I purchased a 2019 CPO RX a few days ago and I received excellent service from Eddie Ruggirello. Upon greeting him, he brought us to the vehicle we were interested in. It was adorned with a red bow. I wasn't expecting that type of treatment for a CPO, so I immediately felt like my business was welcomed. Eddie's excitement and enthusiasm was palpable and contagious. My hobbyist mechanic side of me immediately looked under the vehicle, inspected the paint, and looked under the hood. It was in near perfect condition. This is the type of CPO I was expecting. After settling all the finance details, we were greeted back with a handwritten thank you note on Eddie's desk, candy, and some Lexus branded swag. He made us feel really special and appreciated. Even after the sale, he continued to describe additional features before we left. He is genuinely a good guy and we will remember this as a very pleasant experience. This is all in stark contrast to the level of service we received at Volvo when we were interested in a car there. They did basically nothing and treated us poorly. It was almost as if we were inconveniencing them by our interest in purchasing a CPO. We decided against buying from them.

I just purchased my first ever new car (2022 RX 460) from Lexus of Bridgewater and worked with John Ratkoski. To say he went above and beyond would be an understatement. He was patient, kind, honest, thorough, and extremely helpful. He has such a depth of knowledge on the Lexus products he sells that he won my trust quickly. He did not try to sell me anything I was not interested in, and genuinely listened to me when we discussed what I was looking for. I was coming from far away and had already sold my car and he offered to pick me up from about an hour away and give me a ride! I ended up figuring out a solution, but he really went the extra mile for me throughout the entire process to ensure my buying experience went smoothly. He answered all of my questions and spent a good deal of time with me going over all the car's features. It was obvious he truly cares and wanted to ensure I was comfortable with my new car. He is upfront, genuine, and really made the entire experience smooth and so exciting for me. Thank you John, I appreciate you!

I only bought from Lexus of Bridgewater because of Eddie Ruggirello. I had options for other Lexus dealers but Eddie spent the most time with me going through the car buying process. Also, he would touch base with me every month on my special order RC and kept me informed right up through the final purchase and beyond. After the delivery he has also been awesome, facilitating service and checking on how I like the car. He also helped answer any questions I had regarding all the features of my new Lexus. I was at the end of my current lease of my 2019 Lexus ES 350 and was considering buying out the lease buy didn't know what it would entail. We had an amazing experience buying our first Lexus from Eddie R. Eddie greeted us with a personalized welcome note and 2 bottles of water waiting when we arrived at his desk. He was so knowledgeable about all the different models and all the perks each one had to offer. He is patient/professional and well versed. After we finalized the purchase, Eddie sat in the car with us and taught us how to use everything from the navigation, seats, mirrors, high beams etc. Buying a car from Eddie was the most pleasant car sales experience I have ever had. We love our new Lexus and will highly recommend Eddie R at the Bridgewater Lexus.

I rarely reviewed products that I purchased especially cars and household products such as TVs, computers, etc. However, my great experience with the 2022 BMW M850i that I just bought at Lexus of Bridgewater made me write this review. Starting with the salesman, I got a super quick response from Isaac Resek for my inquiry about this vehicle. He then spent hours even on his day off to make the deal completed. Besides the tireless effort, he was on my side during negotiation, took great care of all the small details and requests. He was pleasant to talk with and without pushing, transparent with all the facts and info. He was the best salesman I've ever met in my yearly car buying for the last 47 years. He and I are still on the phone occasionally for after sales needs - I do not see that much especially with salesmen from the big box stores. Even the dealership is 350 miles driving one way from my house but I still wish that he will be my salesman for cars in the future. Without him, Lexus of Bridgewater wouldn't get 5 stars for this review. Isaac, thank you very much. Additional info for protentional buyers of the dealer, pricing is fair and good enough.

Well that Lexus number 7 in the books. Yesterday we picked up our certified pre-owned 2020 NX 300 for our family. After visiting several other Dealerships we found the perfect car for our new drivers. We wanted a safe car with low mileage and with a great warranty. We had an excellent experience for the second time working with Barry Dworkin who is professional as can be and took care of all of our concerns with getting the new car. Now it came down to working out the finances in purchasing the car and what we wanted to add. Extended Warranty, Tire Protection and other items we hit the jack pot because there Finance Manager was awesome. Alex Gladunov treated us like family explaining all of the available features to protect our investment. This is the first time I’ve ever felt that they were on my side. Barry and Alex we wanted to say thank you for taking care of us and treating us like family vs just another buyer.

Thankfully to Isaac and other beneficial factors I got the deal of the century on my brand new 2022 RX 350. I recommend Lexus of Bridgewater and come see Isaac.

My family is a Lexus family and I was happy to be joining the team by purchasing a Lexus myself. I have not purchased a car in several years as I was living in NY. Needless to say I was nervous about going into a dealership because of all the things we hear about feeling pressured and salesmen being transactional and trying to swindle you... However, I absolutely love my new Lexus and a big part of that is my experience with purchasing it at Bridgewater Lexus with Eddie Ruggirello! From the moment we called about a specific car, Eddie R followed up to schedule an appointment, met us at the entrance, and was warm and welcoming without making us feel like we were rushed or that there was a transaction at the end. The dealership is beautiful and the majority of the cars are inside a large warehouse-style garage so you can view multiple cars side by side and weather is not an issue. This made it easy for me to look at the car I came in for but easily compare it to other models/colors I was considering. When we wanted to talk numbers, Eddie welcomed us at his desk with a welcome sign ( yes, a welcome sign!) and some cold waters. We then discussed details/concerns, and came to a place where I felt good about my purchase. From there, it was all very well executed from the finance office to the insurance calls, to my last signature. At the end of the purchase, we were once again welcomed at his desk but this time with a thank you card and chocolates from Eddie...chocolates! Then lastly, Eddie walked me through all of the features of the car and reassured me several times that he was just a call away if we needed anything moving forward and I know he meant it. I was thrilled to drive away with my new Lexus! Two days later, Eddie R called to check-in and see how I was enjoying my new car. I am extremely happy with my experience at Bridgewater Lexus and with Eddie R's customer service! I would recommend Bridgewater Lexus ( and Eddie) to all of my friends and family! Thank you, Eddie!!

Eddie Ruggirello was my salesperson and he was absolutely fantastic. He was kind, he was patient, he was positive through the whole experience and even walked me back across the lot to look at the car I chose when I wanted a final peek before signing—and all with a smile on his face and a true passion for the Lexus product and his job. Our sales person was Eddie Ruggirello and he was incredibly helpful and professional. I originally went to the dealership just to browse and discuss used vs. new, Eddie worked through the options with us and guided us to a very nice low mileage used car that was likely to sell quickly due to the pandemic-related low inventory of used cars. Eddie was very honest, patient and easy to work with. I received a fair price and Eddie and Alex Larsen on the finance side threw in a few extras, including warranty coverage that was similar or in some ways exceeded that of a new car. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I highly recommend Eddie and the Lexus of Bridgewater dealership.

Purchased a new RX350 about a month ago. As soon as we walked in we were met by Isabel. She is personable and likable, both my wife and I felt very comfortable immediately. Joe, the sales manager became involved in the negotiations. My wife and I never felt any pressure to close the deal. We ended up getting the vehicle we wanted for a very reasonable price. He worked out all of the details with John R., and although John had to connect with another dealership to get my new SUV, and he took care of that rather quickly. It was a very smooth process. Eddie Ruggirello is honestly hands down the BEST sales consultant I have ever worked with. I have been leasing vehicles for 13 years now. Unfortunately I have no choice but to change my positive review to a negative one after an unfortunate experience at Lexus of Bridgewater. We had a great encounter with our salesperson, but finance and management really need to do a better job here. I definitely DON'T recommend shopping here, especially when there are so many better Lexus dealerships out there who truly value their customers.... We traveled almost an hour each way to the dealership and were encouraged to purchase before the end of the month, in order to obtain the "special" December to Remember 1.9% APR rate. With no rhyme or reason, or even so much as a second look over, we were denied this rate. My husband and I were confused as we both have extremely high credit and have never once had an issue like this before, but the finance manager quickly ended the conversation and wasn't the least bit interested in discussing it any further. A few weeks later we received a letter in the mail that our application was denied because it was NOT COMPLETE. We called the dealership and the General Manager many times and each time we were told we could not speak with him. The finance manager we originally dealt with was the only individual we could speak with and she had little to no remorse for what had happened. Lexus of Bridgewater does not value their customers. They are a one and done dealership who choose to make a quick deal cheating their customers out of something they deserve instead of making sure they are happy and will come back in the future. In the next couple of months when my husband is ready for an upgrade on his car, I can assure you we will be looking for another dealership. I am not willing to do business somewhere where a "mistake" is made at my expense and the manager of the store isn't even willing to call us back and apologize.

This dealer is the best I ever dealt with. Just got my 3rd Lexus RX 350 in a row. Before I get my new car I always shop around, just in case and every time Ed gives me the deal that nobody else is able to beat. I live in Brooklyn and it takes me a long time to get to this dealer, but it's worth it. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Ed really takes his time to explain everything to you and show all the vehicle features. The dealership was already closed when paperwork was done and I got my new car, but Ed stayed with me for another 40 minutes making sure that I am happy with my new car and have all my questions and concerns addressed. I am really sorry, but I forgot the name of the girl who did all the financial paperwork with me. She is a tall, beautiful blond. She was really friendly and helped me a lot. Richard Watson and the Service Manager is amazing and straight forward with customer service. The maintenance was done and documented. Bridgewater Lexus is the best place to be... A little pricey but again you driving a luxury vehicle.

I brought my wife's 2008 Lexus RX350 in for service (the brakes were pulsing and there was an ominous grrr coming from the driveline somewhere.) When my wife arrived they had a loaner waiting for her. She was back on the road within 20 minutes. Our service writer called me, explained what need to be done, about how much it would cost and gave a spot on estimate for how long the repair would take. A full set of new brakes and calipers (oof) and a bearing had to be replaced. I can't complain, the car has 130K miles. Things have to be replaced. When I picked the the car up, they had the bill ready and our car was ready to go. I know everyone complains about dealer service cost and how much cheaper local shops are, but every time I go to a local shop, I somehow get subpar parts. With the dealer, I know I'm getting factory parts and someone who is accountable for the repair. Thumbs up to Lexus of Bridgewater for excellent service.

We just bought a certified pre-owned 2020 Lexus RX from Eddie R. It was a great experience and we now understand what separates Lexus from other brands. Car buying in the past has proven to be a stressful experience, especially with pushy sales representatives who will say anything to make a buck off of you. All I can say is 5 stars all the way! Scott-Used car Sales Manager went above and beyond to get my Certified ES300H. The process was seamless from beginning to the end. Service is also top notch. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help with anything. If you haven’t tried sales/service you should, you will not be disappointed.

Issac was very helpful and very caring towards me and my family. I inquired on Friday and he automatically sent me an email and contacted my cell. I was looking at multiple dealerships, but Lexus of Bridgewater where he works was the only one that truly reached out and sought care for us. In addition to good prices, there was a very thoughtful environment where he put me and my family first!! 10/10 recommend !! If you are coming here, request Issac and you won’t regret it.

We bought a pristine 2018 NX 300 from Eddie R. on 12/30/20. The process was smooth, not pressured or heckled at all. Joelle was super helpful with the financing and they gave us a really great deal. Sometimes you leave a dealership feeling like you’ve been had, this was not one of those times. I’m so happy we stopped before we went on to the next place.

I would not recommend shopping at Lexus of Bridgewater. We were initially very happy with our purchase- our salesman Bill was very nice, honest and caring. However, it is unfortunate the way management operates at this location and the negative experience we had to deal with. I have been to many dealerships and I can honestly say, being a long term customer at Lexus of Bridgewater is not their top priority. The finance team is set on guiding you in a direction that will benefit them and any questions you throw their way are answered vaguely and quickly to get you to sign the paperwork and walk out the door. We made a really poor decision in trusting that the rest of the process would be as honest and seamless as it initially was but we were met with immediate regret looking over some paperwork a few weeks later and finding out they were dishonest and lied to us about not being eligible for special offers we were eligible for. The dealership was not remorseful, the general manager ignored our phone calls and only when we told them that we would repot it to Lexus, did we receive an offer to drive almost 2 hours round trip, just to come and fix a mistake they made, that almost cost us $2,000. After something like that, you would think that the dealership would at least apologize and offer us something other than what we deserved to walk out the door with on day 1.

Man I have nothing but great things to say about Isaac. He was nothing but fantastic during the whole process of purchasing our Lexus. From beginning to end he was very attentive to everything we wanted with our Lexus. He understood us and didn’t judge by our appearance. He made sure we felt comfortable threw out the whole process. Joel was also amazing at what she did and made the paperwork portion easy and welcoming. She broke down the different add ons and warranties. She was amazing and I would different recommend both Isaac and Joel to any friends and family I know who are interested in a Lexus!!!

This dealership is extremely professional. Alex and Dylan went above and beyond for me. I called in from South Florida for one of their IS500’s. For those of you who don’t know, it has a screaming 5.0 L V8 and are extremely hard to come by. Dylan made himself available all hours of the day and evening for any questions I may have. He was the epitome of professional. I bought this car completely over the phone, sight unseen. Alex, the finance manager, was amazing as well. He made time for Any questions I may have, and explained all finance related items to the T. The whole process from inquiry to delivery took under two weeks. If I ever need a Lexus for my wife, those are the guys I will call.

Totally forgot to write a review for my saleswoman Dawn. She helped me leased a car in 2020 and was phenomenal. Thoroughly professional, patient, and kept to her word. She even fought to help me recoup a fee that was needlessly charged months after the fact. And also as a female buyer, she made me felt heard and understood. 100% recommend.

I had my lexus LC 500 brakes replaced few days ago. Powder coated lugnuts are all damaged .carelessness at its best! . After replacing the brakes / brake oil wasnt even cared for. Needed it to top it off. My oil is low and they didnt care to check it or to inform me. Yes they washed the car with calcium heavy water and that left alot of Hard spot stains. Service manager was a great guy but his techs dont own their work. Just sloppy work overall. My honest 2 cents. Calling lexus coorporate

Like any other dealership mechanics place. They super overcharge for the repair but if you're going for the oil change, recalls or any simple work done. Highly recommend it, then you go and enjoy your free snacks!

My husband and I were searching for months for the right vehicle and kept hitting dead ends. Either the price was not right or the sales associates were not pleasant. He was extremely polite and helpful; and my husband and I drove up to the dealer that afternoon, and left with a new car. John was knowledgeable, and incredibly transparent. Great purchase experience with Eddie R. I drove my 2017 Lexus in and drove back 2021 brand new car, everything done in one visit. He was very accommodating and very efficient. He help me find the right color and model and then we had negotiated several rounds and he discussed with his boss back and forth. After we had a deal, he help me for the paperwork and insurance. All processes done smoothly. He also help me move staff from old car to new car, showed me the new feature. Every detail he made perfect.

ISABEL is top recommended when you go for a car, if you are Spanish (A++) Shes bilingual and worked with me and my family extremely well. After someone crashed into the car we had we were forced to get a new car ASAP. And we did thanks to Isabel, she treated us like family from the moment we walked in. My wife has been driving a 2009 Lexus RX 350 and will only drive a Lexus now. It was time to get her a new Lexus RX 350 and I checked the reviews and saw that Eddie R. was receiving very good reviews so I contacted Eddie. Very glad that I did as Eddie is a very conscientious, hard working guy. He was excellent with following up to my numerous questions as I did 99% of the negotiating/contact via e-mail. I never felt as though I was being pressured or rushed and when it came time to go into the dealership, the closing process was quick and painless. We will definitely go to Eddie for any future Lexus purchases and also recommend him to our friends.

Excellent customer services and easy car buying experience! Just purchased my Lexus NX300 from Mr. John Ratkoski. All I can say is John really made the whole process beyond enjoyable, the explanation of the car was thorough and he paid extra attention even to my subtlest concerns. We lost Tahoe in the flooding from Ida. It was our intention to replace it with another Tahoe, however, throughout our new car search we came across the Lexus GX460. I contacted Lexus of Bridgewater and I had the good fortune of being connected to the sales associate, Eddie R. The following morning when I arrived at the dealership, he had the vehicle all ready for me to test drive. When I explained that I wasn’t sure I liked the car, as I was so used to the size and feel of my old car, he wasn’t pushy at all. We changed our minds a few days later and this time my husband and I visited the dealership. Eddie again was ready with the car we were interested in. He also helped us decide whether the GX or RX model would be a better size choice for us by having us sit in both vehicles, which were side by side, and explaining the features in both. We ultimately leased the GX460 (a process that was also a breeze with the help of Joelle). Before leaving the dealership with our new car, Eddie R explained every feature of the vehicle. He was knowledgeable, kind and patient. He turned the nightmare of losing a car that we absolutely loved, and all the frustration that came with it, into a stress free experience.

Dropped in on a Saturday afternoon just to look and possibly replace my 2009 RX 350. Eddie R was just wonderful. Wanted to show us options and yet was not pushy. Well, you know what happened! We bought a new Lexus and drove off in it that day. Eddie was honest, personable and most importantly, patient. This was a big purchase for us. We were considering going through Costco but Eddie was what made us go with Bridgewater Lexus. His personal service and genuine concern that we were comfortable and happy with our purchase was impressive.

We have been buying autos from this dealership since 1996. Their sales and service departments demonstrate superior customer service. The sales personnel are professional and have a in depth knowledge of the Lexus brand of vehicles. The service department is responsive, well organized and technically proficient. I would not purchase a Lexus vehicle at any other dealership regardless of the price. Excellent professionalism on all levels of personnel.

Overall a wonderful experience purchasing our first Lexus with Isabel. She was clear, concise and transparent throughout the process and delivered everything she promised on time and with a smile. Look forward to buying our next Lexus with her!

My wife received a call from them wanting to buy out her lease. We went in and spoke to Issac. He then took the car to be evaluated by Scott Christian. We received a low ball offer on the cars value. Scott apparently did not look at the car as he did not list the options in the evaluation. I was considering buying a hybrid from this dealer but would not do so now. After receiving the buyout offer, I do not consider them reputable. There are more reputable Lexus dealers around . Also note that in the negative reviews, you get just a canned response. Very impersonal.

Bought my first Lexus ES 350 from Lexus of bridgewater from Shawn and had the best experience. I found my Lexus online and called to be sure it was still available. I drove up from south Jersey and sure enough the car was still there. We made a deal and Shawn put a giant red bow on it which made me cry. Lol. I couldn’t be happier with my car and dealing with Shawn. A great salesman who has the patience of a saint. Lol. Though my plans are to keep this car forever if I was to buy another Lexus I’m calling Shawn first.

We appreciate our salesperson Isabella Garcia for taking us from the beginning (Internet quote) to the final stage of handing us the keys to a new 2020 ES350. Your offer was competitive and seeing Isabella really trying hard won us over. Found out that she is new to sales (but has been working for the dealer for a long time). We are happy to be her early customer, and it was a pleasure to see her eagerness make her customers happy at all cost. She worked hard to get us a more reasonable trade-in value than probably most other dealers (even though we had a better offer from an independent used car buyer, we traded it in considering the convenience of completing the transaction in one-shot.) I also appreciated the finance manager Joely for her flexibility in completing the trade-in transaction even though we were missing a document. It was also great to another salesperson, Al, pitching in to help Isabella to educate us about the new features in the ES350. (nice to see salespeople helping each other, thus breaking the cut-throat stereotype.) One drawback was the financing part taking too long even though we were paying cash. All in all, it was worth our 70 mile (140 mile round trip) from White Plains. We would consider Lexus of Bridgewater in the future. Thanks Isabella, Al and Joely.

Got a great deal from Lexus of Bridgewater. It was all negotiated over phone/email. I was impressed with the responsiveness and knowledge of my salesman Eddie R, who really made the experience enjoyable. I first reached out on a Friday morning, and by Saturday afternoon I was driving off in my new car, which to my surprise was decorated with a giant bow! The sales manager did try some of the typical negotiating tactics on me, but at the end of the day I got the deal I wanted. If you're the type of person that likes to understand the calculation of the deal beyond just the down/monthly payments, be sure to ask for the full dealer disclosure. I had to ask a few times before they showed it to me. Thanks to Eddie R for a great buying experience and the thorough demo of all the fancy new features.
