    Purchased this 2013 Cadillac ATS at the end of April of this year, 2021. The very next day after purchase, the check engine was illuminated. Only thing the service station did was “reset it” so it wouldn’t show. I’ve been to this service station every month since I’ve gotten this vehicle. Lo and behold, after a new battery, new ignition coils, one oil change—transmission goes! They do not cover rentals so now I am unable to get to work! Haven’t even had this car for 6 full months yet! Never again! I do not recommend this company! They continue to put bandaids and bubble gum on your issues and expect a deductible depending on the “warranty plan” you have with them! Beware! Or just stay away! I’ve learned my lesson and they will see me in court very soon!

    I purchased a car with them back in July of 2021. I had no issues with the car up until about two weeks ago when I needed to get my alternator replaced. Prior to me taking the car to their service center my car was running perfectly fine since I always keep up with the maintenance on it. Ever since my car was returned to me I’ve been running into problem after problem. They did not check my battery after changing my alternator, my A/C started having problems, and my car started over heating. My mom had similar problems after taking her car in for something minor as well. The lady’s who run the office at car center are the rudest people I have ever met in my life for someone who works in the customer service industry. The mechanics either don’t know what they’re doing or are purposely messing with customers cars to have more work done to them in the future. I won’t be taking my car back here for any more work. If you buy a car here don’t even bother getting the warranty because it covers absolutely nothing!!

    By far the worst place to get a car from!!! It’s seem these employees only care about money , not mentioning the customer service here even up to management!!! They need to let go of the whole crew and find someone who’s willing todo their job with a just a little of respect, you pay extra money to get your car service on your weekly payments then when it’s time from your next payment your payments are extremely high …. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone even if it’s your last option don’t come here ….

    I personally wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place, the customer service is terrible! My friends and I came to buy a car and we had to chase an employee down and basically beg them to help us which is by far unprofessional and a waste of my time. We were standing there for over an hour before someone came up to us and he didn’t answer any of our questions that were asked and after we told him we found a car in the back he didn’t come with us to assist us rather he went to another customer.

    They performed me a hard inquiry without even showing me the car and they lied to me saying it was a soft credit check but it dropped my credit by 12 points. Then they made me wait for an hour while the manager checked the documents. I ended up buying at a different place with better rates.

    This is by far the WORST place I have EVER dealt with. These people take full advantage of people that need a vehicle, but have less that perfect credit. You are at their mercy. The customer service is beyond HORRIBLE!!! The person in the collection office is RUDE, CONDESCENDING and IMPATIENT! She is automatically DEFENSIVE, and talks over you, doesn't let you get a word in edgewise. When you snap back at her, she gets a serious attitude. And don't ask ANY of them to repeat a statement due to my not understanding them due to their accent!!! They act as if you committed a crime! I can not wait for this nightmare to end!!! Customer Service Training is needed here! It's not always what you say but how you say it. I pray the collector lady is never in my situation. If she does fall into financial issues, I wish her a better person than she was to me. With that being said, I do not recommend this place...

    This is one of the worst places to finance. DO NOT FINCE WITH CAR CREDIT. They will patronize and not be professional. The interest rate is EXTREMELY HIGH. when you ask questions to teach other people, they don't know how how to use professional words to describe the finance process correctly.

    I purchased a car from these people about a little over a week ago (William was my sale person) and the car has been in the mechanics ever since! Not even a day after driving off the lot the speedometer stopped working and my brakes were making a ear wrenching noise... they agreed to fix these issues at THEIR on site mechanic shop & if I could give both of these areas zero stars it would more accurately represent my experience with this dealership... the mechanics have given me my car back 3 times claiming they’ve fixed the issue to no avail. My car is currently still in their mechanic shop as i type this and they have given me no update on when I should expect it to be done... horrible customer service. If you want a hassle free car buying experience take your hard earned money else where! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY ARE NOT HONEST.

    This is one of the most unprofessional uneducated car dealership it’s always a problem to make a payment to get car service I regret with passion purchasing a vehicle here I do not recommend at all if is between walking or buying a car here I rather walk for the rest of my life this place changes my mood when I go in person or over the phone I promise you better of going to a real dealership don’t be afraid you will get a better deal they take a vantage of you like if u are ilegal and have no way to protect your self please stay away if I could give -rating I would I hate using the word hate but this place here takes all the hate a human being can have in them 1000% for sure

    Today we get the best experience with yosh quinones the day we came in he was very kind and help us even when he was already going home. Next day he was ready with all the documents we needed and also he help us to find the right car. He was very nice all the time and give us options so we can take the best deal.     For a first time buyer at 19 years old I suggest coming here to find a good reliable first car. Try to find Yosue Quinones he helped me find a truck that would last me years. He found a solution to monthly payments and what I had to put down with my current financial situation. He’s good to work with and understanding in what car you would want to leave in.

    Found a cheap used car for sale and took a Lyft to look at it. When my wife and I arrived, the car had a flat tire and the ac didn’t work. It wasn’t stated in their online ad. Looked at another car and asked what their best price was on a 2001 Acura suv they just got in on a trade in that was listed for $2488 with 210,000 miles and bald tires. Tony went and and spoke to his manager for their price for us and the Hispanic female manager called us Gringos and the price jumped up to $3500 after their fees. Don’t shop here. They lure you in with cars they do nothing to (they don’t fix anything!) and try and get you to spend more money. DONT WASTER YOUR TIME PEOPLE.SCAM ARTISTS!!

    first of all, I would like to give car credit their props on selling me an awesome driving & handling 2015 Ford Fusion SE which I purchased the end of 2019. I seen a couple of flaws inside & out as an over spray on the windshield that I'm assuming is from a paint job that was done to it but it was a little grainy. I noticed that the interior seats weren't the original & the backseat wasn't completely attached, also there were some nicks on the leather interior but I'm overall pleased with the way the car drives because I really wanted a Fusion after experiencing a couple of co-workers Fusion. my negative experience was my first & last one I hope & pray with car credit, is that I had an appointment on March 2nd which I had to wait a little over a week and a half for from when I had called on February 21st but the appointment was for an oil change in which the light indicated that an oil change was required because there was no date on the sticker in the upper left-hand corner of the windshield. I put on the service request form that I needed an oil change and also that I noticed a clunk noise coming from the right rear brakes and also a squealing plus I put on the service request form that the RPM cluster was acting up and a few days before I came to the shop it was stalling at a street light but they put that they changed the oil but couldn't get the light off because the machines at their shop wasn't strong enough and that the brakes seem fine at this time and that the car seem to be running fine at the time so I don't know if it was a matter of not wanting to put the work into the car which it was and it is under a warranty but I just left as is without feeling that I had got a fair shake. I didn't want to raise hell at that time of morning even though they kept me there almost two and 1/2 hours just to change the oil and to write that on the paper. I feel that they don't really want to bother with the maintenance on the cars with the warranty because it will be like giving away too much I suppose if they had to replace the brakes and rotors and clean the manifold or what have you so with that being said I'll just continue to make my payments and hopefully get better results by taking it to the dealership itself. respectfully, customer.

    Be warned if you buy from these people. They definitely have unethical practices. They are your typical “buy here pay here” car lot. This means you will have to put a large amount down and then make bi-weekly payments. If you’re in a bad spot or have little or no credit this may be an option for you. My wife and I bought a vehicle from here 2 years ago and have since paid it off. At the time we were recovering from a financial hardship and we were looking to “reward” ourselves with a new vehicle. We purchased a 2011 Chrysler van, we put $5k down. As for the vehicle it was fine, I made sure to perform a through check and carfax before purchase. We have not had any major issues with the vehicle. About a year into the loan I was transferred out of state for my job and because of this my pay schedule changed. I called and spoke to the infamous Soledad, She began telling me I wasn’t allowed to move without permission from them and that they were not going to move my payment date. She is a very rude person who has probably never experienced love or affection. So for the next year I intentionally paid my payment a week late, like clockwork she would call leaving terrible voice messages and it was really entertaining seeing her “bulldog” come out. So know if you buy here you will to deal with Soledad the heartless enforcer who is the way she is because she lives alone with a house full of cats and nobody to love. Overall, I wouldn’t buy from here again. Mainly because my financial situation is much better than it was a couple years ago. If you do buy from here just know that these people are loan sharks and they are looking for any reason possible that allows them to repo your vehicle so that they turn around and sell it again. Do your homework and explore all options before buying here. P.S. Soledad I miss hearing your ruthless voice, please call me sometime!

    It does not give me the option to give no stars or I would!!!! After having my car for 3 weeks the check engine light came on and the car started having issues. I brought it in and they said I needed a new thermostat. After the part was ordered and came in I brought the car in. Mind you it is a 2014 Mercedes. I saw them using electric tape on air tubing and it took over 4 hours to get this done. Let’s add the a/c was not working in the waiting room and it was reading 90 degrees when I brought it up they said it is set to 50 and there’s nothing they can do. The service department has no respect for their customers. Especially the blonde.....she is very rude!! If I would have known this is the type of service they offer with the 2 year maintenance I would have thought twice about buying a car from here. DONT DO IT!!!! May I add they make you write a good google review before you can leave with your car. Lmfao what a joke!!!!!

    Emailed and called before I came. Was told that the car is here. Got there in 15 minutes and the car wasn't there. Was told my manager said if I got started on the paperwork they would bring the car back that by the way was sent to the other lot to be sold to another customer. Still not sure how that car was going to be brought back if it was sold. I hadn't even seen or drove the car yet and you want me to start on paperwork? After being pushed into tell them how much money I could put down, I told them I had 90% of the cost of the car down(I just sold my car). Was then told about the fine print that the prices on the website was minus $3000 so the price listed was assuming you are putting a $3000 down payment. Desceptive at the least. Was also told that the price would change and that it's on a scale that moves up or down. Probably good that I didn't buy from them they weren't even smart enough to realize that I was going to be a cash buyer and let cash walk out the door no risk and just let me walk.

    We came to get our car here because we didn't have any credit and their credit reporting helped tremendously!!! The staff was super attentive and friendly. I recommend anyone here who needs help establishing credit and needs a car. I also loved the selection of cars they have, we were able to walk out with a luxury car that would've cost us an arm and a leg at a name brand car dealership.

    Spent an entire day going over vehicles and agreeing on a down payment. Terms were written up and agreed on. Last second they came back and asked for another $1000.00 to go with down payment. They just changed the terms after writing up a purchase agreement. You select a car, they give you a down payment, you agree and they ask for more . Shady business practices. Stay away.

    ALWAYS READ THE CONTRACT!! THESE PEOPLE ARE SNEAKY THIEVES!!Worst experience ever! Seller and manager chooses the car for you.because you don't have budget enough to afford the one you want. Inventory filthy they don't have any employee to wash the car that they are selling to you. They tried trick us out hiding us the contact without letting us read the real numbers.we were lucky enough to bust them before it was too late. We still have the managers face in our heads when she had to return us our down payment money. To the manager my message is don't be fooled by the appearance of the clients, lots of people these days are very educated enough to read and refuse a bad deal like car credit offers.

    The worst dealer in the world, Don't buy a car from here, Don't even think about it. My girlfriend bought a car from them, 3 weeks the car broke down, took the car in they “Fix” it. Ok 2 weeks later again car broke down mind you it was a kind of new car was not OLD, still kept braking down, They don't care about you they just want the sale. Go some where else don't buy from this dealer at all. In top of that there payment are crazy every 2 weeks. Don’t do it to your self

    I wouldn’t recommend this B.S of a company to nobody. Got a vehicle a week over a month ago and had to take the vehicle back for repair issues 2 to 3 times. Saturday the caliper on the driver side started locking up causing smoke to come from the brakes and was told by the service department to bring the vehicle in the next day, which is always the case when it comes to repairing vehicles and I finally got fed up with it. When I call to inquire about a refund I was told the financial manager out of town and that they will be unable to help me so if I decide to give the vehicle back I lose my deposit and two payments already made on the vehicle which is BULLSHIT.

    We pay our monthly payment in halves. It was two days late and the company came to get our car. Somebody was outside so they caught him doing it. We asked why and he said it was because our payment was late, mind you, it was half of the payment that was two days late. We went up to the shop and were told you had to wait 48 hours and went back after 48 hours and they wouldn’t give us our car back. We were told we had to pay the total amount left which is supposed to be 3,000 because it ends in March. They charged us 5,000 more than that and now have to pay 8,000 on one payment just to get it back

    If i could give this place 0 stars that's what they would get. this place is the worst ever car dealership available to anyone. I purchased a vehicle and this whole year since i have had my car i have more mechanical problems than any car i have ever owned in my life. and i have owned over 40 cars. The service department is a joke. i literally took my car to a mechanic and got a list of stuff that needed done to my vehicle. i took them this list and they said that my car was fine. and continue to rip people off by over charging them. The finance department is a joke as well. and the entire management should be fired for negligence. RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

    Saw a good looking car online. Flew down from Chicago to visit family and looked (or at least tried to.) But the address on the website was wrong and I was told when I got there there, the car was at a location forty minutes away. After that, the sales associate had the decency to tell me that the car I had really been looking for was going to be an extra 3,000 dollars because of sales fees!! Unbelievable that a company would think about not putting that in a description or here’s an idea in the sale price. Horrible marketing and irresponsible sales team. If you wanna get the real price look in the details because they don’t have the decency to say it up front.

    If I could give this business a zero star I would. I bought a 2016 Ford Explorer limited back in February after 2 weeks of getting vehicle my car shut off I brought it to the dealership in Tampa and they reset the whole thing so they did not have to replace the module. Prior to me bringing the vehicle I brought it to an actual dealer ship of ford who stated the module needed to be replaced. I brought all diagnostics to the car credit mechanic office showed the report and was called 2 days later t saying there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. Victoria is a rude person and has no customer skills what so ever she should not be working in customer service that has to deal with customers all day.

    Wow!! This place is awesome, and the staff is professional and super nice. I got a great deal on a beautiful car. Miraliz (sales clerk)she was the first one to welcome me and my husband. She was above and beyond along with Mrs Jenny and all the staff THANK U CAR CREDIT!!!! 🙌 It was fast easy and so worth it !!!

    I’m sorry but this place is an absolute disgrace how they treat their customers. It’s my opinion that This is not a true dealership. I bought a large SUV from here. The truck appeared nice and I felt it was a good deal. Fast forward 9 months I have had my roof leakage repaired, water drained from the passenger doors, and the engine light keeps coming on. I have a warranty so I take the truck here to get fixed mostly by appointment only because they seem to be booked all the time ( a possible red flag). I expect at least they can loan you a car or some transportation while you wait or even charge a small fee to rent one of theirs as a win win situation but no you are stuck without a vehicle until they get to you. I had gone through some medical issues and legal issues and was late on making a payment. My payments are due every two weeks. They basically held my truck hostage because I couldn’t pay on time. I know it is a business and they want their money but they do get paid by me consistently so I’m upset that they couldn’t at least let me get the truck and make a double payment on my very next check ? Not only do I go without a car until they “ fit me in” but they couldn’t allow me my car back as a courtesy? Technically at the time they held my truck hostage I was 8 days late and would make 2 payments before the due date of the next payment. Now mind you they have my card information on file. They could have automatically debited my card for payment arrangement. My credit history shows I pay off all cars I buy with great payment history so they couldn’t help me out? This is because they say they have no grace period. So no grace period has to = no good customer service as well? I will never buy from here again. I’m not making any excuses I know I was late but also stating facts that life happens and they don’t care for their customers. I believe they could have let me get the vehicle ; it would have only been a 4 day wait. Boy I wish I could make my payments in all pennies from now on and let them see how it feels to be treated badly. If you are considering this place, you might want to run away and go to a real dealership who cares about the customer and will not leave you stranded and burn bridges.

    I have purchased a car from this location about 2 years ago .Ever since my initial purchase I have been dissatisfied with the services of this business. My credit card information was STOLEN and used by an employee there . After the employee was found guilty of stealing my info to open some crazy account they fired him. Ive called about 5 times in a year and a half to get my car serviced under the warranty but for some reason they are too busy to run the maintenance that I am paying for. If you are READING THIS PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY A CAR....

    The worst service ever after they received my money. They said they report payments to the credit bureau to help with your credit and they don’t. They had a special posted on line that you get 500$ off your down payment. They did live up to that. I was told it would be applied but never was. I was also told that it was fake and not to worry. These people only want your money. I would recommend for you run.

    If you’re looking for a CAR DO NOT go to Car Credit they are bad communication And all the workers are Spanish to act like they can’t help you they treat you like you don’t know nothing and if you miss one payment they want to repo your car other place or not like that they are the worst car lot ever and they want you to put more down payment on a car that don’t worth that much to pay for yes they have a nice car but they are ridiculous pricing for a use car for a used car you can go to a new car lot for the price that they got and better customer service better pricing and better down payment on a car so Car Credit is not for me once I pay off my car I no longer want nothing to do the car lot again

    I bought my car from this place for the first time and I had a great experience apart from having to wait a little long my car sales man Yosue Quiñónez made sure we were okay and we got the best car/deal. Amazing thing about it is if you have money to give they don't go by credit at all so if you're in need of a car and have money to give down this is your best shot. And they have great cars in great conditions. I would recommend 100%.

    This is the WORST car place. The Hispanic lady in the payment office ia rude and doesn’t know what she is talking about. They won’t report to your credit line! Don’t go here !

    Oh lord, bad service comparing to the market value, high prices, poor used vehicles condition, rude and unprofessional staff. Just bought a car, 1 days ago. Drove it around and everything seemed fine. When I got home the check engine light came on and the staff at automas cars & service didn't seem to care. They got their commission, so now they don't care.

    Man i wish i could give this place a -5 star , I have financed several cars in my life time and i have never experienced people so rude in my entire life. They never work with you if you are in tight spot , the ladies talk to you as if you are beneath them. Several times i have had someone raise their voice at me , call me irresponsible or other disrespectful things. Ive had the car sense February and i have been doing nothing but trying to get out of this car just so i never have to deal with them again. They are in desperate need of a faculty change. I make my payments every month and am always in communication but im to the point where i might even do a voluntary repo just to get out of the nightmare that is there staff !

    Poor customers service. Got my car last month. 2weeks ago I have been having issues with the tires. And now they’re changing the tires and making me pay for it. Wanted to speak to a manager and they just passed me back to the person I talked to. I don’t know anything about car so I didn’t got everything checked before purchasing it. I just regret getting my car here. 1month since I got the car and now I’m having issues with it. I couldn’t go to work today because of this. Last week I came to have the tires checked and they told me there was nothing wrong with it. And now I’m here paying for 2 tires to be changed. People explain to u in a rude manner. Been waiting here for hours and the waiting are isn’t air conditioned. If ur looking for a car don’t waste ur time here. This place is no good!

    This place is terrible ! I had to take my car to get a new car seat because the old one was not attached. Made me wait two weeks to get my back car seat “fixed” and they told me to come at 11 today. Turns out they didn’t even have it fixed yet and the new seat they ordered didn’t even fit. I dont know why they wasted my time today telling me something was ready to take home when it wasn’t. They said it was okay to take the car home today but why would I take it if my own baby can’t even sit in the back?! Then the manager named Victoria said “Oh we didn’t know you had a baby” regardless if I have a kid or not don’t just tell me to drive an hour and a half back home with a car that didn’t get fixed. I missed work to pick up my car and now who knows how long I have to wait. They need better communication skills.

    The worst place to buy a vehicle. Soledad is the name. She is in charge of the accounts and is not professional when you call, she always disrespects clients and they are never friendly, they are not humanitarian at all. I am very disappointed especially with that lady who has no education or respect for anyone. don't spend your money buying cars in that place they are opportunists.

    They are the worst! Purchase a car and in the first month my Ac went out! They told me I would have to pay to get it fixed! I dropped $4,000 on that car for them to come take it a year later around TAX time! The repoed my car for being 2 days late and now trying to charge me the full amount of my car which I can but refuse to pay. Also take a look at your interest rate they are robbing people I payed more towards intrest than towards my car. If u have ANY PROBLEMS WITH YOUR CONTRACT OR NOT SURE FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FLORIDA OFFICE OF FINANCIAL REGULATIONS!
