While it was hard to get appointments during the height of the pandemic, we have been there multiple times and it is always well run, efficient and the staff is very helpful and supportive. They are great, especially when we're testing young children who aren't happy to be there at all! Plus I love getting results the same day so we can make the appropriate plans and feel confident.

This place is the best!! The staff are courteous, friendly and helpful, and their instructions are crystal clear as day. I've had over 10 COVID tests done for travel/exposure and the process has been the same since the beginning of the pandemic. Highly recommend this place and can't say enough good things about them! Keep up the great work guys!

Easy and pleasant experience. My husband, my 2y/o toddler and I went for Covid pcr and rapid testing this morning. We walked around back, without an appointment, and were greeted with a pleasant explanation of the process. The staff person who tested my toddler was fast and made the testing tolerable. We all were back in the car about 15 minutes after arrival. I’d definitely recommend this location.

I went here for a COVID test in Feb 2022. The test was fine. I received a bill for the test. They coded the test as a new patient visit. I followed up with billing. They refused to change the coding. I followed up with a patient advocacy group. Their billing office has refused to return calls and does not ever answer the phone. I am now reporting this as fraud. STAY AWAY.

Always a good experience when we come here for COVID testing. The process is quick, getting results is easy, and the staff is pleasant and professional. I especially appreciate our PCR results consistently coming in same day.

The testing process was quick and efficient. Both the rapid antigen and the PCR are same day results, which is good for travel or needed reassurance. Travel testing is now out of pocket because they no longer accept insurance, so be prepared to pay $75 (Antigen) or $125 (PCR). The testing facility is outside in the back of the building, which definitely reduced my anxiety about germs in enclosed places. The entire staff was helpful and patient. It was an overall great experience.

Since the beginning of the COVID mess I've been to Quality First in Burtonsville 5 times. Each time the process has been smooth, couldn't be easier, really. First time in the height of it we waited in line in our car, but no longer. The staff has been pleasant and professional. Each time I've been tested quickly and without much fuss, and each time I've received my results quickly and without incident. Great service, highly recommend.

The testing area is around the back of the building. It's outside, under a tent, so I felt very safe. It's well-organized and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I love this location. The process is efficient and appointments are plentiful. The medical team is knowledgeable and helpful. The results come back very quickly which is the whole point to prevent the spread of this scourge.

Walked in, did the PCR test. It was quite the opposite of other nasal assaults I've experienced before. Received my results within the hour. Highly recommend!

Everyone was very nice. The only thing I would change is that you need a sign for the entrance of the outside facility. It was kind of confusing. Other than that, it's all good.

This is wonderful, safe service to the community. Very well staffed with pleasant, helpful, professional people. It’s nice to have an outdoor testing site, even during snowy, cold weather. One of the staff members was even spreading salt on the walkway. I would advise bringing your own pen if it’s cold since pens kept freezing up. There were many measures in place to provide a safe testing site - distancing, masking, single use pens, It’s one of the few places that offer same/day result PCR tests

We come here frequently to have our covid tests performed. The staff is always friendly and efficient. We have never had to wait and results come back quickly. Testers are fantastic with children and love that it is all done outdoors.

I have been coming to test at this place throughout the duration of the pandemic. They are quick, and even times where cases have spiked and they are in a higher demand for testing -- they still deliver results quickly. This January was my first time of not having the same prior convenient walk-in privilege. Due to this I would check the website if you do not have a standing appt to see if they are taking walk-ins for the day. For my appt today I scheduled it a week ago in late December & they book up fast.

Had an appointment and still had to wait in the long line to get tested and when I approached the tent I was told it was “too bad” that I didn’t hear them when they called for appointments to get into the tent to get tested. My appointment was at 8:20 I arrived at 8:05 and am still waiting in line at 8:55. They pick and choose when they honor appointments. Once I got to the tent I was attended to quickly and the people who assisted me were nice. Also, website claims by appointment only but it is not true. Walk-ins are accepted so just show up.

Extremely well organized. I got there 15 min before my covid test time and I was done and back in my car within 10 minutes. With the madness of testing sites and the horror stories I have heard recently this was a very pleasant surprise! Kudos for a job well done!

Quality First has been awesome durning the pandemic. We've had quick turnaround on our COVID tests. There have been long lines durning the peak times of the pandemic, but it's usually pretty quick. The staff is wonderful. Highly recommended.

I received clear directions to the test site, was greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner, was asked for the necessary identification information, and received my test very quickly. Following the swab, I was given simple, clear information as to how I would receive the results. As there was only light attendance at the testing site when I came, I received my results in record time. I am most comfortable recommending this company and testing site to all who are eligible to use their services.

The PCR Test was fast and they provide you with your results the same day. The service is fast and they’re workers were very friendly and personable. I highly recommend anyone to use them.

Haven’t been to any other Quality Care locations - but the Burtonsville location ALWAYS has convenient on the hour/ within the hour testing (rapid and PCR). I can have peace of mind knowing my status quickly. I work in a location where I can be exposed and having access to this service takes the stress out of my day! I visited Urgent Care to take a COVID test. This is the second time I have tested at the Burtonsville site. Everything is very well organized. The site is very well staffed with friendly and helpful service providers. The testing site is outdoors under tents which would seem to be much safer than indoor testing sites. The process of testing and getting results is very efficient and well administered.

Very friendly and efficient staff. The PCR test was fast, and if you test before noon will most likely have results the same day. I recommend Quality First Urgent Care, especially if you need a PCR Test for travel.

I would give them all five stars, there is only one reason I didn’t. I didn’t mind waiting in the long lines, but I think they should mention that when you make your appointment so you can dress for the weather, because you have to wait outside. Other than that, they were organized, had great, professional staff, and kept the lines moving.

Other than being barked at to wear a mask (for this outdoor location in a county that is 85% vaccinated and nobody that has COVID-19 is going to be protected by a mask), I like coming here. The line was very short and I got my result within 4 hours of the appointment.

This is a unique place to get a Covid PCR test. You sign up online and go in with almost no wait. At least that is how it was for me this morning. I hope to get my result tonight.

I always go here to get my COVID tests done. The staff are efficient and very helpful. Even with the increase in people wanting to get tested, the staff have remained efficient.

Today was the 8th Covid test I have done here. The place was very busy but the employees were nice and informative and kept the line running smoothly. All while standing outside in the cold. Well done, this is my go to place.

I have been here many times, Very professional and responsive staff specially Dr. Marjan Ameri. The COVID test center is doing great job, quick, responsive, always have the rapid and pcr test available and results is sent back in a timely fashion . Highly recommend.

I arrived at Urgent Care in Burtonsville at 7:30am Dec 17. There were about 30 people ahead of me. The opening time is to be 8:00am. They opened a few minutes early. By that time, over 120 people were waiting in line!! The people in charge of the Covid testing handled this large group of people really well; they explained the process; they explained the paperwork, and the crowd cooperated. Then, I checked in with ease. Those sitting at the table did a fantastic job of registering people. The people swabbing the nose were very polite, very calming, and all went well. Scott D.

They are trying the best they can. Staff is good. Simply too many people. If you have an appointment, you still need to wait in line. Heard they are planning to stop taking walk ins. Waited for more than an hour! Glad it’s not chilly.

I was exposed to Covid, so I came here for a test (after quarantining for 10 days!). It was quick and easy, all my questions were answered quickly and courteously. I was in and out in 10 minutes, and got my results back in 4.5 hours!

We started going here for covid testing over a year ago. We love that it is outside, efficient, and easy ( we have had to go regularly for school and work). I have taken my children other places, but they like it here the best. My 6yr old says, "They are the real professionals." Great with kids! I went here only for myself for different urgent care appointment. Same lovely customer service, quality, and efficientency. This is not the closest place to our home.... but worth the drive!

They've got their act in order with COVID tests. If you schedule an appointment, it's a breeze (literally in the winter) to get through. In and out in 10 minutes. They under-promised and over delivered. Got my results back in 2 days for PCR.

Every experience I've had here has been great up until now. I know covid is spiking again but if you as a company are doing covid tests by appointment only then you need to check people's appointments. I had an appointment for 11 am on monday and waited in line until 12:10 just to get my test done. It's disrespectful to the people who are actually there at the time of their appointment to take people who either don't have one or one for later in the day. Won't be going back here unless it's the only option.

Super helpful with covid testing. My 3 year old with a nose swab phobia (lol) don't even make a peep!

The only problem is that appointments don't matter. Everyone has to wait regardless if you have an appointment or not. The lines were long however, they moved relatively fast. The overall experience was good.

Do not go here if you want to have an accurate test. The swab sample was completely insufficient and I know, because I am also a provider and collect specimens from patients. I tried to address this before I left inside and was told to go back to the testing site and speak with the provider. There were lots of patients there and I didn’t want to make a scene in front of everyone, so I just left and went to a place that I could self swab. They also were not wearing any PPE except for mask (maybe gloves). No goggles, face shield, gown. But I guess they don’t need to worry much about exposure if they aren’t doing the samples correctly (which almost always make people cough, or sneeze, or have watery eyes). I only gave two stars because it was easy to get an appointment.

The process setup is excellent. The staff we encountered were highly professional and courteous. While there was a long car line once we got near the testing tent the staff came to our car nicely asked how many to test (we were 2) gave us the clipboards to fill out the form, took our I'd and insurance card and explained the process. Once under the tent they again very politely explained what we should do and they would do. After testing they returned our cards, explained the follow-on process and how/when to expect and access the test results. Really well done!

Getting a test here was almost too easy. Everything was so organized and all the staff was friendly.

I went for a covid rapid test and it was fast, easy, and safe. I went to a different urgent care a few months ago when I needed a test and it took hours and hours, I had to wait inside for a while, and they erroneously billed me - basically it was awful. My sister recommended this place so I went expecting a similar situation but maybe a little better, and I was so happy to be wrong. Everyone there was nice and super efficient, I was there, tested, and literally out in 8 minutes. I got my results in a few hours. I hope someone who manages there checks these reviews because all the employees need some recognition for the great work they’re doing. Thanks to everyone there.

I’ve unfortunately had to visit Quality First several times throughout the pandemic for PCR tests. The experience is always efficient, professional, and friendly. You can book an appointment online and they have a tent set up around back where they process you through for the test. The whole procedure usually takes less than 10 minutes. If you get your test done early enough in the day you can also get same-day results. I hope I don’t have to visit ever again, but it’s nice to know the process will be comfortable if I do.

This establishment has been a blessing during the pandemic. The staff is professional, courteous, and hard working. They have been the go-to place for testing throughout the pandemic - even during the peak COIVD times. The staff who run the tent are courteous and quick. My frustration was with lack of signage. Testing is around back in the alley - there is a sign out front of the urgent care, but since I had called, someone could have mentioned it in the call. It’s literally a white tent in the back alley, so park as soon as you enter the parking lot on that immediate corner and then walk to the back. We had no wait at all. They have an assembly line system set up which makes them highly efficient - 1 checkin, 1 pay, 1 questions 1 swabs. The swabbed ‘boogie man’ was great with my kiddo who was less than thrilled to have her brain tickled. We’d definitely return here in the future.

The one employee ruined any chance of going again. He is the only . Nurse or whatever his credentials are that has treated me with total disrespect and egotistical behavior in a medical setting. in my 56 years of living. He not only did it once but 2 times so I'm thinking it's discrimination based. I do not approve of narcissistic treatment from anyone let alone a person who is in the medical field. Very unprofessional. I believe it is racially motivated also. We look very different. The fact it happened 2 times is the clincher. Obviously he was not having just a bad day. He seemed to enjoy treating me in that unprofessional, unhelpful way. The guy should go to customer service life training. They are extremely egotistical.

We were greeted promptly and given the required paperwork. We were registered after completing the paperwork and proceeded to the testing area. The test was conducted in less than 2 minutes. Everything was very smooth and professional. TY.

Service was great I was in and out. I had a asthma flare and went into urgent care they had me do a rapid covid test once my results came back negative I was seen by the doctor. She understood the assignment and took care of me. She was really sweet.

Honestly, this place is really great. I got a COVID test here today and it was very quick. Also, the staff members were very friendly and welcoming. The test also began a bit earlier than 8 AM! (it began at 7:50 AM) and we were out of there in 5 - 7 minutes (including filling out the COVID waiver form!). Overall, my experience was really great and I would recommend it for anyone.

Super impressed with the efficient and friendly staff at the COVID-19 testing station! They were amazing under what I can imagine have been very stressful circumstances. We were seen right at our appointment time (we did arrive 15 minutes early as instructed) had a very positive experience!

I feel bad for the staff that had to be out in the 19° temps, but I truly appreciate them for their work. The process there is quick in and out. Best service so far. Been here several times but today my toddler was seen by Ms. Charrika PA-C. She is amazing. My son was super comfortable and she took great care. Ask for her, she is the best there.

Very great and efficient. This review is for covid testing. I trust PCR testing more than the rapid antigen tests and I usually need a testing place with quick results as I work in healthcare and can't miss work often while waiting for results. I have been here twice for covid testing and both times I received the results quickly. They told me the results would take 24 hours, and I actually received it only a few hours after they did the swab, and this was during the omicron surge! Would recommend.

I made an appointment on their user-friendly website which didn't take long to book the appointment because they offer convenient days/times. The staff members were professional, informative, friendly and prompt in answering questions/concerns which helped put my daughter and I at ease while she was waiting to be tested. Very easy to walk up and get a Covid-19 rapid or pcr test. Be advised though that if you don't have health insurance it can take 3 to 5 days to get result. Same day result before 4pm if you have insurance.

The line moved quickly when I went there to get tested, and they accommodated me Christmas Eve morning without an appointment, even though they were not technically accepting walk ins. This was the WORST experience I have ever had for a Covid Test and then with whoever answered the phone. The Covid test was literally 1 second in one nostril. There is NO WAY an accurate reading could be done off this. I called them to say something after I got over my complete shock, the man that answered the phone said, "he (medical professional who swabbed me) has been with us for a while. He knows what he is doing. We don't get a lot of inconclusive tests back from his tests." Of course not, they are probably all coming back as NEGATIVE because not enough virus could be detected from such a small sample!! I have spoken with doctors at other urgent cares since this incident. All agree that there is no way an accurate sample could have been collected the way this man did my test. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY.

I have visited twice and both were a waste of my time. The first time I came for a concern and was misdiagnosed. I went to my PCP the next day and received the proper diagnosis. I came again today for back pain, was given a quick physical “exam” by Karen Streelman which didn’t cause any severe pain to my back in the three positions she tried while I was sitting down, so I was quickly written off. She didn’t ask me to bend over or walk, she didn’t ask about my family history, or complete any comprehensive exam that would help her diagnose me. It was clear she assumed I was scouting for drugs. If you’re in serious pain and looking for a proper diagnosis avoid this place.

Operation was run very smoothly, well organized. I was unable to get an appointment until January 6th. They also had walk up testing. My wife had an appointment and was out in ten minutes. I was out in twenty-five minutes later.

I have been coming here regularly for covid testing for travel or exposure since December 2020. This place is FANTASTIC. They’ve been so consistent in their service and speed. SAME DAY PCR RESULTS IF YOU TEST BEFORE NOON??? Who else Can deliver on that?? I’m so thankful for them keeping us all safe. This surge has been hard on them, I’m sure, but they’ve been there day in and out helping the community. I truly can’t express my gratitude enough for this place and their staff. Y’all are wonderful. Today was very stressful for me as this site was so ‘overwhelmed’ with walk-ins plus appointment patients that they discontinued walk-ins, unbeknownst to me. After walking a lengthy distance I was notified of this arrangement and I was shaking because I’m disabled making walking very difficult plus I’m short of breath on exertion. The ‘Manager’ immediately told me they couldn’t take me without an appointment, but since I had been exposed to a known positive covid pt I didn’t let that deter me and continued walking forward as if I was going to get my test. After several attempts by the Mgr to deter me she finally gave in and turned me over to a warm and caring young man who seemed to sense my situation and he said ‘I’ll take care of everything’ and he totally took over. Helping me write and then actually walked me to the testing place, as others were just directed there. Immediately another warm and caring gentle man took me inside and said ‘this is your lucky day as I’m an expert at this test’ as I was shaking still. He was correct!!!! He was gentle and absolutely amazing. My first lovely young man was still there waiting for me and helped finalize my testing. I then left walking slowly on my cane, as I’m an old lady, through the large parking lot to my car. Unbeknownst to me as I was nearing my car a warm voice asked if I was close to my car and was I alright. I turned to find the gentle man that had done my test had followed me out, and he told me he wanted to make certain I made it alright. Shocked and nearly in tears I was amazed at the caring and kindness of the staff at this Burtonsville site. Thank you sooo much for caring!

Very efficient, well organized testing site. There was a small line, but it went very fast. (The only slightly confusing part was that you don't go in the front door, you walk around the back of the strip mall (don't drive!) And the testing station is under a tent back there.) There were some heat blower's under the tent. Overall, it was very well done. If you pre-submit your information online, the process will go faster. Suggestion: They could use a sign that says, "start here" since it is somewhat unclear which table or line you need to walk up to when you first arrive.

I have been here to be tested 3 times. I was expecting a long line, frustration and attitude. Each experience was surprisingly pleasant as well as can be expected for waiting behind a building for a covid test. My wait was minimal to moderate for visit 1. It was quite long for tge second visit in mid Decemner, but organized well, people keeping us informed, as efficient as possible and the people working were outstanding. My third visit was today. The line was barely a line. It was cold out but I was in and out in no time. Again, every person I encountered exhibited professionalism and positive friendliness. I am also deaf- hard of hearing and frequently encounter problems when shopping, bank, mva, etc, especially since covid masks are a thing. I get insensitivity and flat out rudeness. It is often humiluating to me. Not here, communication with me was handled well. I have to give credit to any place of business with well trained, well mannered, decent humans working. And now, I anxiously await my result, hopefully negative..

I set up an appointment online for COVID testing. They were quick and efficient. I’m very pleased. I was finished in ten minutes or a little less.

Best place in central Maryland for covid testing. I can’t tell you how fortunate we’ve been to have had access to Quality First testing since early on in the pandemic. I’ve recommended them to everyone.

It was fast because it was well staffed. The only little thing, but not a big deal is that this second time I have visited for the same reason COVID, the person who did the swab was not too gentle, but the job got done:)

The staff at Quality First is always so kind and patient. I have been to both locations for COVID-19 testing and the staff does their best to make the process as quick and streamlined as they can.

I was able to make an appointment at short notice. When I arrived, everything was handled with military precision. I never even got a chance to open a book I had taken along to read, for having to wait in line.

I had a important issue that they dealt with quickly. Truly urgent care. This is my 3rd time using them and they were excellent. And the two times I was getting a covid test, Dr. Crosley was there making sure everything was going smoothly.

Amazing! We needed a same day PCR Covid test and they were on the ball. They have a walk up tent in the back (and you can register online). EVERYONE that works there, could not have been nicer. It was super fast, easy and friendly. Highly recommend this place!!!

I thought you did a good job given the challenges of Covid. It was a cold and windy day and in addition to the line being long, there was not a high level of social distancing which was a bit of a concern given that many people in line either have or suspect that they have Covid. A minor concern was that the pen to fill out the form wasn’t working very well so I was worried that my vial could not be read to get me a result. I was also wondering if it was possible and safe to provide some heat to the outside area that people we waiting in.

We used to love this site for testing. But as things began to turn we could tell that they were being pushed to their limits, unfortunately this has a direct impact on how their treating patients. It’s a very sad truth and fact around the world right now. Those who need medical help risk being approached with nastiness because of the pressure the field has experienced over the last almost two years. As far as this location: Alert patients that walk-in testing is no longer an option BEFORE we approach hoping to have testing completed. We received an email that the Clarksville location would no longer take walk-ins, not Burtonsville. Well Burtonsville turned us away this morning. Lastly, when I called for clarification, I was hung up on at 9:30am.

When you make appointments in advance for Covid test, the process was very easy. The speed that the staff operated made it easy and a fast in-out experience.

They have a super organized process, very smooth, I was in and out in 15 minutes. Highly recommend it!

I went there for a Covid test and I was incredibly surprised by how efficient they were working… I had near 100 people in from of me and I waited maybe 20 min … big shout out for the smooth operation.

I drive past several options to get tested there because I know I will have a pleasant professional experience.
