. I am hear to tell you, Money Mart has a superstar in the making, Patrick was on point. His training was obvious and his ability to engage customers was special. Considering the average employee only mutters and rarely make eye contact. He represented your company in a fresh and much needed energy or “Vibe” that is contagious. The management has done well here a great culture is starting to really develop. From offering to assist to building rapport with sincerity , it was a rememberable visit. Customer service is the new reality and from my perspective. During my visit I saw core values were honored and sales processes that were beautifully executed all the way through my visit. I even bought the extended warranty because Patrick showed me the immediate benefits and helped me purchase what I wanted and even gracefully got around my attention to repeated pain statements and aggressive stalls . Regardless who you pick there , always courteous and very helpful. Patrick was exceptional and quick! Difference than other Pawnshops, Money mart is taking care their employees very well because they are happy always and you can see that!

Every time I have been there my experience has been great. I've been helped by almost every employee, including the manager and they were all very friendly with very good customer service. My favorite thing about this shop is that they give courtesy calls when tickets are due and they take payments over the phone. That alone gives them 5 stars from me.

Came to money Mart looking for a special item and got the best customer service I’ve gotten in a long time very helpful and went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was satisfied. Recently when after going several years. But this visit was soooo different. New staff . No Welcome to Money Mart I had to say Hello first and didn't get it back. Sooo different vibe didn't feel welcome. MISS Rene and Josh they were cool and very helpful.

Advertised a Rolex. Went in to pay full asking price. They wouldn’t sell it to me. I even spoke to the manager on the phone. Said no, he will not sell it to me. No reason. What kind of customer service is that. Absolutely terrible.

Went to a few pawnshops on my way home looking for a lawnmower and wasn’t even given the time of day at the others. As soon i walked through the door at this location I was greeted by the staff and they really took care of me walked out with a weed eater at an amazing price 10/10! This is the best pawn shop I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Everyone always greets you with a smile and they are always very pleasant. It’s the only pawn shop that I have ever encountered that actually tries to help you keep your items. Most places will not bother reminding you of a due date, they will just let you lose your items and not think a thing about it. I believe that is a very admirable policy for a pawn shop. Rene and Josh are both great managers and the other folks there are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Whether it is Leslie, Brandon S, Brandon O., Liz or Claudia, they are always great to deal with and they do it with a helpful and happy disposition. This pawn shop is the best of the best. I always go in to ghetto ones and this one was far from ghetto. Everything is so nice and set up, the customer service is great and It never fails that they don’t greet you walking in.
