Rapid Cash was very fast putting money in my hand. Less 15 min. And even faster paying it back less 5 min. Total cost yo payback loan was $113.00. This was reasonable. Its nice to have a place for Rapid Cash if an emergency come up. Thanks ho out to the staff. Thanks

I've been getting loans off & on from the Rockwood location. The customer service has always been friendly even when it's busy. When there's a long line they always acknowledge those of us are standing in line waiting. I always appreciate that. I feel noticed and appreciated and valued. It's a pleasure going to this location.

I've visited this location several times. And each time has been consistent. The employees are efficient and curious until the papers are signed. And after that, no matter what I say in leaving ( thanks, etc) not ONE WORD is said in reply. Building client relationships must have been deleted from the training curriculum in this location.

The payday loan process was quick and easy. They really saved me when I needed the cash to get by. There was practically no waiting and the customer service was superb. I'm very happy with their services and will be returning in the future.

I honestly do not understand the rude attitude from April. She went out of her way to provide the worst customer service, was not clear to details of her job description. Apparently it is too difficult to provide professional service to customers in 2019. If you have other alternatives, take them.

They stayed late to help me get my check cashed. It was only a few minutes past closing but they didn't have to do that but they did. Great staff and reasonable prices. I'd definitely recommend anyone who's struggling getting a small amount loaned to them to try it out.

I have been with Speedy Cash for more than 6 years. I had several identity thief ruin my credit. Every location, including the Tucson branch, are wonderful. Professional and outgoing, especially the bunch at 19th & Northern and 35th & Glendale...where my girl, Zayari is! Thank you so much!

The girl who helped me was beyond disrespectful, Liz I believe is her name, constant eye rolls, doesn’t not at all understand her job, she should probably not speak Spanish to the lady next to her not knowing if her customer understands what she had said, calling a customer a b**** in Spanish is rude and to just keep laughing, I must have missed something. I would not at all recommend this place, or if you do go, DO NOT LET THIS CHILD HELP YOU.

Last time I checked, business hours is 8am-8pm today so there was no need to be rude at 7:30pm when I called in to pay off my loan. Even after several attempts, still was unable to be helped. I guess they ain’t trynah get their money...

Juliann is the best! She worked so fast and was super friendly she even pronounced my name right which no one ever does! Very personable and Nice!
