    I have bought 5 homes in my life and I must say that dealing with Lee Midkiff at the Tampa Bay Federal Credit Union was the best I have ever encountered so far! The process was the smoothest and fastest that I have ever had buying a home. Normally you are back and forth with underwriting many times giving additional info etc. but not with Lee! He asked for everything necessary upfront and it was a perfect transaction. Hats off to Annette also she did an outstanding job too. I definitely would highly recommend Lee and the Tampa Bay Federal Credit Union for all of your real estate needs!

    Eduardo and Annette with Tampa Bay Federal Credit Union assisted us in refinancing our home in a difficult credit situation. The process was easy, I responded to their every request immediately and they were able to close quickly. I truly felt that TBFCU cared about our situation when every other company just said "Sorry can't help you". Eduardo stepped up and went above and beyond to take care of us. Eduardo's communication was flawless and was always available at anytime through a simple text. I highly recommend TBFCU and Eduardo for any of your mortgage needs.     Worst customer service experience ever! I waited in line to talk to a human. Then, said human listened to my request and walked me over to an atm screen to talk with a remote teller. Remote teller said human was wrong and they couldn’t process my request. Went back to human line, then sent to a different telephone remote screen, where I was told again, my request could not be completed. Called my normal credit union in parking lot to help, and no one would answer the phone inside. Terrible!!! I hope this isn’t the future of customer service!

    This credit Union told me I had no insurance on my motorcycle loan. Received several letter and supplied insurance information each time. 7 months later I received a bill. For $3700 saying they have been paying for insurance on my motorcycle to protect there investment. Called again had my insurance company send them my policy. Called back they zeroed out $3700 bill. But marked my credit report late payment for 7 months. My 803 credit score was down to 640 and they would not reverse and I have a letter from them stating I have been insured and owed no money. It took 1&1/2 years to get my score back to 805.

    My fiancée and I went in to meet with Bernadina Folz today! She was extremely professional, while keeping it fun to sit through opening an account and discussing loan options. She is very knowledgeable and will do anything in her power to help you walk out a happy and completely satisfied customer. It is safe to say that we will be doing all future transactions with her (well worth the hour drive)! We know our financial future is in good hands thanks to Bernadina and TBFCU!! As a customer service training manager for many years, I can say that she is a keeper and deserves a promotion!

    This location has the worst customer service. And if you need to see a team member inside this branch, grab a ham sandwich because you will be waiting for at least an hour before your name is called. No one there has no sense of urgency regardless of how many people are waiting in the lobby.

    I have been with Tampa Bay Federal with my car loan since 2014. Brian and his crew in collections are the BEST thing there! (No, my account has never been in collections.) I moved back home to SC in October. I paid my last car payment at the end of January. I spoke with Socrates after paying my car off asking how I will receive my title. He stated that an electronic copy of my title will be emailed to me from the company they use. Please tell me why the lien on my car was STILL on my car as of March 2!!??!?!?!??!!!!! And I still have no title. I had to call to get the lien taken off THIS month!!! I get a email from VinTek, the company that deals with the title according to Tessa, that states if I live outside of the state of Florida, they will send me the title. The address on the email is from over six years ago!! I have kept my address up to date since I started with Tampa Bay. I called last Friday and spoke with Elizabeth to whom I forwarded the email to. In the email, it states that they will mail your title if you live out of state. Where is it?!! Tessa from Tampa Bay Federal calls me a few moments ago and states the email is wrong, “it is a general email sent out” and they will not be mailing my title. I’m lost. So your emails are not correct? You are sending out inaccurate information???? I never received the title as Socrates stated. I sent three emails and NO response from the associate. I clarified what he stated twice before getting off the phone. Terrible TERRIBLE service. I will never recommend this company.

    I'll keep this short I was referred over to Mr. Lee Midkiff for our mortgage needs. After a brief conversation with him we went ahead and had him handle our loan. He even gave us his cell number and answered evey time we called with a question. Needless to say this has been the smoothest loan process I have ever had in my lifetime. There was no back and forth with documents or proof of this and that, just a straight forward approach to getting a mortgage loan. I have dealt with several mortgage companies in the past and have always anticipated the I need your last pay stub or another bank statement, etc. just prior to closing not this time. Thank you Lee and your associates for really standing out during this process and making home buying a pleasurable experience and not an exhausting one!

    Arelys has been the most patient, and understanding manager that we have dealt since Vanessa left. She answered every question, shared her concerns, and then proceeded to assist us in answering the concerns in the most appropriate way. I have worked with many managers at this location, and while I was sad to see Vanessa move to a different location, it was a pleasant experience working with Arelys. I don't believe we could have gotten this type of experience at a bigger, corporate bank. I love our TBFCU!!!!!

    Outstanding experience!!! with Lee Midkiff Mortgage Loan originator........I applied for a HELOC and was in a hurry to get it processed and closed and Lee went above and beyond to get it completed and funded very quickly. Lee always kept me updated through the entire process, so I knew what to expect. He is extremely professional and detailed oriented, and I would highly recommend to family and friends!
