Great experience here. Found a ring in 18 karat gold for my wife for her birthday. There are two of the stores within about 15 minutes of each other. Very different pawnshops. Nice people, fair prices, very much like a retail experience. Highly recommend.

Just went to Queen of Pawns for the very first time today. I had a really great experience. The customer service is amazing! It's spacious, not cluttered, and they have sooo much nice stuff! Great new place that just opened up in my neighborhood. Brand new building and by far the cleanest pawn shop I've ever been in! Got a great deal buying a used 4K TV. Romeo helped me out with paper work. Lowest pawn prices around.

Went in to the store looking for a very specific charm. At first they didn’t think they had it but when we found it the guys helping me were just as excited as I was. He also set me up with a very reasonable price and I was very pleased with the service and selection of products.

Came to a price we could all agree on. They did all these little extra things that you would NEVER expect at a pawn shop. Really great service, they attend you with their full attention and try to help you to the best of their ability. I went in to pick up my gun that was delivered there, and I needed my drivers license and conceal weapon license. Although, I currently lost my drivers license and they were very understanding and helped me out to get my gun, without needing my drivers license in that moment.

Mauricio and Andrea were awesome. Fast, Friendly, and more than fair. WILL BE BACK. THEY HAVE A GREAT SELECTION OF JEWELT AND WARCHESAS WELL.

I was very impressed with the company. I usually go to the Hillsborough site where everyone greats my husband and I by name and make us feel like family. They are very knowledgeable and take time to answer questions. I was concerned about the location on Fowler but upon turning into the parking lot I found a well maintained lot with ample lighting and space. There are multiple pawn shops in the area but I felt no compunction to visit them. Once inside I found the same degree of friendliness as I was kindly greeted. The assistant Manager Marvin was very gracious and helpful. He took his time to answer my questions and based on those offered suggestions. I was particularly interested in gold and watches. He called over another employee abut my husbands size to demonstrate how the watch would look in comparison to wrist size. It matter quite a bit. With current covid circumstances Marvin was able to work out a plan for my Christmas presents. Way to go Queen of Pawns

He was also extremely kind and personable, which is very comforting when one is experiencing something foreign for the first time.
