Carmine (our salesman) was very courteous and made the entire purchase transaction simple. He was never pushy, and he always gave us his candid feedback/opinion -- and we appreciated and respected that a lot. I'd say that Carmine went above and beyond because he offered to bring the car to us so that we could test drive it in order to meet our work schedules. On the day of the purchase, he had all of the paper work ready to go, where we completed everything within minutes. So, overall, we had a very pleasant experience, and I would recommend this brand, dealership, and salesman (Carmine) to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

Great experience with Alex. I inquired about a used car I found online, was contacted to make an appt to come in, after confirming the vehicle was still available. After driving it I decided that year did not have a key feature I was looking for so I looked at alternatives. Alex was great reviewing several options taking into account my 'must haves' and price point without high pressure sales. The negotiations on pricing a few options (lease vs. purchase with current incentives) was honestly the least stressful of any car I have purchased or leased in the past. Right from the start online, Cory was communicative & efficient. The same hour that I placed an inquiry on a car, he had reached out via text and even sent a video walk around of the car that I was interested in. Upon our arrival at Bridgewater, he was ready for us with the car of our choice. Cory walked us through everything, including the test drive, car choice, warranty and fees. I wish I can see or speak to Finance people to clarify some loan details. However, I had a very pleasant and smooth experience with Cory and I would definitely recommend him to my friends (I already did) . Car shopping can be draining and frustrating, but I can say that this was not like that at all. I would do it again!

Weather it’s sales ( me and my husband used Cory W.) he's the best always answers all my questions and calls even well after the sale. And service Guido and Phil have been nothing but helpful. They have a sign in there shop that says “if you think anything is more important then the customer, think again.” They mean it too!

The service department is disorganized and not professional. I made an appointment to come in to have a license plate mount installed only to be told when I arrived that they didn't have the part in stock. I guess these things happen but they weren't very respectful about it or even apologetic in the least. Of that they made some sort of comment about the year of my car, as if somehow I was less of a customer because it wasn't a newer model. Not really impressed with this level of customer service at all. I don't think it's appropriate in any way to make the comments that they did Also the transaction was going through carvana which requires the dealership or service manager to call carvana to collect the invoice. the parts department refused to make the call and insisted that I dial instead, even after I reminded them that I was the customer. when it came time for carvana to speak with them the parts manager insisted that I hand them my cell phone which they used to complete the call. I had to sit there and wait for them to finish whatever back and forth over the transaction for literally no reason other than that they had my phone . this should have been taken care of in advance of my visit, and my appointment should have been planned for when the part was in stock. they are not living up to the standard of customer service I would expect of an infiniti dealership

This dealership is by far the best experience I had when purchasing a car. My sales consultant Ben Chen was awesome. He convinced me to come to Ray Catena Infiniti in Bridgewater and I was glad I did. My original plan was to go to fette since it was closer. I personally liked his personality and energy over the phone. I had a 2015 q50 and wanted to see if the twin turbo of the new q50 was worth it. I will say this it definitely worth taking one of these on a spin. The acceration has a lot more kick and smoother transition in the gear. In the car communite you will hear that the original q50 (2014-2015) lost a lot of its driving spirit from the g series but this 2017 twin turbo q50 is a blast! I cant thank Ben enough for convincing me to take the drive to the dealership (I live in Ligingston). I learned that Ben is a car enthusiasts so the paperwork flew by quick and easy from just talking about car mods and different tuner cars. Ben didn't try to push me on to a different car with more options or try to upsell me on warranty. It was a seamless sale. Since Ben does everything from sale to finance you don't get handed off to a random finance manager trying to "leech" on to the sale. Ben walked me around the car after the prep team finished up washing and waxing the car to check for scratches or dents. Afterwards I had a quick run down on how to use the memory seating and navigation (had q50 before so knew almost everything except the new features). Before i left Ben gave me a Infiniti umberlla since it was going to rain later in the day which was very thoughtful. Denfinatly go to Ray Infiniti and talk to Ben! His a great guy and you won't regret it.

Excellent customer service and dealership experience. Not the typical rigorous process to push you off to person after person or consulting “a manager” and deserting you for time on end...I dealt with Carmine. He had such complete and well rounded knowledge and experience. I felt he always had MY best interest in mind. I never felt BSd, or like I was being scammed into something I wasn’t familiar with as far as any extras. The process was quick, smooth and straightforward. It was clear there that customer service rather than inflating a sale was top priority. Other employees at the dealership were all courteous and professional. Definitely the most pleasant car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Carmine ran me the numbers each and every way I requested without hesitation. He was honest about the bottom line and ways I could maximize my transaction. He understood my priorities and was respectful. He brought options to the table I may not have considered. Worked there as a service tech. Very good management for the most part, favorites were played but there's no controlling that. The service personell were very accommodating to me as a newcomer and I felt welcomed upon my arrival. This is a good place to work.

Brian and Mark was awesome . They made my first experience buying a car and great one... Although I had issues with it within a month. But the service guy Andres was very helpful and professional as well as attentive. Those three men get a five star but the guys who actually service the car is another story. I'm still experiencing issues. I feel the tires i got with the car wasn't the problem and was taking from me. My breaks makes noise and my gas peddle is another story. I don't know if it's gas I'm smelling but the first time I smelt it, it made me dizzy..... and my meter screen was cracked after I picked it up. A tiny crack but not a big issue...//// I took the car to another dealer and got the smell fixed and my breaks. Also the tires that was placed on by Ray catena. And I just found out I was forced into signing some tire protection plan....
