Best customer service. Every time I come in either they guy with tattoos, Marie , and Jacob always make sure I’m taken care off. You guys have an amazing staff please keeep them around like seriously !!!!

Other pawn shops offered me $65 for my good quality laptop but i told queen of pawns i wanted atleast $100 and they said okay! Theyre great ! Ariel is a great employee!

First time I went I was helped out by a tall guy who was very nice and reasonable with pricing for the items I was trying to sell but wasn’t exactly what I was looking for (the offer was 1700 though). Came back a few days later with the same items and a few more to get a deal done and a different employee helped me out and offered me 1000 for everything which doesn’t really make sense considering the first person offered 1700 for half of the items I brought the first time. Considering this it just seemed like the second guy assumed he could take advantage of me and I would take a low offer unknowingly so I wouldn’t recommend selling unless you’re working with certain employees

I cant say enough GREAT things about this place they are BEST. The entire staff is very helpful and thorough they will do tge best they can at all times whether you are makin a purchase or doing a pawn always ask for Ariel or Cassandra theyy know their stuff
