A five star experience indeed. I recently redeemed my silver jewelry for the first time ever at this location, I’m actually new to Tampa, but It was a rather positive experience. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful both over the phone and in person, Jamal in particular as he was then person whom was helping me at the time of picking up my jewelry. Anyways, after I redeemed my jewelry the staff even offered to clean my chains and rings with no additional cost. What with the helpful and friendly service, great selection, fair prices on both ends, and the free cleaning service I was quite impressed. A definite stop for those whom enjoy shopping at or using the services of your local friendly pawn shop. I wish anyone who may read this a blessed day, aloha.

The guys here on 40th are the greatest. The staffing here has the best personality. They go above and beyond to make sure there customers are well taken care of. Hands down greatest group of guys, wish I could give more than 5 stars!

amazing staff the three guys that worked tonight were fantastic they were sooo busy yet still , made everyone feel as if they were they were the only person in the store. they helped me find the perfect gift for my sweet heart of 30 years its as i was in the presence of family, i absolutely recommend coming to this store ,and this store only it is absolutely the best value pawn in the state. from cleanliness to customer service there isn't one place that can beat these guys.

Jamal was wonderful. He was so helpful and friendly. Our whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. We laughed, joked and smiled through the whole process. He met all of our needs, and helped us find the perfect necklace. He was exceptional. Value Pawn is a great place to go to find all kinds of stuff. I go there to buy jewelry. They have the a vast variety of items at killer prices. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There's no high pressure sales at this place. They make you feel welcome and appreciated. I've bought rings, chains, and pendents. This location in particular is one of my favorite, clean, well lit, friendly, helpful staff, whether you are looking for a hidden treasure, or need to get some extra cash for your stuff, this is the place to go!

This value pawn has it all. If you are looking to pick up a great gift at an even better price this is the place to go. If you require some cash they will always give you a fair price for your goods. The staff is consistently friendly all the way to the top. I would drive an extra hour just to come to this pawn shop over any other.

Elijah is the best he really helped me this holiday . Any time I walk in he greets me and helps with anything 😌 never just turns me away like other stores. This is the place to go when you really need help.

Definitely the best pawn shop experience so far. I came because I needed money and I had a piece of jewelry I wanted to temporarily exchange for some money. Usually pawn shops try to give me a super low offer of cash like 55-70% less than what the item is worth. But value pawn gave me a super good cash back. And really nice and helpful staff upfront with great attitude just good vibes overall.

Best value pawn around. Consistently has the best supply and Elijah always gives me the best prices for my stuff. Nobody else comes close to value pawn especially with Elijah. I would come here over any other shop even if it’s further away.

Well when I came in I was not expecting to get anything today.
