If that was not good enough, to top it all in 2022, they handled my query about the title released to me in 2019 extremely efficiently.     This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership! I was referred to Scott Doyle by a family member who was incredibly happy with his good energy, experience and expertise. Scott was knowledgeable and incredibly efficient to my wants and needs as well as with any questions and concerns I had. He was also very straight forward and honest, in prior experiences with other dealerships, I did not have that same candor. Not only was my experience stress free, I was also not kept in the dealership for hours, and in the end I got the exact car I wanted! My wonderful experience didn’t stop with Scott but continued in finance with manager Elaine Lewis. Elaine was knowledgeable and efficient, answering all inquiries I had, making the process straight forward and effortless. I was so pleased in my experience I also referred my mother, who purchased a car at this same dealership with Scott a month later. She had the exact same experience and couldn’t be happier with her new vehicle! She purchased a Nissan that was in such pristine condition not one person would believe it was a 2017 and not a 2021 model!

    Amazing experience! I’ve been planning and dreaming of buying a 5th gen Camaro SS since their release, just for reference how much this purchase meant to me. Thanks to Mikhail in sales and F&I manager Obie for making it a smooth and memorable experience. I can’t express enough how incredible Mikhail was. Patient is an understatement, and didn’t once try to push the sale. Just a few helpful and genuine opinions and let me have all the time I needed to make my decision between 2 cars. I asked some difficult questions and even when he didn’t know the answers he took the time to find out. Just a great guy with a caring attitude. And their finance manager Obie is just as awesome! Very personable and very informative. Took great care of me. Lastly as a dealership I was blown away! Their selection of used, truly great condition, low mileage sports cars is jaw dropping. Domestics and imports, and most importantly lots of manuals! Maybe it’s where I’m from in PA that we don’t have a dealership like this, but I’m not talking comparatively with inventory shortages at other places, think pre-Covid. Then I was told this isn’t even a quarter of the cars they’d typically have... mind blown. I can’t imagine how insane their selection is during regular times. They legit saved me the hassle of driving to 3 different states to see multiple options. If you’re shopping for a used sports car, oh yeah or an Acura, this is the place to go!

    I had been looking for a used BMW 7 Series for a few months when I came across a 2019 model at Bridgewater Acura, mind you I started first at the BMW dealers. I was super fortunate to have Kaz as my Salesman, who was always quick to help and respond to my questions. Within a few texts and calls, he had me all taken care of. One of the easiest and best experiences I’ve had buying a car… and I’m in the car business. He was insightful, patient and super courteous in working with me even though i had a couple of snags along the way!! If you need an Acura or an of the Used Vehicles at Bridgewater Acura, you will be foolish not to ask personally for Kaz. Thanks for helping me get the vehicle I wanted!

    I purchased a 2017 Ford Focus RS from these guys which is not a cheap car. I paid $36,000 for it and as soon I get into the car from purchasing it, the CEL comes on in the parking lot a long with a coolant smell. Tires were bald, Brembo brakes and rotors all around were completely shot. Car needs a new turbo so they take care of it. Didn't have the car for a month which was fine because it was getting taken care of. Finally I get the car back, and still smell coolant. I call the service manager John and when I bring it in, they made it seem like such a huge inconvenience to them, told me they didn't smell anything and shipped me out of the door (it is impossible to not smell the coolant in the car.) Today the clutch just went. I've had the car in my possession for 2 months and it has been an absolute nightmare. They fixed the car initially because they had to, but this dealer doesn't care. Now I'm stuck with it. I DO NOT recommend buying a car here, save yourself the trouble.

    We drove an hour to see an MDX we were interested in purchasing after having called earlier that day. We arrived in the evening, about 3 hours before they were to close. We sat down with the salesman who never even took us to see the vehicle. He was more interested in offering us low value for our trade-in cars. He kept going back to talk with the manager, and offering us less than what both of our trade-ins were worth. We left and took our business to another Acura dealership in southeast Pennsylvania, where we purchased a new MDX, and got the value for our trades that we wanted.

    This was by far my best car buying experience! About a month prior to my purchase I met AJ and John when I went to the dealership just to see what they had. June 1st I went with my mother and she bought a Acura ILX from AJ. I went June 2nd and bought and Acura MDX from him. Then on June 3rd my sister purchased a Honda Pilot from AJ. AJ was phenomenal with all 3 purchases. The finance team was just as amazing! Each of us had a different finance person and each experience was amazing! They made sure we knew exactly what we were getting into and that we understand all of the details of our purchases. They even made sure we were getting the best deals and weren’t stick with a bank out of loyalty. I would 100% recommend Bill Vince’s Acura!

    Nice beverage machine in customer waiting area, but employees occupied it consistently! Also, there were only a few options for snacks. Always clumsy wash of my car, and they always say they will do vacuum inside, which they never do! A couple of times complained, but now I have stopped complaining( since nothing is changing). The only reason I to go here for service is very close to my home.

    I was very pleased with my experience at Bridgewater Acura. Being in search of a mustang, I knew bridgewater Acura was the biggest dealer of used muscle cars (ironically lol) local to NY. I went on a Saturday and met with my salesman Paul Batista. Paul was a gentleman throughout the process and professional through and through. I never experienced a condescending tone or an overly pushing experience from start to finish. While the weekend manager was firm on pricing and would not negotiate any further, I was confident we'd get to a result over the week. Speaking to the General Sales Manager Mike, I discussed my position on the vehicle and the imperfections that I felt would bring me to a fair price. We made a deal that night and was in and out of the dealer within an hour. I would happily recommend this dealership to friends and family and coworkers moving forward and plan to purchase again in the future.

    Just a bizarre experience. Went to see a used car. Nice enough greeting and lobby. But was then told we could see the car but had to negotiate a price before driving. Salesman does the writing down numbers show - asking price plus prep plus tax plus plates and says "are you ready to buy today." Uh, no. Have never heard a car dealer say "we don't drive cars around".....just bizarre.

    Sorry the miscommunication and the experience. I'm not sure if you're referring to our dealership as we have NO prep fees but regardless, we do go through the motions to potentially put a deal together prior to test driving a car. We've had two clients destroy clutches in the last month, facilitating north of $10,000 in repairs total. They hand back the keys and we get stuck paying. We've been specializing in sports and modern classics for over 20 plus years and have found this system works best for our clients, our store and our employees. Again, sorry for the bad experience.

Three separate times, you did the online trade and on 6/8 you were closer to moving forward with a purchase, submitting the online credit app. We were in the process of working up an approval for you and finance was pending - but by this time someone else had come in and finalized a purchase on the same car. By the time you decided to finalze a deal and come in, it was 6/11/2022. There wasn't a deposit to secure a right of refusal and we were working on getting a bank approval. We didn't "sell a car from under you". Although we appreciate the opportunity to have worked with you, we are also disappointed that we weren't able to make this transaction smooth for you.     I had my '08 Acura TL serviced here for the first time and it was a great experience, probably one of the best I have ever had since having the vehicle. Darry Dejesus and John Stuart were apart of the servicing team and they were both very thorough and made sure all of my concerns were met. The prices are fair and they applied several discounts to my invoice to ease the expense.     My husband and I have been Bridgewater Acura customers for about 10 years and have purchased/leased a total of 3 vehicles through Sam. I recently looked to trade my 2012 MDX for a newer model at another Acura Dealership (the same in which the vehicle was purchased) and after having an unpleasant experience, I walked out. I was determined to stick with Acura so I contacted Bridgewater Acura and began working with Kaz. I live over an hour away so Kaz worked with me via phone/text to gather as much information as possible to make sure everything worked to my liking before making the trip. The night I arrived for the trade in, the vehicles I was looking in to were already set aside for me to view. I picked my favorite (it was like shoe shopping... but for really BIG shoes), it was sent around back to be cleaned up, the paperwork was processed and signed and I drove home in my brand new 2019 MDX in record time. The waiting area has been upgraded since my last visit, complete with a snack bar and device charging stations.. perfect for working while my vehicle is being serviced in the future. Thank you Kaz for your hard work in getting me exactly what I was looking for.

    I have bought two vehicles from them before and had a good experience so i went to them when I wanted a new vehicle. This place has gone down hill and they have become crooks. The sales man Mikail was absolutely rude to me and would let me get two words in. They took a deposit from me as they said they needed more time to process my paperwork. Gave them a $2500 and they ended up charging me instead of refunding it. I wasn’t even mad at that so I called and explained to them what happened where that sales man told me i was wrong period. I sent him screen shots and she still told me i was wrong. I called GM and he said he would handle it. I have no doubt I will get my money but this place wasn’t even worth all the hassle. I expected better service

    I can not say enough positive things about this dealership. We had been looking for a quality used Mustang convertible which is a LOT harder than it sounds. Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura had a car with a LOT more than we could have ever dreamed of at our price range. The car was a lot less expensive than comparable cars we looked at, but the sales manager, Adam Rottenburg worked with us to get the car even more comfortably within our price range. We live 250 miles away, so they handled the entire deal over the phone and through overnight mail. They were incredibly honest about the condition of the car too. When we picked the car up just 2 days after our first call to the dealership (incredible for a long distance deal), the car was even better than we thought it would be. Our sales representative, Murad Stokes, answered all of our questions, offered to pick us up at the train station, and was incredibly kind, honest and fun to deal with. The car was ready and waiting for us with a full tank of gas when we got to the dealership, and the deal was finalized within 10 minutes of our arrival. We were on the road and driving the car the 4 1/2 hours home with no muss, no fuss, no bother. The car was incredible on the ride home too. We are getting used to turning heads everywhere we go (did I mention the car looks incredible?). Thanks to Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura our dream of owning a Mustang convertible has come true. Kaz wasn't trying at all to sell me a car, which is fine and dandy because I now have three cars, the third having purchased last week. Mikhail was a really pleasant rep to work with and was very very nice to me. I had hoped that he would make the commission off my purchase..     A couple of weeks ago my husband hit a deer and my Mazda was assessed as a total loss. We didn’t expect to purchase a new car this year we just had a lot of moving parts. We have 2 small kids and we wanted something extra spacious so we looked into the MDX. When I called Scott the sales rep told me different options and promotions they had going on/ he was very straight forward/ up front and set proper expectations. We knew our budget and he did a great job understanding our wants and needs and stayed on budget. We did everything electronically communicated through text and emails and within a few days we were ready to pick up the car which was already pulled up front for us ready to drive off. We spent 30min or less at the dealership and just a super smooth transition. No surprises or hidden cost. Absolutely loved the service everyone was nice and helpful and with 2 small kids under 3 they were very patient with us. I absolutely love this dealership and we will come back for future purchases. This was yet my easiest transaction ever purchasing a car.

    I bought my RDX here at Bill Vince’s Acura back in 2015 and have been loyally getting all my maintenance done here until one time I was told that I should resurface my rotors to make the “like new”. Not even 9k miles later I am told I needed to replace my rotors because they are warped. What I wasn’t told was the difference between resurfacing and replacing was roughly $100. I trusted them up until this point. I would have respected them if they had told me both my options and letting me decide, instead of selling me on a service that was basically unnecessary. It was my fault for not getting a second opinion. Fast forward to today; I have the prepaid maintenance plan with them but my car also needed more work. I made an appointment with my friend for the other services but got my oil change at Bill Vince’s. I told my advisor, Mike, that I have a nail in my one tire and the other tire has a slow leak. He had them checked out and told me that the tire with the nail could be plugged but the tire with the leak has a nail in the sidewall and needed to be replaced. Being that I had another appointment I decided not to replace the tire. They plugged my tire free of charge and gave me a quote on a new tire, roughly $245 for the tire + labor. I got to my next appointment and told my friend about the nail in the sidewall and her technician checked all 4 tires inside and out and said there was no nail. I am dumbfounded. For being a luxury car dealership, I would think Bill Vince’s maintenance team would have more integrity than that. I implore everyone to always get a second opinion. I would never get any other service done without getting one ever again. Thank Bill Vince for teaching me this important lesson about integrity and lack there of.

    Had a wonderful experience using Bridgewater Acura for a recent purchase. The dealership definitely deserves a 5 star rating. Special thanks to Tina C. and Scott D. for their help, patience and kindness during the whole process. Eddie M. was very efficient and knowledgeable without doing the hard sell when it came to the numbers and add-ons which was much appreciated. Prior to arriving at the dealership, Tina C. and Scott D. stayed in constant communication throughout the whole process to make sure everything went smoothly when we arrived. This included reworking numbers for the best deal possible, going over the color combinations and options, and making sure the insurance and registration was all set. Walking out to a giant red and green bow attached to the vehicles was an especially nice touch and I can't thank them enough. For those concerned about purchasing during a pandemic, I used the Express Store feature on their website to purchase and it streamlined the actual time in the dealership to just a little over an hour. Everyone wore masks, social distanced and strategically placed plastic barriers were everywhere.

    Had a very good experience when we came here to look at a car for my husband. We came here because he was looking for a certain type 6 speed manual and we came across the Mazda 3 touring. Our sales guy was kaz. He was really nice and easy going. Everything was stress free. We liked how when he brought the car up. He open the hood and all doors so we can inspect. Sometimes it’s the little things that make your experience better. From the moment we got there, the test drives , paper work and then finance department. It was a total of 2 hours. But it was such a relaxing experience NO STRESS & we’re very happy with the payments and all the add ons. Everyone was super friendly and down to earth. Eddie was also a down to earth guy. He was the last person we finish with financing etc. you can tell they take care of there Acura and the used cars. For an 2018. My husband car looks brand new! Three separate times, you did the online trade and on 6/8 you were closer to moving forward with a purchase, submitting the online credit app. We were in the process of working up an approval for you and finance was pending - but by this time someone else had come in and finalized a purchase on the same car. By the time you decided to finalze a deal and come in, it was 6/11/2022. There wasn't a deposit to secure a right of refusal and we were working on getting a bank approval. We didn't "sell a car from under you". Although we appreciate the opportunity to have worked with you, we are also disappointed that we weren't able to make this transaction smooth for you.     Excellent Acura dealer, even if not the closest. Abe in sales was fantastic, straight shooter, patient, accommodating to family. Fair pricing for current insane new car market, process was simple though some difficulty in finance (finance manager didn't know amortization schedule for the loan they're selling or how to find it, which seems pretty basic for a transaction they must do all day long, and was impatient/rushed). Support has been great, service team to install plates seem very friendly, accommodating, and top notch. Can't recommend Abe in sales enough. I'll make the trip to this further dealership for maintenance given such a great experience.

    Tough times to find a ride right now. I looked for several months, found a fit at Bill Vince's. My connection there was Kaz. I was interested in an advertised manual 6-speed Chevy standard trans that they had available. Confirmed they did have it in stock and went over the next day. Kaz had it ready to go when I arrived for a spin, came back and purchased the ride. This place has it together. The purchase was painless, all paperwork taken care of with ease. Convenience of coming back to pickup the car amazing... couple weeks later, registration was ready along with plates, small problem with key entry attended to on the spot.     My very first experience with Bridgewater Acura was very pleasant and went very well. Much better than I had originally anticipated. Back in July of 2020 I went to go look around and browse for a newer vehicle which ended up with me driving home right off the lot a preowned certified 2017 Acura ILX for roughly $18,000 cash and with only 24,000 miles on it and just in time for my 25th birthday. Up until this point I had NEVER purchased a vehicle from a dealership so naturally I was a bit intimidated. Kaz the salesman who sold me the vehicle was very friendly, professional and courteous and he did an above and beyond job for me. He did not hassle me or anything. I was very pleased with his customer service skills. He is a very great car salesman. He had me in and out in just 1 hour. I've had this vehicle now for 6 months and I haven't had anything bad to say about it. It runs like a dream. I WILL be coming back to Bridgewater Acura in the future if I'm ever again in the market for a newer vehicle. 👍👍👍👍

    This is our second Subaru. The first one I purchased on Long Island at South Shore Subaru in Lindenhurst. My wife liked it so much she wanted to sell her Miata and get a WRX. After the way the transaction went in Lindenhurst theres no way i was going back to them or their associate dealership in Hicksville. I found “Bill Vinces Bridge Water Acura” on the internet while doing a search on Car Fax. Kaz was the salesman, he was very polite and professional as was the whole transaction. From the receptionist to sales to finance to the pleasant voice on the phone today informing me that they had my N.Y. plates . And they were being sent to me and they were checking to verify they had the correct address to mail them to. There were no tricks , no bogus fees, no B.S packages with small print for replacement keys for a year. This is the second time ive gone out of my own state in order to be treated like a valued customer by a car dealer. Its a shame because i believe in supporting local businesses, but when those businesses don’t value my patronage ill gladly drive two hours and pay tolls to be treated like a valued customer. I CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT I WOULD BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM “BILL VINCES BRIDGEWATER ACURA” in a heartbeat. To bad i cant say that about “SOUTH SHORE SUBARU “on long island

    Over the years we've purchased at least 15 cars from many different dealers in NJ and without a doubt this was the easiest and most pleasant of them all. We saw the extensive inventory of quality muscle cars online and had to check this place out. This was the first time we had met our salesman Ralph C. and he was so cool about the time we were taking to narrow down our selection - we apologized for taking so long and he graciously told us to take our time and helped us search for the right one. Never once did he steer us in any direction or try to push a sale, which is exactly how to get us to buy something - the hard sell turns us right off and we walk out. Additionally, Ralph had no problem dealing with me directly which, as a female, is sadly a common problem I have at dealers which also causes us to walk out. We finally decided on which one to test drive and the car was in incredible condition at a great price. We took a day or two to think it over and then called Ralph to let him know we wanted to buy it. What an amazing experience he provided us and he made it completely painless. We live over an hour away so we gave him the needed documentation and he just made it happen! Two days later we went to the dealer to sign the papers and pick up the car. We met with Eddie in Financing who, like Ralph, was clear, upfront, and friendly - he helped us figure out the right warranty options for our needs and also didn't put the hard sell on us. This dealer and it's employees are COMPLETELY OPPOSITE of the typical slimy and unpleasant dealers out there. They are honest, have their act together and their customer service is exceptional. Our salesman Ralph treated us with complete respect, kindness and professionalism. We will happily tell everyone about our wonderful experience with Bridgewater Acura and recommend Ralph to all of our friends and family. If we have any future car buying needs we'll be coming here.     Recently had a seamless experience picking up a vehicle at Bridgewater Acura - no hanky panky, no yoyo / spot delivery scams whatsoever. Pretty much did a handkerchief deal over texts and my pre-approved financing terms were honored, with no extra interest rate spread added on by the dealership. Look for Obie Nwoye and team, and you’ll be in and out as a happy customer. I went in prepared to tackle every car sales trick in the book, but was pleasantly surprised they didn’t try any.

    A respectable, convenient dealership with large variety. I bought a 2014 ford focus st and was helped by a salesman named Kaz. Good guy, really talky and I was 20 mins late to my appointment and he was very nice about it. Everyone here was pretty accommodating. Some of the mechanics were less talky but still helpful. I heard a ticking sound from the engine and Kaz let me compare it to one of the other st's on the lot. I drove 1.5 hrs to get here and it was worth the drive. Very happy with my purchase. the whole experience took under 3 hours. super easy. prices arent negotiable but i was able to negotiate my trade in.

    We read all the good reviews and went there to rest drive a car with the intention to buy same day. We were greeted by a front desk who was knitting and called for the sales rep twice, we waiting for 20 + min with a toddler and the sales reps kept chatting away but didn’t bother to help us. There was literally just one more customer except us and probably 6-7 reps. They def need to learn courtesy and customer service. The front desk didn’t have much say and was reluctant to even call another time for the sales rep. We will eventually be buying an MdX but not from them and will advice the friends to stay away as well.

    I bought a Ram on November 24, 2021. I started having problems with the truck on November 25. Michael L. the sales GM doesn't want his truck back and refund me. He probably finds it's normal to spend over $ 40,000 and have problems the next day. My lawyer is in charge of the case and a complaint will be filed. Michael told me he doesn't care.... we'll see!

    David, First, I understand your frustration but we have been committed to attempting to assist with any post sales issues in any way we can. Just to recap, you purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 that is covered under the factory warranty, directly from RAM and serviceable at any RAM dealership anywhere. You complained about an issue with the front speakers and a vibration in 4WD. As per Fullerton CJDR, they said the vehicle was operating as designed when driving in 4WD, they ordered 2 front speakers which are set to arrive on Jan 21 and an EPS module which unfortunately is on back order. Sadly parts availability is a major concern in these crazy times but we are limited to what we can do at current moment. Sadly as well all know, cars often break and sometimes will need to be repaired. You said the 4WD concern was verified, yet when I spoke to the dealership they said they drove it with you, noticed nothing abnormal and would reassess the situation in greater detail when you brought it in to repair the speakers if you felt it persisted. At the conclusion of the conversation, you cursed and said you would contact your lawyer which is well within your right as a consumer to do so. I said, "no problem" and you hung up. I wish I could make the parts appear immediately but sadly, I cannot. I've asked the RAM dealership to update me every few days, which they have and will continue to stay on top of this issue as we have since day 1. You stated, "He probably finds it's normal to spend over $ 40,000 and have problems the next day." While I don't find it normal by any means, I do understand that sadly these are motor vehicles built by human beings and issues often arise. New cars, preowned cars, all cars.     I was interested in a vehicle at this location and unfortunately worked with Peter. He told me if I was interested I could put a totally refundable deposit to hold the car. 4 days later, I told him and his management that I was no longer interested and requested a refund right away. I called following that and spoke to two different managers who told me that my refund would be done soon. It has now been almost 2 weeks and I still have not received my 1k refund yet. Peter never informed me that I needed to follow up again to provide my CC information a second time. When I spoke with him today, he condescendingly asked if I was the "woman who called yesterday" and he told me to "relax". The way he spoke to me was completely disrespectful and inappropriate especially in his tone and voice. I do not recommend working with them or Peter. Major miscommunication between their management and sales team. Extremely poor customer service. So happy I went with Lexus and was treated with respect.

    Looking for a mustang that I have waited over 20 years for the entire experience with the Acura team was fantastic. I first inquired about the car online and Paul from Internet Sales got back to me within 1 business day. Paul was very attentive to what I was looking for, came back to me with answers to all of my questions, and even offered to help me with financing. The entire experience from beginning to end was effortless, pleasant, and the entire sales team made was friendly and professional. I was also very impressed with their Covid protocols and it was obvious that customer and employee safety was of their highest priority. Had some problems internally in the engine of the otherwise clean Abarth I bought, they crisply fixed the issue with no drama.     Preowned 2017 Acura financed in 2019 I purchased a 2017 Acura MDX from here. It was a lease return. The experience was mediocre at that time. Recently I went to trade in the value they gave me was the lowest for any Acura dealer I have visited in New Jersey. The dealer has a great service department. They will accommodate you and help you. Preowned cars need better warranty and better customer support.

    My wife and I purchased a 2011 Ford Mustang GT from Bridgewater Acura. We had a great experience! We worked with Murad and were able to make a deal on the car. The car was ready to go, parked out in the front when we got there and before we talked any numbers, I was able to go on a nice test drive and go through the car.     I recently came to Bill Vince's Acura and purchased a car. After a nightmare experience with Fullerton Ford I came here to trade in my Ford Explorer for an Acura MDX. Kaz was my sales associate and he did an outstanding job throughout the entire process. Kaz was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. By the end of the day I was driving my new car home. I'm very happy with the model that Kaz helped me select. If you are considering purchasing a car at one of the other dealerships nearby you should really stop here before you buy elsewhere. The reason I trust this dealership is because I have noticed that they will not carry junk cars on their lot. And by junk I don't mean falling apart or obviously damaged. I'm talking about the cars that appear to be in great shape, low miles, newer model, but they end up back in the shop over and over again. This dealership only keeps quality cars on the lot. If they aren't confident in the vehicle or it's history they don't keep it. My previous purchase at this dealership wasn't anything fancy, it was an older chevy equinox and it was around $14,000. That car didn't have a single issue for the 5 years I owned it. It wasn't a car that I loved, it wasn't fast and it wasn't beautiful but I trusted this dealership to find me something I could afford that met all of my needs. They exceeded all of my expectations and I'm so glad that I came back here for my latest purchase. I appreciate the time and effort that Kaz and his co-workers gave me. I look forward to recommending this dealership to my friends and family in the future. Thank you so much for the painless car buying experience.
