I leased my 2022 Frontier from Bridgewater Nissan in January. I couldn’t be happier. I shopped for two months. I was in every dealership on Route 22 from Bridgewater to Watchung. Every single dealership was full of @&$? and wanted between $2000 and $7000 so called Market Adjustment except Bridgewater Nissan. I visited Bridgewater Nissan for the first time in early November at which time I met a young women named Nicole. Nicole is different than other car salespeople. She’s kind , understanding , honest, knowledgeable and a consummate professional. We finally found that there was a Frontier due for delivery in January. With a small deposit I could reserve it which I did. I love the truck. It has great power for a small truck and handles so well. The actual delivery was pretty awesome as well. Eric the gentleman that wrote up the deal was quick, efficient and accurate and a super nice guy too. All in all I think that Bridgewater Nissan, Nicole and Eric treated me great in what is perhaps the worst car market in decades. I’m going to refer them any chance I get.

Bridgewater Nissan is the best place to get your car, period. Mike Bliss was exceptionally helpful in helping me get my 2022 Nissan rogue. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted, brought the car documents to my workplace to sign because I couldn't be at the dealership to sign the documents, picked up the check from my bank and was willing to drop off the car at my workplace as well, amazing!. This is what we call dedication 👏. I was really impressed. He continued to keep in touch even after purchasing the car to see if I had any questions or needed help with my new car. Guys, I am sure all the sales reps at Bridgewater Nissan are just as great, but ask for Mike Bliss and you would be impressed just as I was. I am forever hooked to my car and to this dealership. Our sales woman was great, but the others at the dealership made me very nervous and did not seem trustworthy. Overall, the whole dealership seemed unorganized and moved very slow. I also do not like that they will not run your credit at multiple banks for loans. They seem to just want kickbacks from Nissan by going through their loan program. It was much better going through and finding my own loan at a much better rate.

Recently bought a Nissan Leaf with Bridgewater Nissan and we love the car performances and my family is very happy with this car. Eric Meltzer was the sales executive and he helped us and was very patient addressing all questions we had. I had done a little playing around online looking for cars. We ended up going to another Nissan dealership and they just wouldn't budge on the price so we walked away. Truly my wife wanted an Atlas and I wanted a Telluride, so we were ok, but soured on Nissan. Nicole reached out to me via text to let me know that she had a Boulder Gray Pathfinder Platinum in, but it really wasn't the color we wanted and we were off on price. She then got back to me and let me know that there was a gunmetal Platinum one coming in, since that was the color we wanted, I decided to see what we could do. We literally did the entire deal via text and it was the best experience I've ever had buying car. Nicole was great from start to finish and deserves Kudos for a job well done!

I have been a repeat customer of Bridgewater Nissan for many years, on the sales and service side. I have always appreciated their fairness and transparency in any deal. As a result, I have recommended them to many family and friends who also went on to have positive experiences with this dealership. That is why they were my first call in trying to negotiate a lease buy-out, but my experience was the complete opposite of what I would expect. Of all the dealerships that I had called, they were the only ones that tried adding numerous and unrequired fees, and added to the contractually agreed upon buy-out price. Ultimately I utilized another dealership that didn't try these tactics. What is most unfortunate is that my parents were able to do their own buy-out with them a week later and had none of the experiences I did. Fairness and honesty should not be a roll of the dice.

We bought a Rogue from Bridgewater Nissan to accommodate our growing family. Overall our experience was great! Our sales consultant, Steffan, patiently walked us through the different trim levels since we weren’t sure which would be right for us. We test drove a car and after that started price discussions. When it comes to car dealerships, one of the most important things to me is transparent pricing. It seems like the bait and switch tactic is so commonplace now in the industry so I was glad to see that there was none of that going on. Don’t get me wrong there were a few unexpected fee’s that showed up on the pricing document (~$500 on top of their $450 doc fee) but they were also reasonably flexible when it came to negotiations and in the end we were comfortable with the deal we got. The showroom was comfortable and clean and everyone we spoke to was polite and personable. Overall a great experience and we would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

My wife took her Sentra to Bridgewater Nissan because the driver window stopped functioning and stayed down. Since she was on the road and I could not take a look at the car until later that day, I told her to take it to them since we take the car there for the regular oil changes. The diagnostic showed that we needed a new window regulator and window motor. They quoted the repair for a little less than $900, charging me $150 for the check up, but promising they will deduct that amount if I approve the repair. Later, they let me know that they will tape the window up until I decide if I wanted to do the work with them. Knowing the parts and labor were way less for what they quoted me, (understanding it is a dealership and certified Nissan techs) I decided to order the parts myself and take it to my truck's trusted mechanic. Turns out, they disconnected the motor! The window regulator and motor are OK and there was no need to replace them. Just needed to replace the window master switch (controls in the arm rest on the driver's door) a $23 part that can be replaced in 5 min. It makes me very upset and cannot stop thinking that they take advantage of a woman with a toddler, who stopped in without an appointment, and decided to create a problem that did not exist in order to make some $$$. Extremely disappointed
Noel, I apologize for the confusion on your wife’s visit. Your wife came in stating that the left front window glass had fallen down and would not go back up. Upon diagnosing, the technician found the window regulator was starting to bind, causing the glass to fall off the track. In turn, the binding window regulator causes the motor to become overworked and weak. The motor was operational at the point, however, the motor was weak and would fail in the future. The technician was able to get the window back on track and able to get the window up. The technician left the window switch unplugged as a precaution to make sure the glass would not fall down again. Only the regulator was recommended, and the motor was recommended as a worse-case scenario, which would only have been replaced if found necessary once the repair began. At that time we would give the choice of replacing it in the best interest of the customer to save on labor, and on time on a return trip had the motor eventually failed. The fact that we were dealing with your wife had no bearing on the outcome or the suggestion of work, and coupled with the fact that we spoke with you on the phone throughout the entire process; this would be the standard suggestion for any customer that came in with this problem. I can assure you that is not how we operate, nor is it condoned behavior at our store. If we can be of any more assistance in the future, please let us know.

Our salesperson Thomas Wienmann was the most professional, organized and kind car salesman we have ever met. We wanted a Nissan Leaf and they were few and far between in NJ. We met with 2 other dealerships that were disappointing for different reasons., but when I spoke with Thomas Wienmann, he stood out. The dealership is literally 51 miles from our home and we have no regrets traveling there. Thomas took his time with us, paid attention to our needs and had answers. This dealership allowed me to put a deposit on the car so we could be assured the day of our appointment we had a car. All steps of the selling process went extremely smoothly. The financial person Eric was delightful. The whole transaction took 90 minutes and we left with our new EV : excited and relaxed and grateful for the whole experience. The only reason why I would not have the car serviced there is due to the distance from our home.

Nissan provides great service with relatively quick turn around. They also give a full overview on your vehicle called a full point inspection just to give you insight on what you might need to fix next. Great people and even better complimentary drinks!

Updated AGAIN: Long story short, I want to thank Andrea Surujnauth (customer loyalty manager) for reaching out and rectifying the issue I had. Her concern was very much appreciated. Thanks again Andrea! Update: I noticed that my car was missing the black plastic engine cover from underneath. Apparently, that's how the car was sold to me a year ago. Anyway, I reached out to Daniel, the salesman, and because the car was out of bumper to bumper warranty, he totally blew me off. I mean, at least direct me to where I can find one. I know I would have to pay out of pocket, but heck, at least fake it and offer some assistance. Oh well, at least I already knew it's a business and nothing more. Once the sale is complete, you are dead to them. Gotta lose a star for that one. LOL Drove an hour and a half to Bridgewater Nissan from Philly after talking terms over the phone. Upon arrival, things got a little dicey and it seemed the phone conversations were all for naught. However, I still eventually ended up with the price I wanted. I couldn't be happier with my new Maxima. Many thanks to Brendan and Dan for making this a good experience. They were very professional throughout the entire process. I recommend everyone to go check them out. You won't be disappointed at all!!

Another good experience with Bridgewater Nissan. I'd been taking my rogue there for service for a while, where they give you the honest dope, options of what needs to be done now vs what can be put off for later and always find promo codes to discount the parts/labor. I decided I was ready to upgrade my rogue for a pathfinder and I got good deal on a vehicle I'm very happy with. The CPO sales rep and manager were both honest, direct and did everything they could to get to the price I wanted. They even negotiated on my behalf with the bank to lower the interest rate by 1.5%. I recommend this dealership over other local Nissan dealers. Stay away from the other one just up the road from them on Rt. 22.

Bought my first car here. I go to bridgewwater nissan for maintenance every couple months. But last month I went to change my brake rotors because they were rusty and they charged me around $900 to change for four NEW ones and this is what I get after a month. I only drive the car to commute and parks it in garage during night. The dealer is fine but the service is not recommended.

I had to bring in my 2016 Nissan Rogue for a transmission replacement. It failed completely after 44,000+miles on it! Thank God for the extended warranty I purchased when I bought the vehicle! Only a $50 deductible! My main issue was not getting a loaner vehicle from Bridgewater Nissan for the week that the Rogue was getting repaired. I had to pay over $1000 to rent a car from Enterprise Rental Car in Green Brook! I understand the dealership was backlogged with a great deal of work, 4th of July holiday week and that my issue with the Rogue wasn't a scheduled appointment, but it was just ridiculous that I had to pay out that sum of money for a rental! The money could have been put towards the monthly payments on the vehicle instead.

I had a good experience with my sales person Laura I got my dream car and they couldn’t have been more helpful and I ask them questions about my car all the time and they are always fast to reply and tend to me if you if ur looking to get in a new car you should talk with Laura and the used car manger and general manager have taken very good care of me and I’m sure they would the same for others. I can say traveling about an hour 1:20 mins was worth the experience and treatment from this dealer

I was almost done with my lease and after talking to Rick for a few minutes over the phone and hearing what he could do for me I decided to swing by and see him. It was definitely a pleasure meeting him and it was even a better process than my first time there. I never felt rushed or pressured to accept an offer. First let me say, the people at Bridgewater Nissan were the nicest people I have ever seen at a dealership. From the moment you walk in the receptionist sees you, it’s all smiles. I had the pleasure of meeting JJ Dagostaro, he instantly made me feel so comfortable. The entire time it felt like I was hanging out with a friend at work and not a salesman that I just met. He was very knowledgeable, detailed oriented and he showed that he cared about what you wanted and if you were satisfied. I never write reviews and JJ deserves all the praise. I HIGHLY recommend him, you will enjoy your experience and leave with exactly what you want. Devin in finance was amazing as well, he was really cool we cracked some jokes. He made the finance aspect of it really easy and quick. Rick was the last person I met, he called my insurance for me and waited almost 40 minutes on hold!! Transferred my insurance over to my new car, didn’t have to do anything! Even when i was leaving he still asked if I had any questions or if there was anything that he could show me again. They never did a Multi point inspection they never open the hood of my car because they would’ve realized that they could not which fell under the recall that was never addressed. I was charged for a diagnostic. That was never addressed. Sadly after six leases and three purchased vehicles I’m ending my relationship with Nissan. And I am currently in a lease. I still cannot understand this treatment I have been received from this dealership. See Mike and Jake if you have any questions.

Update During COVID 19: Another great service experience. Very clean and sanitary. Every seat was spaced 6 ft apart and plenty of ventilation, so i felt comfortable while being serviced. Bridgwater Nissan is always willing to help and never pushes a service on you! They worked with my crazy schedule and gave me exemplary service. Eric is an awesome member of their staff, and explained every to me so I could easily understand what my car needed. Update: Another great experience. Never pushy, yet very thorough. Got exactly what I need and not pushed to do more. Plus they gave a car wash since my car needed some TLC. Great customer service! I bought my car here and will continue to come here for service. They are truly a great business with great people to serve you!

Let me first start by saying that I have been a loyal and very satisfied customer at Bridgewater Nissan for close to 15 or more years. In which time I would estimate that I have purchased at least 8 vehicles. Ok enough of the past. My daughter had a 2014 Sentra SR w/ about 58k miles, never had any issues with the vehicle, and like all my vehicles always serviced at the dealership. Long story short, the sunroof drain tubes wee clogged causing water to gather under the passenger front and rear floor. This caused the entire carpet to get wet and moldy to the point that the smell was so bad as well as the health concerns that I had with my daughter driving it. I called Eric Scholp the Executive Manager of the dealership and explained my situation. He told me to bring the car in. I left the car there for 2 weeks while Eric in the service department along with his technicians tried to remedy the problem. They fumigated the car multiple time, smell was so bad Erick Scholp reached out to Nissan and they paid for the labor to remove and install brand new carpeting. Unfortunately this did not remedy the problem. The car sat in my driveway for a month while I went back and forth with Nissan's Consumer Affairs. This proved to be a total waste of my time. They were useless. I again reached out to Eric Scholp for some help in getting this taken care of. Eric informed me that Nissan was no longer going to do anything for me. He called me while he was on vacation with his family to inform me that he would have his used car department start looking for a a similar vehicle to mine. The following week when he returned from vacation, he called me and told me that the identical car to my daughters was just traded in w/ 40K miles on it. He asked me to give him a few days to inspect the vehicle. He called me back and he arranged for my daughter to trade in her car for the identical one that was just traded in I can not say enough about the professionalism of the entire staff, especially Eric in the service department, Eric Meltzer and Eric Schopl. They truly do make you feel like part of the family. Only place my family will purchase cars from...5 STARS

From the moment I walked in to this dealership I was treated very well. All of the staff is very cordial and friendly. They pride themselves in being a family style business and they certainly maintain that feeling by extending it to their customers. Our salesman was very nice and knowledgeable on the vehicles we were interested in. They worked with my husband and I regarding our financial needs and what we wanted included in the vehicle. The whole process from start to finish was very pleasant. The sales manager and finance managers were also very friendly and not pushy and put no pressure on us at all which is what I like! This dealer deserves every bit of this five star review. From start to finish my entire buying experience was perfect. I came across a vehicle i was interested in through their website and asked to deal with Mike Mateo because I had seen his name come up on a couple of positive reviews. He lived up to the reviews 100% and i could not thank him enough for everything. I had been to about 5 to 7 dealers before this one (new and used) and without a doubt Bridgewater NIssan stands above the rest. The used car manager, business manager, and Mike made the entire buying process so simple. After the test drive they were able to offer me a price on the car exactly were all of my research said it should be and even worked in an extra care plan for the light colored seats in the truck. We were shacking hands on this deal within 20 minutes of the test drive, i could not believe it. I think even above this though the biggest thing has to be how they stand behind their cars and really care about their dealerships reputation. Their service department was just as great as the sales dept. I was so excited about the truck and the price i got it for that i forgot to check the tire tread depth. Even a week later after having signed everything the dealer looked at the tires and agreed to swap them out for practically new one (9/32 tread) at no additional cost to me. Mind you the paperwork said the truck has at least 5/32 tread which is exactly were it was, even so they still swapped them out commenting that it wouldn't be fair to have to buy new tires for a truck only 6 months later. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a car in the area new or used. Even if they don't have what your looking for call them up and they'll offer to watch the auctions and try to get something in like they did for my sister.

Great experience and the staff here was excellent to work with. Irfan Niazi was our sales consultant and was very to-the-point and didn't jerk us around like other dealerships we visited. And when we decided to purchase the car, I was able to call back to speak to him directly and put a deposit down so the car was "on hold" until we could get there later that day. We also worked with Eric in the financing department who was not only funny, but very transparent about costs and what he could/couldn't do. I just got my Nissan a few days ago but I can absolutely see being a customer of Bridgewater Nissan's in the future!

My girlfriend and I just got a new Nissan from Bridgewater and let me tell you, it was a great experience! We worked with JJ who is the model of what a salesman should be. No high pressure, no stress, zero shady tactics, and all honesty and care. We shopped 6 different dealers and JJ worked with us to give the lowest price of them all... and all while never trying to hide fees - all cards were on the table and visible. If we get another Nissan we will 100% come here again. Even if we live 1 hour away, its worth it. And ASK FOR JJ! You can thank me later.

Lou who was the online sales person was patient and work with us to get the price we were comfortable with. Armando finalize the deal and he was professional, kind and patient with us. Eric helped with the finance and he explained everything to us. It was a great experience again and that you. I would come back to Nissan in Bridgewater for a third time.

This was my very first experience with bringing my car to a Dealer. I had a very special situation and although, they were super busy and booked for a week, Margaret totally understood and made it happen (thank you, Dear). Love these guys. Bought an Altima back in 2010 and have had it serviced here ever since and it’s still running great 120,000+ miles later. The service reps (especially Eric!) do a great job of explaining the work that is getting done and why, and they are budget conscious on your behalf, which I appreciate. This is the first time I’ve been to the dealer since COVID-19 began. Everyone was polite with social distancing and masks and the waiting room felt safe and clean. They even warned me it may take longer than usual (I was there for a routine oil change/tire rotation) due to less staffing. I was prepared to wait for a longer period of time but was pleasantly surprised when it was the usual time frame I would wait during a “normal” situation.

I had quite a good experience at this dealership. I was looking to buy a specific Nissan Altima, and had gone to another dealership in NJ two days prior - Ramsey Nissan. I gave both dealers a heads up regarding when I was coming and which car I was interested in. At Ramsey, before I could see it, I had to wait while they went to pull the car around; before I could drive it, I had to wait for them to go put gas in it; and worst of all, the car was so dirty inside. I wasted all my time and effort trying to clean little spots to try to envision what it would look like once they had it detailed, which they refused to do until the purchase was finished. At Bridgewater, I spoke to Rachelle on the phone who made sure the car was pulled up when I got there. Irfan took over the sale from there - and yes, the car was clean and had already been detailed. Even though I didn't get a large amount of money taken off of the price, I did get a good deal on my car because it was reasonably priced to begin with. Irfan has been available during and after the purchase to answer any questions I've had. I also went back to service to pick up my new plates and get my car key batteries fixed, and they were friendly there as well. Oh, and they also have a big, clean, and modern waiting area with self-serve hot and cold drinks. My only negatives were that both car key batteries were not checked before selling the car, and that I was required to finance for a minimum of four months to get the advertised discount. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others and use it again. Thanks everyone!

I am leasing my Nissan Sentra from this location. The experience I had buying here was superb. No pushy salesmen, not too many games, and a pretty quick turnaround. You still have to so some wheeling and dealing but hey that's buying a car. They did not try to trick me either and were honest. Also I went here for an issue with my Nissan and they made some mistakes on the repair, everyone makes mistakes and I understand that, it's how you deal with you mistakes that really shows what kind of business you are. Tyler in the shop department as well as the woman supervisor(blanking on name) was very straight forward and genuine in this situation. They took care of me, gave me a loaner, fixed the issues and even detailed my whole car. The manager came out and personally shook my hand, they made sure the customer was happy. These guys are good people and I appreciate the effort they put into their jobs. Would reccomend people to this location.

This dealership is far and away a different experience than any other dealership I've seen. My girlfriend and I were shopping for a first car for her daughter. Bridgewater Nissan's website showed a 2012 Subaru Forester that we knew would be perfect. Evidently it was a new arrival at the dealership: we jumped on it so quickly that the car was still being checked out by them. We knew these cars were hard to come by at the price that they were asking (a very fair price), so we knew we wanted to hold the car. Bridgewater Nissan did so; we put a deposit on it to hold it while they were going through the car. During the course of them doing so they found a few things with the car that needed to be addressed. They never balked. It took some time to get the parts from Subaru, but they stayed with it and never tried to walk back the deal we had, and never once sounded discouraged or frustrated. We now have the Subaru and it's great. We liked this dealership so much that my girl traded in her Jeep there and bought a Nissan Rogue from them. Steffan, Vincent and Eric are all class acts. And Margaret answering the phone is awesome, too. Five out of five stars!

I do not recommend using their services. Maybe you should look at some other Nissan dealers that would service you better. I had paid around $200 for them to change my oil and to Check my overall car. At the end they give me a report that tells me that my 2016 rogue will eventually need a new engine and that it was not worth spending any money on it. They filled it up with oil but didn’t bother doing a complete oil change . The service associate said “according to their scanner, that scans the car for any troubles, my car is not worth spending any money on it and that I should just junk it.” I left in disbelief and took my car to my local mechanic and he actually physically checked it and assured me that there was no problem with the engine and car runs great. Also, I forgot to mention that they wanted to charge me 11k plus tax for long block assembly since according to their scanner the engine light sign shows it’s on! when in fact, it never came up on my dashboard. I am currently driving the car. Its running smoothly with no issues. In my opinion, don’t waste your money to go there for them to fix your car because all you get is for someone to scan your car and charge you lots of money for it! I had called the manager to complain. He said to bring the car back for another scan. When I did, he didn’t bother to come see me and had one of his associates repeatedly telling me that they can only go by their scanner! My other problem with their scanner is that it’s detecting sensor Problems with two of my tires. when I only have one tire Sensor that needs to be replaced. All three are reading the air pressure and come up fine on the dashboard every single day! At the end, if you want your car to be seen by a professional and not just scanned by a device, I would advise you to look else where.
Jack, I understand your frustration with the situation. We have a responsibility to inform you of all the issues you have with your vehicle. The car has several major issues and we didn't want you to put any further money into the car just to repair it for a short period of time.

I went to get in my vehicle this morning and something was wrong with my windshield wipers and I have only had my vehicle for less than a month. I called the manager Erik Scholp and he actually sent someone to my address to put on new wipers. Erik went so above and beyond to actually send someone over. I cannot thank him enough. By the way there was nothing wrong with my wipers....someone actually flipped them completely over so it looked curled on both ends. I didn't even know wipers did that so I had no idea. The communication between the service manager (Eric) and me was phenomenal. When I left a message for a call back - I got a call back on that day. If I was told that I would get an update on a certain date - I got an update on that date! They were all very friendly and respectful, and even apologetic for the fact that the part would take a week to come in - which is not their fault, but still nice that they cared. In addition, they check to see if there were any outstanding recalls (which there was) a took care of that without my asking them to do it! This service was old school, treating the customer with kindness.

From the time I called for a service appointment until I drove out of the dealership service area, I was stunned by the difference I had a few years ago that caused me to search elsewhere. 1. Great initial interaction with Michael(?) who listened carefully and repeated what I needed. 2. Timely completion of the work, with a checkpoint at the halfway mark and a full explanation when work was finished. 3. Escorted to sign out and and walked to the car for a quick inspection and absolutely surprised by wash Inside and Out. 4. Came here initially for a recall matter that was handled well and then returned for them to fix a few other items like a custom seat adjustment. Everyone here is friendly and knowledgeable. The service area is comfortable and it’s a pleasure coming by. They even offered me a loaner car which was very generous.

Had some dings on my leased Rogue but had the dent insurance so I scheduled it to be worked on . I was happy they checked my vehicle and told me I needed engine air filter and my wheel alignment was out and causing tire wear and tear . Who would have known good thing they checked I would hate to have to buy all new tires due to being out of alignment. They were able to change my oil too and the prices for everything were reasonable and fair. I was provided with a new loaner car for the day which made my life easier. I love the ride of the nissans each one I drive is great . They have style , great gas mileage, and are priced affordable enough . Loved the service department each person was so informative and they go the extra mile for their customers. My car was returned washed and tires were treated to make the vehicle look it’s best! Had appt at 11am on Monday to get oil change, tires rotated and to diagnose & fix air conditioner. Had my 4 yr old granddaughter with me. The check in person was very helpful and advised of upcoming Plan B servicing then set expectations that it would take some time for air conditioner repair so I was able to get a ride home in the interim. Eric the service advisor called me with update of findings and once repairs completed as promised.

Jiffy Lube was formerly my go to for routine oil changes on my vehicles but I moved to Nissan for my Altima. Service is always prompt and courteous. Their waiting area is very clean and has excellent WiFi so I could work while waiting for my vehicle. Check out includes a clear and concise discussion of any issues found during service without any sales pressure. I highly recommend them!

I just got my new tires placed by Costco in Bridgewater so I needed alignment ASAP. The service department here was very accommodating and took my car for the alignment soon as I left Costco making it super convenient. It was the end of the day and I wasn’t turned away. There was ample room in the waiting area with ice tea and coffee. I felt safe there was no crowd to worry about with Covid ect. Definitely would recommend service here to anyone I know.

Was once a 5 star review. Now 1 star. Sad because we had been repeat customers of this location. Will never go back again. If you live in New York and will register your car in New York, do not come to Nissan of Bridgewater. Management and Sales could care less about customers and their experience. Nissan of Bridgewater has cheap and bad service and they do not care. They never even followed up with us after NMAC filed a complaint against them. Avoid this place at all costs. At the end of our lease, this dealership would not allow us to purchase the car, 2019 Rogue, from them unless we financed it through them for a hefty interest rate. We purchased the car for cash ultimately but not from the dealership. They told us to go to another dealership in NY. Even though the contract’s section 15 stated that we could purchase at the dealership where we leased from, Nissan of Bridgewater did not honor their contract. Instead they referred us to NMAC who referred us back to the dealership. We went around in circles for days. NMAC ultimately filed a complaint on our behalf regarding this dealership and gave us an exception to purchase the end of lease Rogue directly from Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp. Both the sales and management department don’t care about customers when you go to Nissan of Bridgewater. But you get what you pay for. Cheap and bad service from this location will ultimately give you a headache. If you can afford it, avoid this place at all costs. Never followed up with us and honestly we don’t expect them too. Save yourself a headache. Don’t go here.

I recently leased my fiancé a 2020 Nissan Murano Platinum and I was really impressed with the process. My fiancé and I stopped in with no intentions of getting another Nissan because she was dead set on a Ford Explorer Limited but after been approved by Mike Mateo and with the help of executive manager Eric S. we were sold and leased a car that day, again we had no intentions of leasing a car that day or even getting a Nissan but with no pressure sales etc we had no reason not to. My fiancé was dead set on a red or blue color and with the pandemic availability of cars are very limited due no these cars been shipped from overseas but Eric found us a blue one from upstate NY and had it transferred to NJ for us. Of course transferring a car 300 miles there is a chance you might incur a scratch or two from rocks which it did, we did not notice that till taking off and another the next day. Mike Mateo listened to our concerns, got in touch with Eric who was then on vacation, had the car sent to the body shop to correct the issue. We finally picked it back up yesterday in excellent condition and even had it ceramic wraps for us for protections from future rocks damages. I couldn’t be more happier with the service because when she’s happy (fiancé) my life is better too 😂. By the way the blue was much better than the red after seeing it so we lucked out. Anyone in search for a Nissan or a car/truck definitely check out Eric S (Exec) or Mike Mateo and tell them E sent ya. Great customer service goes a long way and they archived that. Happy customer!

I scheduled my vehicle for routine service on a Saturday morning. I was greeted by the service manager (?name) who took my car right in and then proceeded to meet me in the waiting area. I was surprised to discover that I have a service plan that meant my visit was at no charge! Merry Christmas to me is what I told him! My car was ready in no time and I was on my way. I was nervous at first because it was my first encounter in a dealership since the pandemic. I was greeted by Erik Scholp in such a welcoming and reassuring manner. There were gloves and wipes at the door and the showroom was very clean. My experience at Bridgewater was exceptional my first lease, so I returned to lease again at Bridgewater Nissan. I truly enjoyed and felt safe and secure in my Rogue Sport and wanted to lease one again. This is a very easy review to write; and I don't like writing reviews.... My total experience at Bridgewater Nissan is nothing short of Outstanding. Everything was done to make me feel important, and not just "another" customer. Everyone I spoke with from the Executive Director, Sales Manager, Service Manager and two extremely knowledgeable Sales Consultants, gave me confidence that this dealership is the place to buy a vehicle. Would I recommend Bridgewater Nissan? Absolutely!!

This dealership is a nightmare. The service department does not care about customer’s issues. The sales department is full of liars. Don’t believe anything they say. They will tell you one thing when you decide to buy a car there and then once the deal is made, it’s a whole different story. Anyone with eyes can see that management is full of scam artists. The big faced manager Erik pays people off for good reviews so don’t believe the 5 star reviews on google. He tried to make a deal with my mother to get her to lie on her review and her survey. If you want to buy a car, any other Nissan dealer would be better than this place.

I had a less than ideal start with salesman Eric Meltzer. He didn’t seem to be concerned with anything aside from his commission. His attitude and Distasteful comments and remarks were beyond disappointing. My daughter and I came to Bridgewater looking for new car for her. We had been to several competitors during the day and had previously visited another Nissan dealership. Our sales person Rob was very informative and helpful with purchasing the new car. My only wish and this is not a negative comment towards this dealership, but the part waiting for the deal to be finalized and the car to be ready is too long. I have bought over 10 cars before and this process is too long. Rob helped the process be not too bad since he had my daughter familiarize aspects of the car that pertained to her. Came into this experience with some hesitation after a bad experience at another Nissan dealer. We could not have been more pleasantly surprised. Sounds corny, but everyone at Bridgewater Nissan treated us like family. Pleasant, polite, and friendly, the sales and finance people all listened to our needs and took the time to explain everything clearly and completely. We were given some options that fit what we wanted to do and were never pressured to do anything. Not sure how often you get to say that people at a car dealership are kind and considerate, but those are the words I would use here. Salesmen Slim and Ryan Z. were AWESOME. Would recommend them without hesitation.

We purchased a preowned Nissan Rogue 2009, excellent experience so far. Service folks are excellent. Some issue came up within a week of purchase, I approached the dealer to fix and they readily gave assurance and fixed it without cost. Service guy (Eric) spoke to sales folks and managed it internally with any issue.
