We came in this morning for some last minute Christmas needs and the guys were so helpful! Didn’t catch their names but I will definitely be coming back there because of the experience they provided.

Owner is a strapping young man, I love his beard and fanny pack. Always takes care of me when I come in and has the lowest prices in town. Excellent service and low prices keeps me wanting more. Employees are kind an experienced as well. Chad makes me giggle and Ryan is just a sweetheart! Sweetheart 😘💕💕💕💕

Fair & Honest people. Great to deal with, whether buying or selling. Great deals on 14kg items. Fair market price, not jacked up like other places 😎 The only reason I gave 4 stars is that they do not include diamonds or other stones in the price of your pawn. But they did recommend Value Pawn. The other Pawn shop is just a few blocks down the street, and they also gave me a fair price. Most Pawn shops want to hog your business, not share info on other places. I really thought that was a great move on their part. KUDOS to East Tampa Pawn 😁 I will definately go Back again and again !!

Cool store, good dudes ... they are fair when it comes to buying/selling. Staff is knowledgeable on weapons and jewelry.

Edit: 9/2020 after multiple times doing business with the owner & never one bad experience I went again recently. I began a transaction over the phone & while on hold I got another call I needed to take. I immediately called back and apologized but the guy seemed mad. I brushed it off as a misunderstanding and drove there because he said yes come in and agreed. I began my transaction at the counter and the guy accused me of being rude to his buddy on the phone. He struggled with my item so I offered to assist to show him how it worked. He bit back he knew what to do since he was a kid he was experienced. I explained I had to hang up because my Daughter was sick but I apologized when I called back. He just acted more rude. He even identified himself as the Son of the Owner, because I inquired if the store was under new ownership because I had never experienced poor customer service there. Chuck you are definitely missed at your store. I hope you have interior camereas with sound so you can see and hear how your customers are treated when you are not there. I gave grace after the phone call & drove there because I would rather support a family owned business but not anymore. Your Son told me he didn't want to do business with me. So I went to Value Pawn. Walked in and there was no poor customer service experience. Prior visits 2018-2019 This Pawn Shop has some awesome deals & the owner and employees are so sweet. Worth the drive to skip the other pawn shops if your looking for a great deal and great customer service.

Dealing with these folks is literally a great experience. Very smooth and straight forward process. Chuck the owner is a very nice and understanding family guy. He would help you out as best as he can - no doubt.. If you're looking to Pawn some of your property look no further folks, this is the place. Best.

I have been (frequently) using ETP&G since 2014 and I will never go anywhere else. This is not a "Pawn Shop". This is a family owned business that helps people out when in need. I have been treated like family since the very first day I walked in there. Even if you're not pawning anything, they have the best deals on everything. I've bought watches, Jewelry, Stereo systems, TVs and tools. I do not know any of the employees outside of the shop. I am a very real customer and ETP&G is one of the very few places I would take the time to write a review for. Truly a 5 star business. Don't go anywhere else, unless you want to get ripped off. Thanks for almost 5 years of great service guys! I truly appreciate you!!!
