I Usually don’t do this however this isn’t the first time this branch have upset me. And today made it even worst. This branch sucks. Just like them I work. So I will get to the bank close to 5every day. They are more worried about the time than the customer. The customers don’t come first at all. And I am very disappointed. I have banked with suncoast to long to be treated like this. I felt rushed from the time I walked in the door, until I left. More than once and it has to stop. I now understand why people are leaving Suncoast.

Love coming into this bank. I always get great service from the team and their leadership. Had a small issue Caleb helped me work through. Really appreciate him being patient with me. Thanks!

This location has by far the best customer service. Christian helped me with my loan today and his smile and warmness made my experience that much better. I love banking at suncoast and even though I hadn't had to go to a branch in a long time, this reminded me of why I continue to bank with them!

Stay far away from this credit union. 70 days after purchasing a vehicle and getting Suncoast financing they have finally finished processing and I can make a payment. I wasted over 10 hours on the phone w these ppl over that timeframe. Inaccurate and contradictory info, reps that are more concerned with talking over you and power trips than actually assisting. Managers that don’t call you back. Reps that don’t leave notes. Standard 30-40 minute hold time to speak to a loan rep. Reps are rude as hell, confrontational snd are more concerned with being the authority than doing their job. Seriously. There are other places to get financing. Avoid this crummy place at all costs……Update. I was approved for the vehicle loan at 2.25% and I just checked the website after making the 1st payment and it’s showing 8.5. Confirmed after wasting yet another hour of my life on the phone with a rep. Of course no manager was available. So after the 4th of July holiday I’m getting a lawyer and I’m contacting anyone and everyone that I can. I will say it again, this is the worst financial institution I have ever dealt with and that’s saying a lot. Do you notice that the good reviews they have are all one and two sentences and typically mention a branch rep? Again, do the math prospective customers. This place is an absolute nightmare. At least a 30 minute hold time, then they have difficulty asking you relevant verification questions, then you get power happy uncooperative reps who are more concerned with the authority they have over a phone than assisting you. No one tells the truth, apathy and excuses, nothing gets accomplished and they never call you back. After today it’s going legal. I have signed contracts with a 2.25. I have recorded phone call when we did the application and now they are telling me it’s an 8.5%. I’ve had the car for 4 months. Absolutely unreal. Please please please trust me, tell your friends, tell your neighbors, do business elsewhere. This place will bring you nothing but stress and irritation.

I can say that in all my years of banking, I have never had a negative experience at Suncoast Credit Union! Keep up the good work!!

Came in yesterday for a loan… Alexis was amazing, she was so knowledgeable about everything… Felt like i was talking to someone ive known for years!! Thanks Alexis!

I really just want to say Alexis is a God sent. She helped my family get a new car loan and account. We were in and out within 1 hour!! And she kept us entertained the whole!! This girl is funny!! She had us laughing the whole time!! Thank you!!

There are no words to express my appreciation with how I was helped last Friday. I came in with an issue, and Suncoast truly helped me out. What made it more special was the fact that Ms. Alexis had initially helped me and then I made her job harder, but she was gracious when helping me, even though I know it was frustrating for her. What made me write this review (even more than a week later) was Caleb. He was sincerely invested in helping me, and I rarely see that anymore. Thank you again Caleb, there are no words to express just how much you helped me.

Alexis is literally the best associate you could ever run into, the whole time was like hanging out with a friend, most friendly bank experience Ive ever had!!

I've been a suncoast member for years and never have I been let down like I have at this place. so I went in for a printed debt it card, gives me a ATM card, can't be used to pay gas and doesn't even work at non-suncoast ATMs, even Wawa which they said is accepted. Got stranded on the way home after an emergency 14hr work day. Really considering changing banks. And then when I finally make it to their ATM they want to charge me money????

Excited to be a new member at Suncoast! Christian helped me open my account and answered all questions I had with the utmost kindess. I'll go back and see him for sure :)

Do not bank with this bank. They pull from your accounts before time and then refuse to pay overdraft fees that this incurs. They take money beforehand and refuse to return money to your account. Do not bank with them go to navy federal or regions instead
